Fees: A £2.50 fee will be applied per ticket when booking through ticket office; £2 when booking online; no fee when paying cash at ticket office. Postage: If you require first class postage, a fee of £1 will be applied. Gift Certificates: For more information on our Gift Certificates, please visit the website. Ticketplan: Ticket cancellation protection is available at a cost of £2 per ticket. This protects you against cancellation resulting from accidents, unexpected illnesses and adverse weather where the Police service or other Government agency have issued warnings not to travel. Refunds: Without TicketPlan (details above) we are unable to offer refunds except in the case of a cancelled concert where we will refund only the face value of your ticket(s). Sage Gateshead reserves the right to substitute artists without prior notice.

Exchanges: Tickets may be exchanged for seats of the same or higher value for a performance of the same production with a £2.50 handling fee per transaction. FREE Metro Travel: Thanks to the generosity of Nexus, you can travel on the Metro to and from Gateshead for free. This does not include travel to our educational classes. car park: There is a car park at the rear of the building with lift access and priority spacing for blue badge holders. Charges apply.
