The Festival From 5 to 13 October 2013, the people who live and work on and around Chatsworth Road will again come together to celebrate, with a packed week of Chatsworth Road Festival events. This guide lists all the events in what promises to be an interesting and enjoyable week for our community. The organising group, local business owners, community groups and residents, have done all they can - and now it’s over to you. Please get involved, attend the events, support the festival and come together to celebrate and show pride in our area. Harvest Festival: The Harvest of the Community The Festival Service will be giving thanks to God for our local harvest - the community of Brampton - and all the good 'fruits' those living and working there produce. We shall be celebrating the fact that we live in a community where the people of Brampton bring so much to the lives of others and we shall hear some of their stories. Theatre & Dinner at Maison Mes Amis Innovative local theatre company 'Trick of Light' will be performing a one act play at Maison Mes Amis called 'Calling Time' by Derek Webb, followed by a wonderful set menu three course dinner. The five actors play 12 characters in this seven-scene short play about relationships and situations that all take place in a bar; some funny, others thought-provoking but each scene will show that you never know what the couple at the next table is up to! Local pride is at stake and the owners are keen to compete for the honour of "Chip Champion"!
