Booster Card & Pin requires less upfront effort and typically has a lower retail sales price. Discount Card & Pin requires soliciting local business to participate in your coupon program. This program offers maximum donor fundraising value and the highest profits.

Who's in charge?

Identifying a program administrator is mission critical. One person should be responsible for managing and delegating the various tasks associated with this fundraiser. If using our Discount Card with Coupons, who will be responsible for contacting local businesses for their participation? Remember there are only 14 detachable-coupons. The better your merchant coupons, the higher the perceived value of your Pin Raiser. More Perceived Value = Higher Pin Raiser Profits

Before You Receive Your Merchandise

Plan how & where you will be selling your Pin Raiser. Will you be selling at the Home Games? Can you obtain permission from high-traffic retail locations (ie: Grocery Store or Post Office) to set up a sales table? Will the participants be going door-to-door? Can you utilize parents and their places of work? Create advertising material in advance. Digital images of your custom team pin and discount card are available in advance of your shipment. Properly placed posters & flyers (with consent) will create advance buzz for your fundraiser. Can you get an ad in the school paper? Can you post an announcement to a school website? Get Social! Social networks such as facebook, myspace, twitter & youtube are an incredible FREE way to promote your Pin Raiser. Word of mouth advertising is the best kind of advertising, because it's free and viral! Create incentives for program participants. Can you afford to spend some of your fundraising profits to properly motivate your group? Consider weekly, bi-weekly and total raised incentives to keep all participants interested for the duration of your fundraiser. Have you decided on an ending date for your Pin Raiser? Identifying a firm date will help keep all of the program participants focused on your group goals.

After You Receive Your Pins & Cards

Make a plan for card + pin distribution to program participants. Discount Cards with Coupons are individually numbered to help you track inventory. Do you want program participants to keep track of whom they sold to? Individual record keeping will insure that mistakes don't happen. Who is responsible for collecting the money from program participants? How often do you plan to collect? Keeping regular tabs will help your group keep the money you've raised. Award your incentive prices at your group meetings. Giving praise in front of a crowd provides the winners the recognition they deserve. TERMS and CONDITIONS Client refers to the organization, group or individual that is purchasing product from TeamBoosters 1. Client is authorized to enter into this agreement with TeamBoosters. 2. Client assumes full responsibility for this fundraiser and waives and indemnifies TeamBoosters from any and all costs related to this fundraiser. 3. Client has received permission to use any and all logos used in this fundraiser and authorizes TeamBoosters to use in the production of this laminated discount card and pin. 4. A paper proof of the laminated card is always provided to the client for approval prior to production. Pins can be approved by photo or actual sample, at the client's discretion. Production of pins and cards does not begin until all paper proofs have been signed, dated & returned or acknowledged via email. 5. Any requested changes made after final approval will result in additional fees to be determined based upon the production cycle of the cards, pins or both. The minimum charge for any cancelled order prior to pin approval is $250.00 billed to the credit card on file. 6. Client understands that this is a custom fundraiser and that any unsold product may not be returned for a refund. 7. If selecting the 15 day payment option, client agrees to pay TeamBoosters by check within that time. In the event the check is not received, the client authorizes TeamBoosters to charge the credit card on file. 8. In the event the client does not pay the balance due per the terms specified, a 10% late fee will be added to the amount owed plus interest. Collection may be handled by a collection agency. Our organization will be conducting a PIN RAISER to help us raise needed funds. A PIN RAISER incorporates a custom Lapel Pin designed for our group and a Discount Card. Each discount card features 14 detachable single-use coupons from local area businesses. These coupons are available to your business FREE OF CHARGE! By advertising on our group’s Pin Raiser, not only do you get recognized as a Booster of our organization, but the individually numbered coupons will drive customers to your place of business. Unlike other discount cards, the detachable coupons used in our team discount card allow businesses to have two sides of print per coupon. This allows you to feature your business logo in full-color on one side and list your terms & conditions and expiration date on the reverse side.
