We can see how hard you work to ensure everything is perfect for your clients and this we know they will appreciate. The UK media unfortunately portrays Ibiza as a party location with many drunken people and certainly not the place to go if you want to relax or take a family. They have this completely wrong, and sailing around Ibiza gave us a pleasant surprise. Your beaches and anchorages are very beautiful and the water is so clear, we were not expecting this at all. We felt that the distances between the anchorages was perfect for families with young children as well as adult groups sailing together. Having now visited Ibiza, we certainly have a much better understanding of what the clients can expect and also know they will have a great trip, like we did. Hello Igor and all Rumbo’s Team I send you this mail for thank you a lot for your welcome at San Antonio and for the beautifull gift you did for me. We had a great weather, a little windy at the beginning for sail, with the sun every day and the water was around 23°! The sailing route we followed was exactly this one suggested by Igor for a trip all around Formentera and Ibiza island. All the crew appreciate a lot Ibiza because the landscapes we saw were different and beautifull and Igor was right when he explained me that Ibiza is perfect for a cruising for 7 days. We could see your office, the pier where are the boats and your organisation to do the check in and check out with the clients. All was perfect and the check in and check out were very professionnal. I had the opportunity to sailed on several boats of my partners (Croatia, Italy, Sicily, Greece, Palma, Corsica, Sardaigna …) and it was the first time I saw the informatic system Igor created and used to follow the boats during the cruising of the clients. I was really impressed because with this system, there is no injustifed claim. According to me Igor should patent this system !!! IN CASE OF LOSS, DAMAGE, ACCIDENT OR BREAKDOWN

Rules and protocols: In the event of losing an item on the inventory, any kind of damage for which you may or may not be responsible, accident or breakdown, you should follow the following protocol: • Send message to Rumbo Norte immediately on the number indicated so that Rumbo Norte can begin the suitable protocol. It is absolutely obligatory to inform at that moment and not conceal it until check-out day. • In the event that you do not immediately inform Rumbo Norte of the situation, the customer will forfeit the security deposit in its entirety because any delay in taking action may lead to greater damage to the boat, endanger the safety of the passengers, or affect the guarantee to hand the boat over to the next customer.

• By acting immediately, we will be able to solve the problem more quickly and minimise its impact. Rumbo Norte will take action and will coordinate with the technical team on duty with the final aim of solving the problem without attempting to establish responsibility at that moment. • Once the incident has been resolved, the implications, responsibility and consequences of the incident will be jointly assessed, with the aim of obtaining the least prejudicial solution for all parties concerned. Reglas y Protocolos: En caso de pérdida de un elemento del inventario, cualquier tipo de daño para el que puede o no puede ser responsable, accidente o avería, debe seguir el siguiente protocolo: • Envié un mensaje de texto a Rumbo Norte de inmediato a los números indicados anteriormente de manera que Rumbo Norte puede iniciar el protocolo adecuado en esta situación. Es absolutamente obligatorio enviar un mensaje de texto en ese momento y no ocultarlo hasta el día de salida. • En el caso de que usted no informe inmediatamente a Rumbo Norte de la situación, el cliente perderá el depósito de garantía en su totalidad debido a la demora en la acción puede conducir a un mayor daño al barco, poner en peligro la seguridad de los pasajeros, o afectar la garantía de entregar el barco hacia el siguiente cliente.

• Al actuar de inmediato, vamos a ser capaces de resolver el problema con mayor rapidez y minimizar su impacto. Rumbo Norte tomará acción y coordinará con el equipo técnico de servicio con el objetivo final de resolver el problema sin tratar de establecer la responsabilidad en ese momento. • Una vez que el incidente ha sido resuelto, se evaluarán conjuntamente el implicaciones, la responsabilidad y las consecuencias de los hechos, con el objetivo de obtener la solución menos perjudicial para todas las partes interesadas. Es ist äußerst wichtig, dass Sie sofort anrufen und nicht bis zum Tag des Check-outs warten. • Sollten Sie Rumbo Norte nicht umgehend über das Problem informieren, verlieren Sie den Gesamtbetrag der hinterlegten Kaution, da die verzögerte Maßnahmenergreifung den Schaden am Boot vergrößern, die Sicherheit der Passagiere gefährden und die Gewährleistung beeinträchtigen kann, das Boot am darauffolgenden Tag pünktlich dem nächsten Kunden zu übergeben.

