Add the basic oil to the clay, then a very small amount of the tonic (too much water may cause rolling of the peeling). Massage the skin for a few minutes. Next, clean off with warm water. After the peeling tone the skin with Witch hazel tonic. Peeling recommended for all types of skin.
Effect

BASIC MASK » 1 teaspoon of Ghassoul clay; » 2 teaspoons of Witch hazel tonic; » 1/3 teaspoons of argan oil, grape seed or wheat germ oil. Add the tonic to the clay to get the consistency of thin, smooth mud, then add a little bit of oil. Apply the mixed mask with a brush or with fingers on to washed and cleansed face skin. Leave for 10-20 minutes. The time of application should depend on the type of skin. The more delicate and drier the skin, the shorter we leave the mask. The added oil prevents the clay from drying too fast. Before removing, it is advisable to soak the clay with warm water (e.g. with a brush) as this will make the removal easier. Thoroughly wash away with warm water, tone with Witch hazel tonic and apply an appropriately selected cream.

WITCH HAZEL TONIC An aqueous extract of leaves and bark of witch hazel. It is most effective in cleaning skin with dilated capillaries. It reduces redness of the face and moisturizes the skin well. Witch hazel was considered to be “Indian gold” living in the north-eastern part of North America, where it was revered for its special properties. It was also used in Europe in folk medicine.

OLIVE SOAP FROM ALEPPO For 2,000 years this was traditionally made of a mix of olive oil and laurel oil in the city of Aleppo, Syria. The ritual of the soap making starts with the end of the harvest season in the olive groves. The resultant olive oil is boiled for a few days in special vats with an addition of soda from sea salt extract. At the end of the slow boiling process, the substance is enriched with laurel oil. After filtration and cooling, the soap – still green – is hand cut, marked and left in the fresh air to dry for a minimum of 9 months. Its characteristic beige colour is a result of oxidation of the soap surface exposed to the fresh air and is the final indicator of its quality. The Aleppo Soap is completely natural. It does not contain any fragrant compositions, dyes, preservatives or any ingredients of animal origin.
PROPERTIES The delicate formula, checked and appreciated by customers over hundreds of years, does not only have moisturizing and softening qualities but anti-allergic, anti-inflammatory and disinfecting properties too. It has been recommended by dermatologists for many years to treat psoriasis, dandruff, eczema and acne problems.

It has the appearance of a dark paste which, when mixed with water, becomes a creamy velvet mass. Savon Noir foams very intensively, and thanks to its moisturizing and exfoliating properties it very effectively softens and nourishes the skin, leaving it silky smooth to the touch.
An organic oil of ECOCERT made in a factory of Margoni (Morocco) in the heart of the Argan Tree Forest. Cold pressed, free of preservatives. It contains a wealth of fatty acids, vitamins E and F, linoleic acid and phytosterols, which makes it an effective cosmetic for the care of all skin types. Especially recommended for demanding and sensitive skin, as well as for hair and nails. The oil nourishes deeply, moist urizes and softens. It protects against ageing and improves elasticity.
APPLICATION Savon Noir can be used for all skin types, especially for very dry and sensitive skins, and even children’s skin.
HOW TO USE BASIC VERSION: after removing make-up, apply a thin layer of the cosmetic, taking care to avoid the area around the eyes. Leave for about 5 minutes. After that time massage with wet finger tips using a circular motion for a few minutes. Next, wash the resultant foam thoroughly with lukewarm water, being careful so as not to let it get into the eyes.

MILD PEELING AND CLEANSING PASTE (1 teaspoon of Savon Noir, 1 teaspoon of Ghassoul clay, 2 teaspoons of water or oil – witch hazel water – possible). Add Savon Noir and water to the clay, mix thoroughly. Apply the paste on to face skin and massage delicately. After a few minutes of massage, remove the mask and tone with witch-hazel water. The paste is recommended as an alternative to peeling for the most delicate skins.

Put a small amount of Savon Noir soap on a soaked washer. Rub it firmly to achieve a frothy foam. Apply to the whole body using circular movements and perform a short massage.

The essence of this ceremony, which is traditionally performed in Arabic-style steam rooms full of foam baths, is thorough cleansing of the body and soothing of the soul. The ritual performance in its original scenery amounts to an unforgettable experience, yet this is rarely available for many of us. STEP 2
Wearing a Kessa glove, wipe the whole body using a massage motion. Rub firmly with circular movements to remove dead cells and toxins of the cuticle. Continue the procedure for several minutes. Wash the whole body with warm water after the massage.

Mix the Ghassoul clay portion with Witch hazel tonic or spring water. Then, add a suitably chosen fragrance or base oil (we recommend adding 5-7 drops of your favourite essential oil to the base oil). Apply a thin layer of this mixture to the purified skin. Wrap the body with cling film and cover with a blanket. Wash the mask after 15-20 minutes.
STEP 4
The Hammam treatment ends with a mythical anointing ritual. Use an aromatic massage oil such as argan, macadamia or sesame oil. Choose one of the several subtle fragrances of orange, ice tea, pinacolada or fruit cocktail. Anoint the whole body with the oil or, alternatively, have a relaxing massage.

ANTI-CELLULITE
The main aim of anti-cellulite treatments is always the same – the improvement of blood and lymph circulation of the skin, the activation of percutaneous osmotic replacement, an increase in the metabolic rate and the elimination of toxins. We offer a uniquely effective anti-cellulite ritual that is used in the best SPAs in Poland and in the world. Its elements can be used at home. To achieve the best effect it is recommended to start the cure with ten treatments carried out every second day.
STEP 1 / Cleansing bath
It is the best to start the treatment with a hot bath with an addition of natural salts which include a lot of the bio-elements necessary for proper function of our organism. The composition of microelements in the salt is similar to their amount in the body fluid so they absorb well. They include: magnesium, manganese, iron, zinc, copper, calcium, potassium, selenium and others. We advise that you enrich the bath with grapefruit ethereal oil, which has an intense anti-cellulite activity and a very attractive fragrance.
STEP 2 / Exfoliation
Before the main treatments, it is obligatory to have a peeling. To exfoliate the callous epidermis it is recommended to use scrub peelings – coarse ones. The most effective and the most frequently used products are those with natural abrasive particles, such as sugar or salt. Both salt and sugar crystals stimulate the blood circulation.

STEP 3 / Cellulite reduction
The most important stage of the anti-cellulite treatment is the application of mud from the Dead Sea (p. 25). It is a natural product rich in valuable minerals and trace elements of invaluable properties for skin. The mud therapy strongly detoxifies the organism and cleanses the skin. It has a strong slimming (increases the cell metabolism) and anti-cellulite effect. Apply a thin layer of the mud on to skin covered with cellulite and wrap in cling film. Cover with a blanket for about 20-30 minutes. After that time wash away thoroughly.
