General Infomation Welcome to SAEM18! The JW Marriott Indianapolis is the host hotel for SAEM18 and the site for SAEM’s educational sessions and most of its events and activities. The JW Marriott, Indianapolis has multiple levels which may be accessed via elevators and escalators. The session and meeting listings in this Schedule-at-a-Glance, have the room name and floor numbers for your reference. Registration The SAEM18 registration area is located across from the exhibit hall in the JW Grand Ballroom Foyer, Third Floor. Registration hours are: • Monday, May 14, 3–6 pm • Thursday, May 17, 7 am–5 pm • Tuesday, May 15, 7 am–6 pm • Friday, May 18, 7 am–2:30 pm • Wednesday, May 16, 7 am–7 pm Please note that you must wear your name badge at all times for entry into sessions, exhibit hall, and most events. Continuing Medical Education The CME program offered by SAEM targets, but is not limited to, emergency healthcare such as medical students, allied healthcare providers (nurse practitioners, physician assistants) emergency medicine technicians, nurses, residents, fellows, researchers, faculty and physicians.
