Order Guidelines

Purchase Orders • Fax to 703-372-1941 • E-mail to Orders@BamBams.com Artwork • E-mail all artwork to Art@BamBams.com • Spot color printing: Accepted file types are Adobe Illustrator and EPS for vectored files • Process color printing: Accepted file types are 300 DPI minimum JPEGs and TIFFs for raster files. • Include all PMS color codes in the artwork file when possible.

Over/Under Run Policy

In most cases, BamBams® ships and invoices exact quantities as shown on the order acknowledgement.

Shipping, Deadlines, and Delivery

BamBams® is not responsible for transit related delays that are outside of our power, including, but not limited to: weather, mechanical, and customs issues. Split shipments and rush shipments are available upon request but may incur additional cost. Please contact us by phone, fax, or e-mail to Sales@BamBams.com for details.

International Customers

BamBams® published pricing is representative of freight, taxes, tariffs, duties (and all other applicable fees) into the United States. Customers who request delivery to other countries will be billed for any and all applicable duties and taxes (varying by product and country) specific to a given country of destination. Please contact BamBams® for a custom quote on international import.

Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

For custom printed orders, we only accept returns if the order is determined to be of poor quality and the problem is reported within 10 business days of delivery. There will be no refunds or replacements if a problem is reported more than 10 days after delivery. All returns require prior authorization from BamBams®. Approved refunds will only be issued upon full return of product. Refunds will be issued in US dollars. BamBams® will not be held responsible for changes in foreign exchange rates.

USB Flash Drive Product Warranty and Product Information

BamBams® USB Flash Drives, MP3/4 Players, and all applicable Flash Memory products are purchased from authorized vendors with the highest quality, new flash memory. Samsung, Hunix, and Micron (actual brand may vary) are the providers most often used. Any and all orders submitted back to BamBams® within 1 year of purchase that are proven to have non-working flash memory will be replaced in a timely manner at no added cost.

Data Loading

BamBams® offers data loading by customer request. Files will be loaded exactly as submitted (please decompress or instruct us to do so before sending your data) – including any subfolders and file names. Upon request, BamBams® can also arrange our USB Flash Drives to automatically load one file submitted upon insertion into the user’s machine. BamBams® does not offer technical support on any data loads or auto loads.

Pricing Policy

BamBams® will do its best to hold prices for the calendar year 2009, but due to conditions outside our control, prices are subject to change. Please check our website for current prices.

Samples Request Policy

BamBams® provides samples free of charge (in most cases). Please provide a carrier number (UPS, FedEx, etc.) to cover shipping charges. When requesting samples in specific configurations, sizes, or colors, please note that our samples are overruns of previous orders or in-house designs; however, we will do our best to find the sample(s) that meets your requirements.
