The recently held 2020 Ray White Commercial Awards was a fantastic celebration of all the great work of our members. This year's awards celebration looked a little different to past events as we beamed across Australia, New Zealand and Asia from various locations via a weblink. The changes in the delivery certainly did not distract from the overall energy with many teams meeting up in their various COVI D-19 safe environments to celebrate. We were thrilled to announce our Hong Kong business as the number one office and Ivan Li as our top performer for the year. The highly coveted Director's Cup award was won by Jeff Moxham for his outstanding contribution to the Ray White Commercial Group. Celebrating the youth within Ray White Commercial, we congratulated our Rising Stars in Jackson Rameau from Commercial Gold Coast and Anna Cobbold from Commercial (WA). No strangers to the Clients' Choice Award is the team at Commercial Tauranga for their excellence in customer experience. Peter Vines and the team at Commercial Western Sydney were also awarded both the Excellence in Marketing and Business Growth Awards. Congratulations to all our winners for their outstanding performances. A big congratulations to our Sydney Office Leasing team who have showcased some fantastic properties in this magazine, and took out the top leasing office award. Finally, in a sign there continues to be demand for commercial property, lease deals continue to gain momentum throughout the market with businesses looking to relocate or adjust (up and down) their space requirements. The Auckland and Melbourne markets have also challenged the status qua with competitive online auctions, delivering better than expected results during restrictions.
