The St. Tammany Home Builders Association is a professional organization representing the

residential housing industry since 1977. Our organization, and strong membership base, have a

proud history of serving in the St. Tammany community – a place we enjoy building homes, and working in the building industry, but more importantly...the place we call home. We have dedicated ourselves to: • being the voice of the residential housing industry

Our largest public project each year is the “Raising the Roof for Charity” Raffle House. This year, the Raffle House (as it is commonly referred) is built by Conbeth Development in the beautiful

TerraBella Village. When you are out touring the homes in this year’s Parade be sure to visit the Raffle House which also doubles as the Parade of Homes Information Center. Not only will you want to look at this wonderful property, but you also can buy a ticket to win the home while

helping great causes! The house will be raffled off on May 31st. Proceeds from the ticket sales benefit 4 great, local, charities. To date, this event has put nearly $4.7 million dollars in the hands of charitable organizations that serve our local area.

As you tour each of the homes be sure to talk with the builders and their representatives.

he St. Tammany Home Builders Association is proud to bring you the 2014 Parade of Homes. Since 1979, the St. Tammany Parade of Homes event has provided a

unique opportunity for expert local Builders to showcase new products, methods, and trends in the building industry to the public. This year 24 homes have been built for your viewing by some of St. Tammany’s premier Builders. Each year thousands of visitors attend this event. This is a great opportunity for the Builders to put their best foot forward to demonstrate their creativity and quality construction for you to experience.
