•The site is located in Mohd Umar Rajjab road, champa compound. •The Auditorium is on the First and Second floor of the School

Entrance
•There are six entries for the Auditorium. •First floor has four entries ➢ Three from the Passage ➢ One from the green room •First floor main entrance is from 6M wide passage on East. •Entrance to balcony is from Second floor. •Balcony has two entries ➢ Lower level entry from the 2.4M wide passage on East.

Green Room
•Green Room is for the girls on first floor. • There are two W.C in toilet. •There is no provision of green room for boys

WINDOW SHUTTER GLASSES ARE BROKEN AT MANY PLACES WHICH IS DANGEROUS.
•STAGE IS NOT IN A GOOD CONDITION. •FLOORING IS IRREGULAR AND IS DISPLACED IN CERTAIN AREAS. •STAGE HAS NO ACOUSTIC TREATMENT ON WALLS. THE ROOF IS MADE OF ALUMINUM SHEETS, WHICH ARE NOT IN GOOD CONDITION.

•Beams show major distress and sagging of beams is observed. •Cracks are developed in beams and columns.

Door and windows
•Door hinges are damaged. •Window shutter glasses are broken, Iron grills are rusted and squeaking and are needed to be replaced. •Lintels have developed cracks. •Louvered windows of the toilet and stage are in extremely bad shape and needs to be replaced.

Roofing components
•The roof is made of aluminum sheets, which are not in good condition.