• Nur wenn wir sofort handeln können, ist es uns möglich, das Problem möglichst schnell zu lösen und somit dessen Auswirkungen zu minimieren. Rumbo Norte erstellt einen Aktionsplan und koordiniert das zuständige technische Team mit dem Ziel, das Problem zu lösen, ohne zu diesem Zeitpunkt die Verantwortlichkeiten zu evaluieren. • Nachdem das Problem gelöst wurde, werden wir gemeinsam das Ausmaß, die Verantwortlichkeiten und die Konsequenzen des Vorfalls bestimmen und nach einer Lösung suchen, die für alle Beteiligten akzeptabel ist. Sollte sich ein Notfall ereignen, der die Integrität des Bootes oder die Sicherheit der darauf befindlichen Personen gefährdet, können Sie zusätzlich zu Rumbo Norte folgende Rufnummern wählen:

• Своевренеммые действия по разрешению проблемы позволит минимизировать ущерб и избежать дальнейших последствий. После получения от Вас информации о случившимся, мы инициируем соответствующий протокол и свяжемся с техническим персоналом, в целях разрешения проблемы, без оценки на данный момент нанесенного ущерба или поиска ответственных сторон. В дальнейшем будем произведена оценка нанесенного ущерба и его последствий принимая во внимание интересы обейх сторон контракта.

Rumbo Norte guarantees the security deposit with a pre-authorisation of your credit card (NO AMERICAN EXPRESS - NO AMEX - NO CASH): it does NOT charge for this at all which is why there is no necessity whatsoever to repay the safety deposit at the end of the charter because the pre-authorisation automatically elapses in the period of time established by your bank. The Contract

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1.- THE CUSTOMER affirms that the skipper of the ship designated by this contract has the needed knowledge and experience to steer the rented ship, that he owns the required certification in Spain and that he will have it at disposal of the authorities during the term of this contract. 2.- RUMBO NORTE rents the barge-carrying ship described above for the period and price specified above, subject to the present conditions. 3.- THE CUSTOMER will pay at the moment of boarding a DEPOSIT described above, which will be returned at the end of the contract and once RUMBO NORTE has checked that the ship is in good condition. THE CUSTOMER is obliged to return the ship to RUMBO NORTE with full fuel tank or to pay the consumed amount, plus 200€ for the refueling service. 4.- THE CUSTOMER is obliged to use the rented ship as if it were his property, following the good seafarer rules and according to the regulations currently in force. THE CUSTOMER is obliged to keep the rented ship and its facilities in good condition. THE CUSTOMER will not exceed the authorized number of people. The ship subject of this contract will be used as a barge-carrying ship, and he is not allowed to use it for commercial or lucrative purposes nor is he allowed to sublet it. THE CUSTOMER is not allowed to participate with the ship subject of this contract in any kind of boat race or competition, as the insurance does not cover these events. The ship should only navigate within the Spanish jurisdictional waters and subject to the limitations of the navigation area specified above. THE CUSTOMER commits not to leave the ship moored or anchored without anyone on board, or open roadstead, in unprotected waters or anywhere not subject to mooring fee. IT IS WARNED THAT THIS CIRCUNSTANCE IS EXCLUDED FROM THE INSURANCE COVER. THE CUSTOMER commits not to steer the ship subject of this contract under the influence of alcoholic drinks, toxic drugs or narcotics and not to embark arms or illegal substances. THE CUSTOMER is responsible for any damage, harm, loss or breakdown occurred in the rented ship, or in any of its elements like for instance in the dinghy with the outboard engine, as well as for the delay in the delivery of the ship. Should any of the above circumstance happens, RUMBO NORTE will withhold the deposit to offset the material damage or harm or the loss of profits. In case of failure/damage of the outboard motor, RUMBO NORTE will assist with our technical staff to the customer in the Island of Ibiza (not Formentera). If CLIENT were responsible of damage or malfunction thereof, RUMBO NORTE has not obligation to deliver another outboard engine. If RUMBO NORTE gives other engine may collect rent from the engine and THE CUSTOMER will pay the repair of the engine In case RUMBO NORTE fails to provide the ship more than 24 hours from the agreed boarding date in the event of force majeure, THE CUSTOMER will be entitled to request the return of the amounts already paid corresponding to the delay with respect to the term of the contract. If force majeure does not occur, THE CUSTOMER will be entitled to request the cancellation of the contract and the return of any payments made to date, not being allowed to use the ship.

