Regardless of how large your company is, it will perform best when a face is associated with the business. Think Jeff Bezos and Elon Musk. You might not like being on display but, marketing science has shown that showing your face is extrememly effective. It will help you to develop a relationship with people you may not have even met in person. Trust is the number-one factor in a person’s decision to do business with a new company. Seeing your face in marketing is shown to significantly increase trust for the viewer. It generates a positive result, even if you have a face made for radio. People respond best to a real person. If you are still a hard NO, it might be time to find yourself a spokesperson who can humanize your business.
