Begin Living the Eucharist in 4 Easy Steps!

STEP 2

CHOOSE YOUR LEADERSHIP TEAM COORDINATOR The pastor, with input from the parish staff and/or others, appoints a Living the Eucharist team coordinator and designates a parish staff member to work with this person.

The pastor reads Chapters 1–4 and 6 of the Parish Leadership Team Manual to familiarize himself with Living the Eucharist and his role in implementing this ministry. n

The team coordinator learns about his or her ministry by viewing the video titled “Orientation for Parish Leadership Team Coordinators” at www.

LivingtheEucharist.org/orientation, and reading Chapters 1–5 of the Parish Leadership Team Manual. n

STEP 3

ASSEMBLE AND TRAIN YOUR TEAM The team coordinator, with input and approval from the pastor and in collaboration with the parish representative: Assembles the team — using Chapter 6 of the Parish Leadership Team Manual, “Assembling the Team.” n

Trains the team — using Chapter 7 of the Parish Leadership Team Manual, “Orienting and Training the Team.” n

LAUNCH LIVING THE EUCHARIST