5.- THE CUSTOMER will inform RUMBO NORTE immediately of any accident, sinister, breakdown or incident regardless its nature. IF THE CLIENT DOES NOT REPORT INMEDIATLY ANY INCIDENCE OCCURRED, THEN THE DEPOSIT WILL BE LOST COMPLETELY, AS PER NEGLIGENCE FROM THE CLIENT. In case of accidents a written report should be completed detailing the causes, circumstances and consequences of the accident, as well as the name, surname and address of the originator if he is known, as well as of any witness or injured people in case they are known. Any fortuitous, spontaneous, external or violent event will be considered an accident. 6.- The Customer must take special care use and handling of the W.C. (Water Closed) to avoid any obstruction or clog of the drain. Can not be throw toilet paper, sanitary towels, cotton, tissue or hands paper and any other element that could clog it. Do not move or change valve position of sewage tanks. Any breach of these rules producing any kind of clogging in the toilet, during the boat rental, the customer must pay €300 for damages caused to the charter company. If no address of such payment, the charter company may deduct from the deposit or charge this amount to trough the customer’s credit card. 7.- Should this contract be cancelled for any cause attributed to THE CUSTOMER, the cost to cancel the reservation would be as follows: more than 30 days before boarding: 50% of the price; less than 30 days before boarding: 100% of the price. 8.- At the moment of boarding, THE CUSTOMER will be handed an inventory of all household included in the ship and detailed in Schedule I as part of this contract, for his checking and acceptance. At the moment of landing, the inventory will be checked and any loss or damage due to misuse will be offset with the deposit. 9.- THE CUSTOMER gives his consent for his personal data to be collected and processed in accordance with the data protection laws. The records are stored and used according to the limits and terms of the laws and THE CUSTOMER has the right to access them and to request modification or to withdraw his consent. 10.- This contract is translated as accurate as possible to English, to whom prefer or better understand such language. However in case of doubts, misunderstandings or discrepancies of interpretation of any of the clauses of this contract, the Spanish version will always prevail in front of the translation of the contract. 11.- All claims relating to this contract shall be interpreted only by the Court of IBIZA (Spain), renouncing both parties to their own jurisdiction. CONDICIONES GENERALES 1.- EL CLIENTE asegura que el patrón del barco designado en este contrato, posee los conocimientos, y la experiencia necesarios para el gobierno de la embarcación alquilada, que es poseedor del título legalmente exigible en España y que lo tendrá durante la duración de este contrato a disposición de las autoridades pertinentes. 2.- RUMBO NORTE arrienda la embarcación de recreo descrita en las Condiciones Particulares, por el periodo y el precio anteriormente descritos, con sujeción a las cláusulas de este contrato. 3.- EL CLIENTE entregará en el momento del embarque, en concepto de FIANZA, la cantidad descrita en las Condiciones Particulares, la cual le será devuelta en el momento en que finalice este contrato y se haya comprobado por parte de RUMBO NORTE el estado de la embarcación. EL CLIENTE se obliga a devolver la embarcación a RUMBO NORTE con el depósito de combustible lleno o a pagar la diferencia consumida, mas 200€ por el servicio de repostado. 4.- EL CLIENTE se obliga a utilizar la embarcación arrendada como si fuera de su propiedad, según las normas del buen navegante, y respetando la legalidad vigente. Será obligación de EL CLIENTE mantener en buen estado de uso la embarcación arrendada, así como todas las instalaciones en ella existentes. EL CLIENTE no superará el número autorizado de personas en el certificado de navegabilidad. La embarcación objeto de este contrato será destinada a la navegación de recreo, no pudiendo ser utilizada ésta para llevar a cabo operaciones comerciales o lucrativas así como el subarriendo. EL CLIENTE se compromete a no participar con la embarcación objeto de este contrato en ninguna regata, ni en ninguna competición deportiva ya que el seguro no cubre estas actividades. La embarcación deberá navegar únicamente dentro de las aguas jurisdiccionales españolas y sujetas a las limitaciones de la zona de navegación descrita en las Condiciones Particulares. EL CLIENTE se compromete a no dejar la embarcación amarrada o anclada, sin ninguna persona a bordo, en rada, o aguas no protegidas y que no requiera pago de derecho de amarre. SE ADVIERTE QUE ESTA CIRCUNSTANCIA ESTÁ EXCLUIDA DE COBERTURA EN EL SEGURO DE LA EMBARCACIÓN. EL CLIENTE se compromete a no gobernar la embarcación objeto de este contrato bajo la influencia de bebidas alcohólicas, drogas tóxicas o estupefacientes, ni embarcar armas o sustancias ilegales. EL CLIENTE es responsable de cualquier perjuicio, daño, pérdida o avería que se produzca, tanto en la embarcación arrendada como de cualquiera de sus elementos auxiliares como por ejemplo la embarcación auxiliar con su fuera borda, así como de los retrasos en la entrega de la embarcación. De darse cualquiera de las circunstancias anteriores, o retraso en la entrega programada, RUMBO NORTE retendrá la fianza hasta compensar los daños o perjuicios ocasionados tanto materiales como de lucro cesante. En caso de avería del motor fuera borda, RUMBO NORTE asistirá técnicamente a EL CLIENTE en la Isla de Ibiza (no Formentera). Si EL CLIENTE fuese responsable del daño o avería del mismo, RUMBO NORTE no tiene ninguna obligación de entregar otro motor alternativo o de hacerlo podrá cobrar el alquiler del mismo más la reparación del motor averiado Si RUMBO NORTE se retrasa en al menos 24 horas en la entrega de la embarcación en la fecha indicada de embarque por causas de Fuerza Mayor, EL CLIENTE podrá solicitar la devolución de las cantidades proporcionales correspondientes a la demora con respecto al periodo de contratación. Si no fuese por causas de Fuerza Mayor, EL CLIENTE podrá solicitar la rescisión del presente contrato y la devolución de la totalidad de las cantidades entregadas hasta la fecha no pudiendo hacer uso de la embarcación.

