The house was in need of new exterior paint and the decision was made to update the existing dark brown color scheme in the process.
Improvements:
I opted for a lighter, three-shade color scheme in order to accent the homes architectural features and give the home a more contemporary look. The trim was made an almond color to minimize contrast with the dark window frames.

While the garage door, landscaping, and roof In order to appeal to the young families who were the were recently updated, the house still maintained its primary buyers in the neighborhood, the home was somewhat dated original color scheme. given an updated, neutral color scheme that highlights the homes facade features.

This kitchen had been partially updated with stainless/stainless look appliances and new ooring. However, the Ash cabinets and brown kitchen tile remained.
Improvements:
In order to give it an updated look, I selected granite countertops that were on sale. After, I selected a neutral, contrasting wall color and opted to paint the cabinets black-brown to give the room a more modern look. The colors and ďŹ nishes harmonized with the homes existing brown/beige color scheme.
