How to show insulation on the outside? The first thinking of how to show something which usually is between the walls, was to take away the present structural elements and to hold the cellulose insulation with a tension fabric, which would have completely covered the whole building. There would have been holes or patterns showing the cellulose insulation which would have been used still as insulation but also as a aesthetic element of the building. However, the cellulose would not have holded the structure, it would have been the tension fabric which will have been the main structural element.

Experiments
28
29
The minimum quantity of the glue necessary to let the paper becoming rigid is 60% and then, the most successful between the three.
30
The second trial of the latex experiment is the most successful as the latex perfectly shaped itself with the paper, not covering it, as the last one, and it is possible to have it comletely dried in 3 hours.
31
The second experiment is perfectly resistant and even if the whitening of the plaster is visible, it does not cover completely as the last one.
32
Both of the last two experiments are very hard, the last one has, however changed color and the newspaper is not visible as a nal result.
33
The most strong of the three is resulted to be the one which paper has been soaked for more than 48 hours, more easily shaped and resistant.

39
Instead of using the traditional way of constructing a wall through bricks, due to the material properties, and moreover in order to revolutionate the aesthetic of cellulose insulation there is first a study of how it is possible to construct a sequence of bricks fitting perfectly together. Used as insulation, aesthetic and structural element.
40
41
The rounds on the top is quite difficult to cast them precisely, but the weight of the cellulose is also lighter than the others due to the casting shape of the bottom part. The brick is almost completely hollow.
The bricks are quite fragile as the external holding pieces are just around 4 cm, and they scratched at the angles.
42
43
First trial of using mortarless brick, because they fit together with no need of glue, not easy to shaer or collappse. But also testing a fixed structure, as a pattern throughout the facade, and finally a possible column.