5.- El CLIENTE deberá notificar inmediatamente a RUMBO NORTE de cualquier accidente, siniestro, avería o incidencia independientemente de su naturaleza. EN CASO DE NO INFORMAR CON CARÁCTER INMEDIATO, EL CLIENTE PERDERA LA TOTALIDAD DE LA FIANZA POR INCUMPLIMIENTO MUY GRAVE DEL CONTRATO. En el caso de accidentes se deberá formalizar un parte de accidente por escrito, las causas, circunstancias y consecuencias de lo ocurrido, así como, de ser conocidos, nombre, apellidos y domicilio del causante del hecho y de los testigos e igualmente los nombres y direcciones de los perjudicados si los hubiera. Se entenderá por accidente, a efectos del presente contrato, cualquier hecho fortuito, espontáneo, exterior o violento. 6.- El cliente deberá tener especial cuidado en el uso y manejo del inodoro para evitar cualquier avería o atasco del mismo. No podrá tirar, papel higiénico, elementos de higiene intima, algodones, papel tisúes o de manos, ni cualquier otro elemento que pueda atascar el mismo. Así mismo no deberá mover o cambiar de posición las válvulas de los tanques de aguas grises. Cualquier inobservancia de estas reglas que produzca un atasco de cualquier naturaleza en el WC, durante el periodo de alquiler del barco, el cliente deberá abonar el importe de 300 € por los daños ocasionados a la empresa de charter. En caso de no hacer frente de dicho pago, la empresa de charter podrá descontarlo de la fianza o pasar el cargo a la tarjeta de crédito del cliente. 7.- Si el presente contrato fuese resuelto por causa imputable a EL CLIENTE, el coste de la anulación de reserva sería: Antes de 30 días del embarque, 50% del alquiler. En los 30 días anteriores al embarque, 100% del alquiler. 8.- En el momento del embarque, se hará entrega a EL CLIENTE de un inventario con los enseres que se le entregan, que formara parte de este contrato y se detalla en el Anexo I como parte de este contrato, para su comprobación y aceptación. Posteriormente en el momento del desembarque, se procederá a revisar el inventario y a compensar con la fianza cualquier falta o deterioro fruto de un mal uso. 9.- En este acto, EL CLIENTE presta su consentimiento para que sus datos de carácter personal sean integrados por RUMBO NORTE en ficheros automatizados con los límites previstos en la legislación sobre protección de datos y bajo su responsabilidad. Los datos podrán ser tratados de forma automatizada y conservarlos, de acuerdo con los términos de la ley, teniendo EL CLIENTE derecho de acceso a los datos y, en su caso, de pedir su rectificación o cancelación. Si desea ejecutar sus derechos de acceso, rectificación, cancelación u oposición debe dirigirse por escrito a info@rumbonorte.es RUMBO NORTE informa a EL CLIENTE que el barco está equipado con un localizador GPS y sistema global de control y EL CLIENTE acepta que RUMBO NORTE tenga acceso a todos los datos del mismo durante el periodo de arrendamiento 10.- El presente contrato se traduce lo mas fielmente posible en lengua inglesa, para quienes prefieran o entiendan mejor dicho idioma. Sin embargo, en caso de dudas o discrepancias de interpretación de cualquiera de las cláusulas de este contrato, la versión española siempre prevalecerá ante la traducción del mismo. 11.- Para cualquier interpretación del presente contrato son solamente competentes los Tribunales de Ibiza, renunciando ambas partes al fuero que pudiera corresponderles.

