Editor brief Greetings to all of the readers of our magazine! It has been decided by our editorial office to create a special publication, dedicated to an amazing date - April the 2nd. On this exact day not many years ago, the one, who makes our hearts beat more frequent, entered this world we live in. Our dearly beloved Sonya! I am pretty sure that you will receive lots of flowers, presents and sincere wishes on this day! However, we came up with this idea of making a small surprise for you: we present this issue to you with the greatest love and the most heartily wishes. It might seem as a demure gift but we should admit that a huge amount of effort has been put into this, and hopefully you will not forget our diligence. Matteo Happy Birthday Sonya! I’ve discovered TdV eleven years ago, in 2005, with Pleasure and Pain. It was really different from what I was listening at the time. I didn’t understand it at first, and I preferred the previous albums Sucide Vampire and expecially Nightbreed of Macabria. But that voice stayed with me, it was sort of whispered and gritty and «different». If I needed only one world I would choose «different». And this vocal style was very influencial on my own music, and I need to thank you for that... and for a couple of very romantic and mezmerizing lyrics that I remember very fondly...«lullaby among the oaks, I remember ancient rites». I’m really looking forward to a new amazing album from TdV that would be «different» and interesting as always. An huge thank you for what you did so far!
