Upper Proctor Creek Capacity Relief Project

Reeves Young completed the phased delivery of this project which encompassed demolition, new capacity relief storage facility, sanitary sewer, earthwork, hardscapes and re-routing stormwater piping. The project consisted of separating the combined sewer/storm system to re-route stormwater piping. The scope of work included:

• Storm: 3,560 LF of 18” stormwater RCP, 1,700 LF of 24” stormwater RCP, 1,500 LF of 30” stormwater RCP, 820 LF of 36” stormwater RCP, 460 LF of 42” stormwater RCP, 250 LF of 42” stormwater DIP, 425 LF of 84” DIP jack and bore, and 430 LF of 42” DIP jack and bore.

• Water: 1,720 LF of 8” DIP water pipeline, 160 LF of 12” DIP water pipeline, copper water service lines.

• Sanitary: 450 LF of 6” DIP Sanitary sewer laterals.

• Earthwork: 2,000 CY of rock excavation, 25,445 CY of contaminated earthwork export, 9,400 CY of earthwork import, sheet piling/ shoring.

• Hardscapes: 9,900 SY of asphalt paving, flatwork, and landscaping.

Indian Creek Elementary Infrastructure

Reeves Young performed general contracting services on the demolition of an existing gymnsium, 2,065 LF of 8” ductile iron pipe, 1,031 LF of sanitary sewer, 96” Underground Detention System, 48” Underground Detention System, and 72” Underground Detention System.

City of Atlanta Annual Water Maintenance

Reeves Young provides general contractor services for this multi-year, sole-source maintenance contract for the City of Atlanta water system, which was renewed for a third year. The scope includes on call emergency repairs as well as installing water lines from 8” to 48” throughout Atlanta, both new lines and water mains, as well as new fire hydrants as needed.