Cuando acceda al barco y antes de invitar a bordo al resto de tripulación con su equipaje compruebe primero la limpieza y si encuentra algún defecto, por favor, infórmenos para repasar la misma y garantizarle una entrega óptima.

No se admiten reclamaciones de limpieza que no se nos notifique durante el proceso de check in ya que nos es imposible comprobarlo una vez el barco ha estado en uso por el cliente.

Wenn Sie an Bord gehen, und noch bevor Sie die restlichen Passagiere mit ihrem Gepäck an Bord rufen, überprüfen Sie den Sauberkeitszustand des Bootes und informieren Sie uns über etwaige Mängel, damit wir diese beheben und Ihnen eine optimale Übergabe garantieren können.

Reklamationen in Bezug auf den Sauberkeitszustand des Bootes werden nach dem Check-in-Vorgang nicht mehr akzeptiert, da es uns nicht möglich ist, diese zu überprüfen, nachdem das Boot bereits benutzt wurde.

6 CHECK-IN

Check-in process: at the moment of boarding (we recommend you do it a maximum of 2-3 people at a time because the rest of the crew with their luggage will only slow down the process), please keep the attached check-in document at hand or dowload the APP so that you can begin to check the boat’s inventory and familiarise yourself with the way it works. You must check mark all of the elements in black on the inventory as you check them to show us that you have given your consent. Our staff will check the elements of the document in red in your presence. Do not worry; there are clear indications on the check-in document regarding the location of everything on the inventory. What is more, there are also indications (signs and stickers) in the boat itself regarding each

item on the itinerary. You can start the process and if there is anything that you cannot find or whose function you do not understand, do not worry, proceed to the next step; at the end of the document, when most of it has been covered, summon our boarding staff and a member of our team will go on board in order to complete the check-in and answer any questions or doubts you may have. Being thorough and meticulous when carrying out the check-in is vital in order to be able to be absolutely certain that the boat is handed over to you without any faults or damage. There will be more information about this point later, along with a copy of the check-in sheet or the APP document.

Now you can start sailing. Enjoy our marvellous beaches and if you wish to return to port, we will always be waiting to help you with anything you may need and you can use our moorings for free during the entire rental period. Thank you.

Proceso de Check In, en el momento del embarque (le recomendamos hacerlo máximo 2-3 personas a la vez ya que el resto de tripulación y equipaje sólo entorpecerán el proceso), por favor, tome el documento de check in adjunto o descarge la APP y puede comenzar a comprobar el inventario del barco y funcionamiento del mismo. Deberá marcar con un “click” todos los elementos en negro del inventario según los vaya comprobando dándonos su conformidad y nuestro personal comprobará delante suyo los elementos del documento en rojo. No se asuste, en el documento y/o APP de check in hay claras indicaciones de la situación de todos los elementos del inventario y además, en el barco dispone de indicaciones (carteles y pegatinas) en cada elemento del mismo.

