Your Family’s Legacy As Rundle enters into its 35th year, we reflect on the impact our community has had on the success of our program and our students. From our dedicated faculty and staff, to the parents, alumni, and our generous donors, each have played an important role in moving Rundle forward in fulfillment of the mission to help our students achieve their full potential. Your family continues to be part of our Rundle fabric, and for many years, Rundle has been the honoured beneficiary of your time, talents, or generous gifts. Your family has been an integral part of the Rundle community and we are confident that you will want support Rundle’s commitment to student success.
Why Rundle Needs Your Support As an independent school, Rundle is always in need of support. Tuition and government grants only cover the cost of annual operations of the school. Any enhancements or new programs require financial support from our community. We rely on the generosity of our community to help us maintain the programs that have benefited so many students.

As we look to the future of Rundle, it is critical that we continue to grow our educational programs and facilities to ensure our deserving students continue to
receive the life-long benefits of a Rundle educational. We hope you will partner with us to create a vision for your family’s legacy and how, together, we can best support our students and give them a transformational gift of a Rundle education.
Let’s Celebrate - 35 for 35 In celebration of Rundle College’s 35th Anniversary, we are happy to offer the opportunity for your family to leave a profound legacy – a legacy of learning. This year, we are offering our community the opportunity to create a Named Family Endowment Fund. Fund This is a wonderful way to contribute to a Rundle program that is especially meaningful to you, by establishing a fund that provide an on-going gift that will benefit tuition assistance or a particular program. Your gift of $35,000 to create your family’s endowment fund can be pledged over a five-year period. Endowments are one of the financial pillars of any independent school. Rather than used for immediate needs, endowed funds are invested. The earnings on these investments then provide a reliable, ongoing source of funds for scholarships, academic programs, or other important areas.
We are proud to announce Rundle’s first Family Endowment Funds to support tuition bursaries at Rundle. George David Elder Endowment Bursary Fund * | $100,000 Anonymous Alumni Family Endowment Bursary Fund | $35,000 Kreutzer Family Endowment Bursary Fund | $35,000 Rundle Faculty/Staff Endowment Bursary Fund | $35,000+ *Mr. Elder was a student of our founder, Dr. Jack Collett, at Mount Royal College in the early 1960s. After 60 years, the profound impact that Dr. Collett had as a Dean, teacher, and mentor on Mr. Elder inspired him to create a fund to help others continue their education at Rundle. Mr. Elder’s generous gift was given in honour of the late Dr. Collett’s vision and values.
Benefits of Creating an Endowment Fund Establishing a family endowment fund is one of the most unique ways of recognizing and honouring family. It creates an enduring legacy that will benefit future generations of students at Rundle. • A powerful philanthropic tool bearing your family name which allows future family generations to contribute. • Creates an enduring family legacy that will greatly benefit future generations of Rundle students. • The fund is exempt from income taxes and you will receive a tax benefit for the initial donation and all future donations made to the fund.
• The fund would be managed and administered by Rundle and investment income disbursed to the Rundle program of our choice.
“With the gift by generous donors to the Bursary Fund, we were able to keep our girls in this amazing community and are forever grateful for the kindness extended to us. I never would have dreamed how others would touch our lives as they have, and in such a way that we could never thank you enough! – Knaus Family
