Brings all aspects of design together in an integrative process, through conceptual, schematic and design development, and technical documentation. Addresses program, structure, environmental systems, accessibility, life safety, and design resolution from site response, building materials and assemblies selection and attention to sustainable design criteria to the detailed development of key spaces. Construction documentation developed for key components, and project assessment to evaluate appropriateness of design solution.