Puede iniciar el proceso y si algo no lo encuentra o no entiende su funcionamiento, no se preocupe, pase al siguiente paso y al final del documento cuando ya haya cumplimentado la mayor parte del documento, llame a nuestro personal de pantalán y un miembro de nuestro equipo subirá al barco para completar el Check In y responder a todas sus preguntas y dudas. Es muy importante ser riguroso y minucioso en el control del check in para poder tener la garantía absoluta de que recepciona el barco sin fallos o daños. Este punto será ampliado más adelante junto con la copia del la hoja de Check In o del documento de la APP.

CHECK-IN

Check-in-Vorgang, wenn Sie an Bord gehen (es sollten nicht mehr als 2-3 Personen gleichzeitig an Bord gehen, da die restlichen Passagiere mit ihrem Gepäck nur den Vorgang verzögern würden), haben Sie bitte das Check-in-Dokument zur Hand, um mit der Überprüfung des BootInventars und dessen ordnungsgemäßer Funktionsweise zu beginnen. Markieren Sie bitte nacheinander alle schwarz formatierten Inventarelemente zur Bestätigung mit einem Häkchen. Alle im Dokument enthaltenen rot formatierten Elemente werden in Ihrem Beisein überprüft. Keine Sorge, das Check-in-Dokument enthält klare Informationen darüber, wo sich die einzelnen Elemente befinden. Darüber hinaus sind im Boot an verschiedene Schilder und Aufkleber mit entsprechenden Anweisungen angebracht.

Bitte beginnen Sie nun mit dem Check-inVorgang. Wenn Sie etwas nicht finden oder dessen Funktionsweise nicht verstehen, überspringen Sie diesen Schritt einfach und fahren mit dem nächsten fort. Am Ende, wenn Sie das Dokument fast fertig ausgefüllt haben, rufen Sie unser Personal am Steg. Eines unserer Teammitglieder wird dann an Bord kommen, um den Check-in-Vorgang abzuschließen und mögliche Fragen zu beantworten. Es ist sehr wichtig, dass Sie bei der Checkin-Kontrolle äußerst präzise vorgehen. Nur so können wir Ihnen garantieren, dass Sie das Boot ohne Defekte oder Schäden übernehmen. Dieser Punkt wird weiter unten zusammen mit einer Kopie des Check-inFormulars näher erläutert.

Jetzt können Sie lossegeln! Genießen Sie unsere wunderschönen Strände und wenn Sie einmal zurück in den Hafen möchten, können Sie jederzeit kostenlos unsere Liegeplätze verwenden – während des gesamten Charter-Zeitraums. Danke!

Процесс проверки исправности судна и его инвентаря при посадке, рекомендуется осуществлять лично капитаном корабля, в обратном случае экипаж или пассажиры будут только препятствовать его скорейшему завершению. В листе-контроле check-in следует отмечать ¨чалочками¨ (выделено черным цветом) наличие соответствующего инвентаря. Часть процесса (выделенная красным цветом) будет осуществляться совместно с техническим персоналом Rumbonorte. Для вашего удобства, на листе checkin также имеется схема расположения инвентаря судна. Далее вы можете приступать к процессу проверки наличия инвентаря и исправности судна. Если во время check-in у вас возникнут

вопросы о наличии инвентаря, или вы обнаружите неисправности, сообщите об этом нашим сотрудникам для наискорейшего устранения недостатков. It is vital that you only use this filling station. The other filling station is forbidden since it is very old and the quality of the fuel is very bad, and manoeuvring to enter and leave it is very dangerous because the rocks. During the check-out process, you must hand over to our staff the receipt for payment of the fuel.

On returning to port, before entering the mooring, you are required to go to the Club Nautic’s filling station to refuel the boat. In the event that you do not refuel before entering the mooring, you will be charged a fixed sum of €200 + the cost of refuelling for failing to comply with the contract.

