1 General •The site is located in Mohd Umar Rajjab road, champa compound. •The Auditorium is on the First and Second floor of the School 2 Entrance •There are six entries for the Auditorium. •First floor has four entries ➢ Three from the Passage ➢ One from the green room •First floor main entrance is from 6M wide passage on East. •Entrance to balcony is from Second floor. •Balcony has two entries ➢ Lower level entry from the 2.4M wide passage on East.

3 Green Room •Green Room is for the girls on first floor. • There are two W.C in toilet. •There is no provision of green room for boys

• No Acoustic Treatment on walls or ceiling • Due to no acoustic treatment there is lots of Echo and Flutter

•STAGE IS NOT IN A GOOD CONDITION. •FLOORING IS IRREGULAR AND IS DISPLACED IN CERTAIN AREAS. •STAGE HAS NO ACOUSTIC TREATMENT ON WALLS.

1) R.C.C Components •Beams show major distress and sagging of beams is observed. •Cracks are developed in beams and columns. 2) External and •There is no acoustic treatment in walls and ceiling. DOOR HINGES ARE DAMAGED. DOORS ARE NOT ACOUSTICALLY TREATED WINDOW SHUTTER GLASSES ARE BROKEN AT MANY PLACES WHICH IS DANGEROUS.

THE ROOF IS MADE OF ALUMINUM SHEETS, WHICH ARE NOT IN GOOD CONDITION. SPALLING OF CONCRETE ON INTERNAL WALL. CHIPPING OF PLASTER AND PAINT.

GREEN ROOM INTERNAL WALL FINISH ARE DAMAGED.
