• Orders must be marked “Pronto! Order.” • Purchase order, artwork, and layout must be received by 10 am CST for 48 hour shipment or will be considered received the following business day. • Order cannot be processed until all elements are received, including complete purchase order, hard copy of art and layout position, vector file to size, and credit approval. • Purchase order must include shipping information. No drop shipments allowed-only a single location shipment. • No proof available. Copy of art and layout position must be faxed with order to proceed. PRONTO! ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS • Email artwork per specifications below to prontoartwork@drummondprinting.com • Vector art is required. Digital vector art supplied in .eps format with all fonts converted to outlines. If vector artwork is not supplied, the order cannot be processed for 48 hour service. ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS All orders are acknowledged by a faxed or e-mailed proof and are subject to the terms and conditions as set forth on this page and are subject to be governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas and such that any legal action required shall take place in Arkansas County, Arkansas. ARTWORK We prefer electronically submitted artwork. See page 84 for guidelines and alternatives. Artwork will be retained for two years. CANCELLATION CHARGES/ORDER CHANGES If an order is cancelled during any stage of production, all costs incurred prior to cancellation will be invoiced. Minimum charge is $25(v). Cancellations must be in writing. All order changes must be made in writing and additional charges may be incurred. COMPLAINTS Other than those involving freight carriers, complaints must be made within 10 days after receipt of order. Merchandise may not be returned without authorization. Returns without authorization will be refused. CONDITIONS OF SALE Factory cannot assume liability for failure to make or delay in making delivery because of the inability to obtain raw materials or other causes beyond our control. Factory also reserves the right to substitute materials of equal or better quality for all products in this catalog. All prices, specifications, and terms of sale are subject to change without notice. Any claims resulting from merchandise damaged in transit, or shortages of packages that have been tampered with, must be filed by the receiver of the shipment. INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS International shipments, including Canada and Mexico, will require customer to supply shipping number. These shipments require additional paperwork and will be charged accordingly. Minimum of $60(v). We reserve the right to bill shipping cost up to 30 days after shipment. Customer may be required to provide completed documents and a commercial invoice for each drop. Factory will act only as agent to release merchandise and assumes no responsibility for freight or duty cost. SPLIT SHIPMENTS / FULFILLMENT PROGRAMS Split shipments on different dates are available with a maximum of 90 days between first and last shipment and will incur $25(v) charge. We will warehouse products for fulfillment programs. There is a $20(v) per pallet storage fee per month and a handling fee of $25(v) plus freight for each shipment. All products must ship within one year. Dates of shipments must be specified. It is our policy to bill the entire order at the time of the first shipment. On subsequent shipments we will bill only the transportation costs at the time of each shipment. TERMS Net 30 days upon approval. Service charge will be added to all past due accounts. No deduction is allowed for any reason on invoice without approval. Credit memo must be issued. We accept Visa and MasterCard. UV COATING Not all colors are UVable.