Al regreso a puerto, antes de entrar al amarre, deberá pasar obligatoriamente por la gasolinera del Club Nautico para repostar el combustible del barco, en caso de no repostar el barco antes de acceder al amarre, se le aplicará un fijo de 200€ + importe del repostado por incumplimiento del contrato.

Utilizar sólo esta gasolinera, ya que la gasolinera está prohibida porque es antigua y la calidad del combustible es mala y la maniobra de entrada y salida peligrosa por rocas.

RETURNING TO PORT

It is important to return before 18:00 on the day before leaving the boat. If you wish you may spend the night on board in the port until the next day when you will have to vacate the boat at 08:30 in the morning. Arriving in the port at the time established in the contract is vital because the diving service to check the hull is at 19:00 and if the boat is not in the port ready to be checked, it must be checked again by the diver the next day, in which case you will be responsible for the cost of the diving service: (€200 + VAT) + penalties for delay established in the contract that we will charge on the client´s deposit.

Bear in mind that the logistics to check more than 30 boats at the same time is highly complex and any delay represents a major setback for us. At 08:30 boats are vacated because cleaning company begins its work immediately in order to guarantee that the next customers get their boat on time. Please be punctual and help us in this process.

At 08:30, you must disembark and remove any bags of rubbish from the boat. Rubbish containers can be found by the door of the dock for your greater convenience. A final cleaning service is available to you but we ask you to leave the boat in a reasonable state of cleanliness and hygiene.

A week’s sailing and anchoring in coves and on beaches consumes the batteries very quickly and the boat’s capacity is limited. That is why it is obligatory to start the boat’s motor 3 times a day and leave it running for at least one hour each time you recharge it.

En una semana de navegación, fondeando en calas y playas, los consumos de baterías son altos y la capacidad de su barco es limitada. Por ello es obligatorio el arrancar 3 veces al día el motor del barco con un tiempo mínimo de 1 hora cada proceso de recarga.

The processes of recharging must be spaced out so that there is no more than 6 hours between each time the batteries are recharged. Understand that the engine has an alternator that produces 60-80 amperes per hour and in 6 hours consumption is much higher which is why technically it is vital to follow the established protocol of charging.

In the event that you do not follow it, it will affect the “health” of the batteries, causing the lead to fall off and short circuits as a result of excessive discharging of the batteries.

Throwing paper or anything else which is not organic into the boat’s toilet is highly prohibited.

Está terminantemente prohibido arrojar papel o cualquier otro elemento no orgánico por el inodoro del barco.

The risk of blocking up the toilet is very high owing to its design and the way it works, and the penalty for blocking it up is €300 + VAT. We are obliged to set this penalty as a result of continuous misuse on behalf of some customers. In order to be absolutely sure, during the check-in process, our staff will carry out a “soap test” placing a piece of soap in the toilet before pumping water; it will be possible to see small soap bubbles coming out of the boat’s bilge pump exits. During the check-out, the same procedure will be followed and if soap bubbles come out, the toilet system is clean; on the contrary, if soap cannot be seen, it is proof that the toilet is blocked up. Please inform and make the crew aware of this since any one of the guests may accidentally cause the blocking.

Para su absoluta garantía, en el proceso de check in, nuestro personal realizará la “prueba de jabón” poniendo un poco de jabón en el inodoro y tras bombear agua, por las salidas del fecales del barco se deberá ver pequeñas pompas de jabón. En el check out, se seguirá el mismo procedimiento y si sale jabón, el sistema del inodoro está limpio y si por el contrario, no se aprecia el jabón, es prueba de la existencia de un atasco en el inodoro. Por favor, informe y conciencie a su tripulación ya que cualquiera de los invitados puede provocar un atasco en un descuido.

Since the outboard motor is by nature “delicate,” it is checked at least three times by different members of staff to ensure that it is working :

• 1 by the technician during the previous check-out. • 2 pby our mechanic on Check In morning. • 3 by our technician during your check-in, in your presence.

• 1 por un técnico durante el check out anterior. • 2 por nuestro mecánico el día de check in por la mañana. • 3 por nuestro técnico durante su check in delante suyo.

It is very important to check that the motor is working well and that there is no damage before accepting it because, once you leave the base, the motor is considered to be operative and you will be held responsible for any possible damage when it comes to the check-out. Request that our staff show you the motor is working correctly however many times it is necessary during the check-in.

