This year, we proudly introduce our Turkish Signature Line–we have developed a collection of exceptional, unique products in which no detail has been spared. These represent the finest turkish signature quality terrycloth products you’ll find in the industry. While others may cut corners on value, we do not. Our goal is to provide the highest quality, high impact products you will be truly proud to put your name on. After all, what good is a cheap throwaway item that does nothing to reinforce the quality of your brand? We recognize that price is one of the most important considerations in purchasing decisions these days. With this in mind, we bring to you our Value Line. In terms of decorating capabilities, we continue to innovate and to raise the bar. We invented Tone on Tone printing on our brilliant colored towels. This process became an industry standard. Now in 2010 we are very excited to introduce IvoryTouchTM, a new way to achieve dramatic results on colored towels. No doubt, it will once again set a new standard. General Information PRODUCTION TIME (BASED ON CATALOG QUANTITIES): • Production time for decorated products begins after approval of virtual or pre-production sample, if required. Allow 5 business days for all Panama Jack Beach Towels (page 24) and Scott Westmoreland Beach Towels (pages 22-23 only); 2-4 weeks for all other products unless noted below: – Blank products: 24 hours. Sewn products may require up to 72 hours. – Simba™ Beach/Golf Towels, Lounge Chair Covers: 3-4 weeks. – CMC Golf Accessories (pages 57-71): Varies by product, as noted.

RUSH CHARGES: For orders requiring delivery time faster than normal delivery time, a rush charge may be assessed. Rush orders must be confirmed with factory before placing order. Not available with CMC Golf Accessories.

SAMPLE POLICY: You may purchase any blank sample at the single piece price or randomly decorated product at end quantity price. If you return the sample in good condition within 30 days, you will receive full credit (less freight). SCREENPRINTING INFORMATION: • INK COLOR-MATCHING: No charge for PMS color match. Exact color match is not guaranteed and a pre-production sample is required when color matching is critical. Metallic and fluorescent inks are not available.

RE-ORDERS: • SCREENPRINTING: Films are kept on file for two years from last order. Re-orders after two years will require new screens and films, and will be billed at 50% regular price. • EMBROIDERY: No embroidery digitization charges for re-orders placed within 2 years. Digitization required on re-orders after 2 years will be billed at 50% of the regular price.

ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS:

• File submission for all custom decorating may be emailed to artts@towelspecialties.com and must include your purchase order number in the subject line. • Acceptable formats for screenprinting: Adobe Illustrator Version CS2 or lower: Create all fonts to outlines, then save as both an “ai” (Adobe Illustrator) file and as an “eps” file. Files created in Corel Draw may be exported as an “ai” file. This process automatically converts the fonts to outlines. In Corel/PC language, “converts to curves” is the same as the MacIntosh Language “Create Outlines.” For Adobe Photoshop (Mac or PC), save file as a “tiff” or “jpeg” for transfer over e-mail (no larger than 1 megabyte). The minimum requested “dots per inch” (DPI) size is 300 dpi. Try to keep file size under 20 megabytes, and save to a CD. • Acceptable digitized formats for embroidery: Tajima, Toyota, Barudan, Melco, Stellar, Brother, and ZSK. Designs that require digitization must be in Adobe Illustrator (Version 8.0 for Mac) or Photoshop (Mac or PC). File submission for Embroidery must include a color sequence sheet. • Artwork/Lettering Tip: Lettering fonts should be no smaller than: 3/8” for screenprint and embroidery. • A color printout (for verification purposes) is required when sending or emailing digitized artwork. Artwork not submitted electronically should be sent on compact disc or 3.5” floppy with color printout. • Artwork fees (for separations, typesetting, touch-up, minor copy changes, etc.) are billed at $45.00(v) per hour with a half-hour minimum.

VIRTUAL SAMPLES: • Submit artwork and detailed specifications to virtuals@towelspecialties.com. Allow 48 hours.

Contact factory. • Towel Specialties cannot be held responsible for the condition or inspection of customer supplied products and will require a waiver signature upon arrangements.

SHIPPING INFORMATION: • FOB Baltimore, MD 21237 for most products. All CMC Golf Accessories (pages 57-71)

Simba™ Towels and Lounge Chair Covers are shipped FOB Kentucky 40351. • DELAYS: Towel Specialties is not responsible for late deliveries by carrier, nor shall be held responsible for shipping delays due to acts of God, terrorism, war, or strikes. • SHIPPING METHOD: Standard shipment through UPS or FEDEX only. When using Towel Specialties' shipper number, unless explicitly stated on your purchase order, UPS shipments will be sent out at residential rates. For customer-arranged carrier, customer is responsible for arranging pick-up during normal business hours. Verification of pickup must be made through the carrier, not Towel Specialties. • SHIPPING CHANGES: Must be made at least 72 hours in advance of your ship date. • TRACKING: By providing your e-mail address on the purchase order, you will receive an automated update, with tracking numbers, when your order ships. Using our six digit order acknowledgment number, UPS or FEDEX orders shipped FOB Maryland can be tracked online at: www.towelspecialties.com/track_orders.php. • PACKAGING: Standard bulk packaging is used, unless otherwise requested. Special handling (non-standard carton quantities) is available but may require additional time and cost. • DROP SHIPMENTS: $6.25(v) per destination must be provided on an Excel spreadsheet. Shipping charges are additional. • PALLETIZING AND SHRINK WRAPPING: $12.50(v) per pallet. • AIR SHIPMENTS: Dimensional weight applies to most products. • SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE CONTINENTAL U.S.: Must go through customer-designated freight forwarder.

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS: To stay ahead of schedule, orders are typically produced well in advance of your ship date. Therefore, no changes or cancellations regarding production may be made once a paper proof or pre-production sample (if required) is approved. All changes must be submitted in writing to Towel Specialties and are not considered firm until you receive a written acknowledgement confirming your change. Charges may apply. Shipping changes must be made at least 72 hours in advance of your ship date.

RETURNS & CLAIMS: A 15% restocking charge applies on all pre-approved returns. Merchandise returned to Towel Specialties without an RMA number (Returned Merchandise Authorization) will be refused and returned to sender. Requests for merchandise returns must be made in writing within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Sewn products are custom made, and are non-returnable. THIRD PARTY DECORATORS: Blank products, once altered by a third-party, decorator or customer, may not be returned. Customer/decorator is responsible for ascertaining suitability (including, but not limited to, color, quality and style) of blank products prior to decorating. Towel Specialties will not be responsible for shortage claims when merchandise is shipped to a decorator. Box weight audits are used to determine actual package quantities at time of shipment. Any claims for delays or damage in transit must be made with carrier. Warranty does not apply to products decorated by anyone other than Towel Specialties. PRODUCT WARRANTIES: • All products are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the invoice date. Warranty does not apply to commercially laundered products nor those used for institutional purposes. Under no circumstances should tape or stickers be placed on the terry cloth products as this may cause damage and affect your ability to receive credit.

• COMMERCIAL/INSTITUTIONAL USE: All products are intended for promotional use. Institutional use is not covered under normal care instructions.
