WHY BOVA ARC? • Inherent materials maintain their in-built qualities and cannot wash or wear away. • Low shrinkage even over time and when subjected to severe heat. • Superior comfort, the I-ARC material is lighter and more breathable to provide an improved tactile experience. • Performance vs weight advantage, the same and often better thermal protection at a lighter weight fabric (CAT 2 garments on 215 gsm fabric versus competitors up to 100 gsm heavier). • Does not contain harmful chemicals.

VIBRAM TECHNOLOGY Vibram is a world leader in Rubber soling technology. Selected styles within the Bova Extremewear range feature the Vibram rubber sole, utilising renowned traction engineering to provide superior slip resistance. DUAL COMPOUND RUBBER DCR is an innovative soling technology offered by only a handful of manufacturers across the globe. Footwear featuring DCR soling units offer superior durability, 300˚C direct and radiant heat resistance, 100% waterproof resistance, SRC slip resistance and provide enhanced shock absorbency without compromising on comfort.

ULTRA-FRESH TECHNOLOGY This internationally patented microbial technology protects various products (including spacesuits), giving it a longer lifespan, lasting performance, odour control, anti-microbial, anti-fungal and anti-bacterial protection. Every BOVA shoe and boot includes Ultra-Fresh Technology moisture management. Ultra-Fresh is a registered trademark of Thomson Research Associates, Inc. RUCO-BAC AGP TECHNOLOGY A silver-based, anti-microbial technology that fights foot odour, allergies and infections. BOVA Sox are treated with a Ruco-Bac AGP anti-microbial silver-based technology that utilises nano particles of silver chloride, which kills 95% of bacteria within two hours. This product is environmentally-friendly. ENERGISER WOOLLEN TOP SOCK TECHNOLOGY Made from highly absorbent 100% wool and treated with Ultra-Fresh, the top sock has anti-microbial, anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties. PORON / EVA CUSHIONED TOP SOCK TECHNOLOGY The top sock responds to temperature and weight and moulds to the shape of each wearer’s foot.
