The windows skillfully interplays light and shadow, through which visitors can explore Hong Kong Intangible Cultural Heritage items such as Fire Dragon, Bun Scrambling Competition, making techniques of Bamboo Steamer, White Iron, Cantonese Opera and Movable Type Printing. The installation presents not only the essence of Movable Type Printing, but also the beauty of high-rise blocks in picturesque disorder in the city.Â

Food is the most important on which we live. From Harvesting from market, being cooked and abandoned, over 3,200 tones of food residuals were being generated everyday in Hong Kong. The exhibition shows innovative ideas of upcycling leftovers to infinite possibilities, being the protagonist out of kitchen again. Changes start from the table, let's visual, tactile feel with the possibilities of food residuals to re-establish contact with food.
