General Information USA PRODUCTION TIME - Please allow 15-30 business day for production. The Bag styes and Quantity of order will determin the exact production time. Domestically stocked import PRODUCTION TIME - Please allow 7 - 10 business days for printed stock. Blank goods stock will be shipped within 24-48 hours. PLACING ORDERS - Orders may be sent in by e-mail or fax. Please follow up by phone after sending order. “Use Date” Confirmation - If there is a specific “use date” required, confirmation of your shipping schedule is required at the time of order placement. Faxed and e-mail orders must be followed up with phone confirmation with in 24 hours. Acknowledgments - order receipt will be confirmed by phone and/or e-mail. Please still call after placing your order to confirm. FULFILLMENT- Please call or e-mail us for this information. CANCELLATION & CHARGES - All cancellations and changes to orders must be received in writing. Orders will be invoiced for work completed and materials used prior to cancellation or change.