Es muy importante comprobar su buen funcionamiento y daños en el motor antes de aceptarlo ya que una vez abandona la base se considera que el motor está operativo y será responsable de los posibles daños al check out. Da der Außenbordmotor von Natur aus sehr „empfindlich“ ist, wird er von unserem Personal vor der Übergabe mindestens 3 Mal getestet, um seine korrekte Funktionweise zu garantieren:

• 1 von einem Techniker beim vorhergehenden Check-out. • 2 von unserem Mechaniker am Samstag früh. • 3 von unserem Techniker beim Check-in in Ihrem Beisein. Es ist sehr wichtig, dass die korrekte Funktionsweise und der einwandfreie Zustand des Außenborders überprüft werden, bevor Sie das Boot übernehmen, denn sobald Sie den Hafen verlassen haben, gehen wir davon aus, dass der Motor betriebsbereit ist. Sollten bei Rückkehr Schäden am Außenborder festzustellen sein, werden Sie dafür verantwortlich gemacht. Unser Personal demonstriert Ihnen gerne, so oft wie nötig, die korrekte Funktionsweise des Motors. Torqeedo 1003 S ist der primäre Motor unserer Flotte, elektrisch und mit einer Leistung von 3 Stunden bei kontinuierlicher Nutzung:

GENERAL ADVICE AND RULES OF USAGE ERRORS AND COMMON SOLUTIONS ERRORES Y SOLUCIONES COMUNES E30 Error de comunicación con el motor: E30 Comunication Error: Causa: Mala conexión. Cause: Bad Connections. Verifique conexiones del motor. Verifique Check motor connections. posibles daños en el cable del motor. Check possible cable damage. E42 Incorrect charging voltage: Cause: Overexposure to the sun or charge concector contacted salt water. Use a Torqeedo power supply. If the error occurs in spite of using a Torqeedo power supply, wait untill the battery dissipates the overcharge. E43 Empty battery: Charge the battery. The engine can eventually continue slowly from the stop position E45 Battery overcurrent: Switch motor off and on again. If this error occurs the battery status indicator and range display can no longer operate until the battery has been fully charged again

E42 Tensión de carga incorrecta: Causa: Sobreexposición de la bateria al sol o contacto del conector de bateria con el agua. Utilice una fuente de corriente de Torqeedo. Si a pesar de usar una fuente de corriente de Torqeedo persiste el error, espere unas horas, la batería reduce de forma interna la sobrecarga. E43 Batería vacía: Cargue la batería. El motor puede eventualmente continuar en marcha despacio desde la posición STOP E45 Sobrecarga de la batería: Apague el motor y vuelva a encenderlo. El indicador del nivel de carga de la batería y de la autonomía ya no dan una información fidedigna tras este error hasta que la batería vuelva a estar completamente cargada.

FEHLERMELDUNGEN/FEHLERSUCHE E30 Kommunikationsfehler Motor: Überprüfen Sie die Steckverbindung des Motorkabels. Überprüfen Sie das Motorkabel auf Beschädigung. E42 Falsche Ladespannung: Verwenden Sie ein Torqeedo Netzteil. Sollte der Fehler trotz der Verwendung eines Torqeedo Netzteils auftreten, warten Sie einige Stunden, der Akku baut die Überladung intern ab. E43 Akku leer: Akku laden. Motor kann ggf. aus der Stopp-Stellung langsam weiter gefahren werden. E45 Überstrom Akku: Motor ausschalten und wieder einschalten. Die Batteriestandsanzeige und Reichweitenanzeige sind nach diesem Fehler nicht mehr aussagefähig, bis der Akku wieder vollständig aufgeladen wurde

MANUAL STARTER HANDLE To start the engine, first gently pull the handle out until resistance is felt. From that position, then pull the handle straight out quickly to crank the engine.

To stop the engine, push and hold this button or pull the lanyard out from the switch.

TILT LOCK MECHANISM The tilt support lock keeps the outboard motor in the tilted up position. If the outboard engine needs to be tilted up out of the water or to get the propeller higher than the bottom of the boat, push down on the tiller handle while lifting up in the rear carrying handle.
