BANGSUE GREEN COMMERCIAL HUB CONCEPT EMERALD LINGKAGE TRANSIT ORIENTED DEVELOPMENT BANGKOK, THAILAND MAY 2017 1,058 rai
According to the policy of State Railway of Thailand (SRT), planing to connect the region of Thailand by construct the hub of new railway system, Bangsue Grand Station, located on Bangsue District, Bangkok. This policy will effect to the surrounding (SRT Property) of Bangsue Grand Station area, by making this area has more potential to be a brand-new commercial district of Thailand. Moreover the remain operation of train’s maintenance in this site, it’s importantly to support this new commercial district with a sustainable design to make the atmosphere and the environment proper for human habitat. Then the green infrastructure strategies have been brought to solve this problems, by using the benefit of green area to increase the eco-capacity and develop ecological function. The green infrastructure also enhances the pedestrian and walkable concept, design walking networks and biking transportation that merge the area together connecting the train’s maintenance system that seperated the connection of space. This strategies make space become more place for people that can support human activities and communications for better quality of life and urban sociology. 3

Chiangmai is a province that locate in Chiangmai basin (the basin between Jom-tong mountain range and Pee-pan-nam mountain ramge ) and has Ping river flow through in it. In the pass, urban stream in Chiangmai is a network for distribute water from Ping river to agriculture fields this urban stream network is called “Lum Muang”. Nowaday, most of this system is destroyed by urbanization process.. This is the cause of water runoff problem, flooding and water pollution in Chiangmai. This project is aimed to restore “Lum Muang” to fix urban stream problem and improve quality of life of Chiangmai people.

Land Mosaic of Chiangmai can divide into 4 part including Social Mosaic(settlement, life style), Cultural Mosaic(religious place, believe), Ecological Mosaic(Forest, Stream, Topology) and Economic Mosaic(Argiculture, Infrastructure, Urban). However, from Chiangmai history, human live in the environment by adapt themselves with ecological condition. Therefore, other mosaic of Chiangmai is based on ecological mosaic.

Goft course in the institue is changed to be a solar farm, because this area has a suitable space(big flat and clear). This solar field will generate a electricity for AIT. Solar farm will take a 1 of 3 part of this area and face to the south side of AIT, that make solar farm have a high potential to generate electricity. We also design open ditchs in front of solar cells panal that will reduce a temperature and improve electricity geterate ratio.

Exhibition activities area make students have the opportunity to show their potential and knowledge to public society. This opportunity will encourage students to create ideas to invent an invention, and make a chance for students to exchange their knowledge with outside people. This area is flexible for any activities, and connect them to a surrounding group of building.
ENERGY STEP
Arboretum’s concept is based on AIT’s knowledge that is the combination between environment engineering knowledge and social science knowledge. The innovative skywalk is designed with arboretum lawn to make a community space that can generate electrictcity, On the innovation skywalk, it is inserted a solar cells pannal on top, make them become a alternative power gnerater. We also design an environment of the aboretum to look natural, and use only native plant to attract people to use this place. In the future, this place will become an another landmark of AIT.

YANNAWET SAKKAWAN TEMPLE CONCEPT VISANYUTAMAGGA RELIGIOUS PLACE PATUMTHANI, THAILAND AUGUST 2016 25 rai
In Pali language, Magga mean a way, Visanyut mean easily, simple. Visanyutamagga is the concept about using a simple design to renovate the bhuddist temple with a proper function and blend with the natural environment. This design also use low maintenance materials that can be a part of natural environment. We also provide a space for people to do religion activity that lead them to understand the movement of the world with the dhamma.

This treatment solution is based on environmental process to create a wildlife habitat and maintain the ecosystem in Yannawet Sakkawan temple. The system use oxygen exchanging process and phytoremdation system. This system also create a water feature for meditation activity.

Detail Plan In Common Area Sala Charitable This area is located on common space, contain many religion activity of bhuddism. So on the special day of buddhist people, it’s always crowded. We redesign the circulation and expand this common space to newly purchase land beside the old space.We also provide the open space for overflow actiivty.

Forest Park The concept of forest park is inspired by Tribhume, Thai religion literature, that describe the element of universe with religious beliefs, that has The Meru Mount in the central of universe enclose by sea and has four continent around. Element of universe in the literature become an element in landscape that solve a flooding problem by central swale., every element in forest park also be meditation furnitures. 69
Scripture School The residential zone contain two activities in the area, They are scripture school and accommodation area for monk. These two area have defferent concept, Scripture School is a school that teach dhamma to apperentices, so the concept of landscape in this area is an immitation of teaching environment in Bhudda era for monk apperentice. The accomodate landscape concept is provide ecological system that merge to meditation space that will make them feel peach in thier mind

The area along the river is designed to create a public space for urban community and support the Ministry of Tourism’s policy.The main idea of this project is to design a commercial space for support the community and their quality of life. However, most important duty of this project is to preserve community life and cultural along the river to be exist in the future society.

7 Cultural Districts Along Chaopraya River Development According to 14 km bicycle riverfront track project of Thai government. The bicycle track design has only single fomat and do not concern about the identity of each community along Chaopraya Rive. Then we raise this issue to redesign the bicycle track project. In our redesign project the Chaopraya riverfront project isn’t only a bicycle track, our riverfornt is designed for support the identity of each community along Chaopraya in 7 districts, that will make this place become an another landmark of Thailand. This project also create a communication area between local people and outsider that will make strong urban community. Vision: Create the relashionship between humanand River by make people appreciate in the value of Chaopraya river and has a conscious mind.

RAYONG MUNICIPAL LANDFILL CONCEPT DHAMMA RETREAT BROWNFIELD RAYONG, THAILAND NOVEMBER 2015 80 rai
Rayong municipal waste landfill is used for more than 50 years, and in the year that I got this project, the municipal landfill is being retired. Rayong government has an idea to tranform this area into a public recreation space. This landfill area is located near the Buddhist monastery, so I aim to change the landfill to become a Dharma retreat place to calm the people mind that was damaged from working stress. This dhamma retreat place also be resting place of people who live around. This project is designed to put the treatment of waste processing as one of the element of design, then people can use this place while the place revive itself. The existing structure of landfill management is also become a multipurpose building that people can use it for any function to live in this Darma retreat place. 83

The area inside the landfill cathedral is devide into three part. First is the Cental Hall. It is the main entrance of the building that has a function as a gathering space. Next to the hall is a space for sitting meditation, and the last space is a space for chongkrom meditation, meditate by walking. The space inside is also use as a plant for the leachate treatment that start from walking meditation space that can collect methane gas from this process. The leachate will treat through the Cental Hall space and conduct to the pond outside. This building has air ventilation management and release the air through the gabage for increase the decomposition base process of landfill.

The exterior is designed to look calm and shady. All of the existing gabage is brough to make a landform and turn it into a cathedral for meditation. There also has water ponds around the site to recieve tha amount of water from leachate treatment process. Then ponds are become a space for meditation, and recreation area at the same time. The out of operation waste disposal plant is designed to be a residential unit and multipurpose building.
