The Moorman Family, a family of six and their two dogs, want to move to Lebanon Missouri to a 5,600 square feet modern farmhouse. They require enough space for each of their 4 kids to have a bedroom. Each space needs to be functional and have purpose. They want a large kitchen and living room because they are always having family and friends over to socialize. Through light colored woods and fabrics it brings in an airy feel throughout the space.
*Modeled and rendered in Cheif Architect*The Johnsons live in a suburb neighborhood outside of Boston, Massachusetts. They have two teenagers and want to utilize their space more. They don’t cook much but want it to look as they do. The rest of the house has many neutral colors so they wanted to add in a few pops of color in the tiled back splash and stool fabric.
Every bathroom deserves a statement piece. As you walk into this 130 square foot bathroom you are greeted with a chic and moody feel through the dark statement tub as well as the vintage feel in the wallpaper.

Throughout the space there are lots of open work areas to promote collaboration with coworkers. Large windows to bring in lots of natural light during the day and light colors to make the space feeling airy.
