Rubi garantit ses robinets de cuisine Nu Spice contre tout défaut matériel et de fabrication, aussi longtemps que le consommateur acheteur original en sera propriétaire et selon les conditions suivantes. Une preuve d’achat (facture d’achat originale) du consommateur acheteur original devra accompagner toute réclamation adressée à Rubi. Cette garantie n’est pas transférable. Elle ne s’applique pas dans l’éventualité de l’usure d’une utilisation normale, de dommages causés au produit suite à l’utilisation de pièces de rechange autres que les pièces originales Rubi, une erreur d’installation, une relocalisation, l’abus, l’utilisation incorrecte ou l’entretien et le service incorrects. La garantie exclut les dommages causés par des conditions d’air ou d’eau agressantes, ou des nettoyants et/ou des matériaux rugueux ou abrasifs. (Utilisation résidentielle seulement). WARRANTY
Rubi warrants its NuSpice kitchen faucets against defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser will own his faucet upon the following conditions. Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) from the original consumer purchaser must be made available to Rubi. This limited warranty is non transferable. It does not apply in the event of product damage due to the use of other than genuine Rubi replacement parts, installation error, relocation, abuse, misuse, or improper care and maintenance. The limited warranty excludes damage due to aggressive air or water conditions, or harsh or abrasive cleaners and/or materials. (Residential use only). Warranty is limited to repair and replacement (product of equal value).

INSTALLATION DU ROBINET / FAUCET INSTALLATION

Insérez l'anneau de caoutchouc à la base du robinet. Insert the rubber gasket at the base of the faucet.

Insérez les rondelles "U" en caoutchouc et en laiton sur la tige de montage filetée du robinet sous le comptoir. Insert the "U" rubber and brass washers in the mounting threaded rod under the countertop.

Fixez l'écrou long à la tige de montage filetée du robinet. Affix the long nut to the mounting threaded rod of the faucet.

Ajustez la position finale du robinet et serrez l'écrou long à l'aide d'une clé à molette. Adjust the final position of the faucet and thighten the long nut with the adjustable wrench.

Il est recommandé de courber légèrement les trois tuyaux de cuivre afin de faciliter l'instalation et libérer la voie du tuyau flexible de la douchette. It is recommended to slightly curve the three copper pipes to ease installation and clear the way of the shower hose.

Raccordez le tuyau souple de la douchette à la sortie d'eau du robinet. Assurez-vous de mettre en place la rondelle de caoutchouc. Connect the hose assembly of the hand shower to the water out-take pipe. Make sure to put the washer in place. 7

Serrez l'écrou du tuyau flexible avec une clé à molette. Thighten the hose assembly nut with the adjustable wrench.

Raccordez les deux tuyaux d' arrivée d' eau (froide et chaude) aux tuyaux d'entrée d'eau du robinet. Connect the 2 water (cold and hot) inlet hoses to the faucet in-take pipes.

Serrez les écrous des tuyaux d'arrivée d'eau avec une clé à molette. Thighten the water inlet hose nuts with the adjustable wrench.

Fixez la pesée en plomb au tuyau souple de la douchette et serrez les deux vis à l'aide d'un tournevis. Affix the lead weight to the hand shower hose assembly in place with a screwdriver.

Raccordez les tuyaux d' arrivée d'eau à leurs valves d'arrêts respectives (froid / chaud). Connect the water inlet hoses to their respective stop valves (cold / hot).

Serrer les deux écrous avec une clé à molette. Thighten both nuts with the adjustable wrench.

À l' aide de l' outil fourni, retirez l' aérateur. With the special tool included, pull the areator out.

Ouvrez l' eau à pleine capacité et laisser l'eau froide couler pendant une minute puis l'eau chaude pendant une autre minute pour purger les conduits d'eau de tout résidu. Open water at maximum capacity and let cold water run for 1 minute, then hot water for another minute to purge hoses and conduits out of residues.

Réinstallez l' aérateur à l'aide de l'outil. Put the aerator back in place with the special tool.

À l' aide de la clé à molette, retirez l'anneau de l'aérateur, l' aérateur et son joint d'étanchéité. With the adjustable wrench, pull out the areator ring, the areator and its gasket.

Ouvrez l' eau à pleine capacité et laisser l'eau froide couler pendant une minute puis l'eau chaude pendant une autre minute pour purger les conduits d'eau de tout résidu.

Réinstallez le joint d'étanchéité, l' aérateur et l'anneau de l'aérateur. Put back gasket, aerator and ring in place.
Open water at maximum capacity and let cold water run for 1 minute, then hot water for another minute to purge hoses and conduits out of residues. 11
REMPLACEMENT DE CARTOUCHE / CARTRIDGE REPLACEMENT

À l' aide de la clé hexagonale, retirez la vis qui fixe la poignée. Puis retirez la poignée et le capuchon de la cartouche. Using the Allen key, pull the handle screw out. Then remove the handle and cartridge cap.

À l' aide d'une clé à molette, retirer l' anneau de rétention de la cartouche.

Retirez la cartouche. Remove cartridge.
With the adjustable wrench, unscrew the cartridge retainer ring.

Pour nettoyer votre robinet, un nettoyant liquide sans abrasifs, de l’eau chaude et un linge doux suffiront pour faire disparaître saletés, tâches et traces d’accumulation de savon. Rincez après le nettoyage et asséchez avec un linge doux sec pour retrouver le lustre original de votre robinet.
MAINTENANCE
Do not use harsh abrasives cleaners to clean your faucet. A mild detergent, warm water and a soft cloth will remove normal dirt and soap accumulations on its surface. Rinse throughly after cleaning and polish with a soft dry cloth to restore original luster of your faucet.
