Follow our simple 6 step guide 1 Choose your style of Medal or ‘Coin’. 2 Tell us the quantity, shape & size, finish, ribbon detail, enamelling colours (if any), optional extras (if any) and date required. 3 We will then submit a quotation for your approval. 4 Once you have accepted our quotation, we will send you artwork for approval within 3 to 4 working days. 5 After your design has been signed off, production will commence, with delivery to the UK by sea or air freight (see right). 6 Your order will then be delivered to you within your requested timescale.

By Sea Freight

To produce your order, sea freight to the UK, clear customs, transport to our distribution headquarters and then deliver to your door, will take 10 to 12 weeks - the most economical service.

By Air Freight

Alternatively your order can be produced and then flown in by air freight which will take only 4 to 6 weeks or even less; there is a small surcharge for this service.

Q Where are the pin badges manufactured? A All our custom lapel pin badges are manufactured at our partner factories in China, for the very best quality at effectively wholesale prices.

Q What pin badge finishes are available? A We have a variety of custom lapel pin badge finishes to choose from: Antique Gold, Silver and Bronze, Shiny Gold, Silver and Bronze.

Q How do I go about ordering my custom lapel pin badges? A Simply follow our 6 step guide below.

Q I have heard that the pin badges can be produced and delivered in 3-4 weeks, is that correct? A Yes they can. Once you have ‘signed-off’ the artwork and approved your design it can take only 3-4 weeks to produce and deliver your pin badges using air freight.

Q How can I work out the price of my pin badges? A Simply measure to the longest point of your pin badge and look at that size in the pricing table. Pin Badge Design Q I only have a rough sketch of my pin badge design. Is that OK? A Yes. Simply send us your guidelines with any logos/images (if there are any you want incorporating), and we will design your pin badge for you Free of Charge. Q How long will it take for me to receive artwork back from you for approval? A Firstly we will send you a quotation. Once you have accepted our quotation, we will then proceed with your pin badge design which you should normally receive within 3 to 4 working days, or even less. Q When I have received my pin badge design back for approval, what if I require any changes? A No problem. We will amend your design until you are completely happy with it!

1 Choose your style of lapel pin badge. 2 Tell us the quantity, shape, size, and finish, with what enamelling colours and logos (if applicable) and the date required. 3 We will then submit a quotation for your approval. 4 Once you have accepted our quotation, we will send you artwork for approval within 3 to 4 working days. 5 After your design has been signed off, production will commence. 6 Your order will then be delivered to you within your requested timescale.

Q Will I be charged a die charge? A Yes. You will be charged the die charge that reflects the style of custom lapel pin badge that you have chosen. Q Will I be charged a die charge for repeat orders? A No. Absolutely not providing that nothing changes at all. Q What if want just the year changing? A Depending on the design and size of the amendment there would be a small charge to pay. Please contact us and we will give you an exact costing. Q Can I change my pin badge design without incurring a new die charge? A Yes, you can keep the same die and simply change the enamel colour to freshen up your design year on year.

Q Will there be any charge for these amendments? A Absolutely not.

Our product is Non-Toxic and Non-Irritant to skin and conforms to EN-71-3 Standards for a safe and fun event.

Just rinse with water and everything will be ok as our powder is non-toxic but for added eye protection we recommend wearing a pair of our sunglasses.

Yes it is. It is 100% safe to ingest but we advise you to wear it, not eat it!

To get the colour powder out of hair and off skin it is best to do it whilst it is still dry. Shake it off first then just wash as normal and maybe repeat.

Rain should wash away the colour powder from either the grass, pavements or roads or you can use a hose or leaf blower.
