RUSU RAG Committee Applications Handbook 2014/15

What Is RAG? RAG is dedicated to fundraising. It encourages students to get involved with their union and give back to their local, national and global community. We achieve this through events, challenges, raids and other FUNdraising activities. RAG is first and foremost a student group, and that’s where YOU come in! We need organised, committed and enthusiastic team members to ensure that we achieve as much as possible through our events.

Why get involved? RAG is a nationally recognised name, and is therefore something that looks fantastic on your CV. But, more importantly, it is a chance to work with like-minded students to give something back to your community. It is a chance to engage in lots of fun activities and meet new people while improving your job prospects and helping others. It also counts toward your RED award, as an added bonus!

What now? Interested? Then get involved! You can apply for a committee position by requesting an application form from h.trott@reading.ac.uk or from RAG themselves. The deadline for the applications is the 19th April 2015. After the application process, a committee will be selected and the fun begins!
