Hard Enamel & Rainbow Plated Custom Lapel Pin Badges. Hard Enamel Pin Badges Also known as cloisonné pin badges they are particularly aimed at the corporate and higher end market. Method We make a die of your design, stamp it onto metal and then in-fill with a powdered glass mixture which after it has been fired in a kiln is then polished to give a bright shine and smooth finish. Photo Printed Pin Badges These are ideal for intricate designs with multicolours, gradients and even photographic images allowing a crisp reproduction. Method For these we stamp out the metal to the shape of your design then digitally print your image onto the blank shaped metal before coating it with a clear epoxy dome to protect it and give a smooth glossy finish. Q What pin badge finishes are available? A We have a variety of custom lapel pin

Q How do I go about ordering my custom lapel pin badges? A Simply follow our 6 step guide below.

Q I have heard that the pin badges can be produced and delivered in 3-4 weeks, is that correct? A Yes they can. Once you have ‘signed-off’ the artwork and approved your design it can take only 4-6 weeks, or even less, to produce and deliver your pin badges using air freight. Q Is there a surcharge for the pin badges to be flown in? A No.

Prices Q How can I work out the price of my pin badges? A Simply measure to the longest point of your pin badge and look at that size in the pricing table. If you have any queries or are unsure on anything, please do not hesitate to contact us, we will be only too happy to answer any questions that you might have.

Die Charges Pin Badge Design Q I only have a rough sketch of my pin badge design. Is that OK? A Yes. Simply send us your guidelines with any logos/images (if there are any you want incorporating), and we will design your pin badge for you FREE of Charge.

Q When I have received my pin badge

Production & Delivery Schedule By Sea Freight

To produce your order, sea freight to the UK, clear customs, transport to our distribution headquarters and then deliver to your door, will take 12-16 weeks - the most economical service.

By Air Freight

Alternatively your order can be produced and then flown in by air freight which will take only 4-6 weeks or even less; there is a small surcharge for this service. Bespoke Wooden Medals Disclaimer Please Note • A small minority of medals may have imperfections in the wood such as knots. • If excessive pressure is applied to the wood or to the ribbon clip, this may cause the medal and ribbon hole to snap. • The design clarity and etching tone may differ from each medal. • The edges of the medal should not have any splinters or create any, however, a splinter may be present in very few cases. • After laser engraving has been completed, a burnt odour will be present; this will remain on the finished product. • In some cases, a small amount of scratching may appear where a clip-on ribbon has been attached.

Bespoke Medals

1 Choose your style of Medal, ‘Coin’ or Pin Badge. 2 Tell us the quantity, shape & size, finish, ribbon detail, enamelling colours (if any), optional extras (if any) and date required. 3 We will then submit a quotation for your approval. 4 Once you have accepted our quotation, we will send you artwork for approval within 3 to 4 working days. 5 After your design has been signed off, production will commence, with delivery to the UK by sea or air freight (see right). 6 Your order will then be delivered to you within your requested timescale.

By Sea Freight

To produce your order, sea freight to the UK, clear customs, transport to our distribution headquarters and then deliver to your door, please allow 12-16 weeks - the most economical service.

By Air Freight

Alternatively your order can be produced and then flown in by air freight which will take only 4-6 weeks or even less; there is a small surcharge for this service.
