Sample Proof: Image proof provided via e-mail and/or fax at no charge. Actual live sample proofs can be provided at an additional $50(v) flat shipping fee.
Order Acknowledgemnts: All orders must be confirmed in writing via fax or email. We are not responsible for any discrepancies after the order has been confirmed. No order may be modified or cancelled once production has begun. Imprinted items cannot be returned. All claims for shortages must be made within 7 calendar days upon receipt of an order. Terms: All first time orders require a 50% deposit at time of order. Balance due upon receipt of completed order. Credit terms are available please call to inquire.
