Foreword Talent Management is NOT only about recruitment and holding LC internal events. AIESEC in HK has long suffered retention issue where 50% of our members leave AIESEC after a year. We still yet to better manage our talents. We took over 2.5 months from preparation of recruitment all the way to induction, and our role is to develop them into future change agents of society.
