Betjening av din POPyourCAR 2.2 digitalradioadapter: 1.
Monter POPyourCAR 2.2 til dashbordet ved hjelp av det medfølgende monteringsfestet.
2.
Koble den ene enden av USB-strømkabelen til Micro USBkontakten på baksiden av POPyourCAR 2.2 og den andre enden til den doble USB-billaderen. Plugg den doble USBbilladeren til bilens 12V sigarettennerstikk.
3.
Koble antennen til antennekontakten på POPyourCAR 2.2. OBS! Korrekt antenneinstallasjon er svært viktig for et godt mottakelsesresultat. For tips, se side 7.
4.
Slå strømmen på ved å sette “ON/OFF”-bryteren til ON på siden av enheten og skjermen vil vise logoen til “POPyourCAR 2.2”. Deretter vil enheten automatisk søke etter tilgjengelige DAB-stasjoner og lagre dem i minnet helt til et nytt “Autosøk” utføres. Under søket, vil en skanningslinje vises på skjermen for å indikere fremdriften til søket og det totale antallet kanaler som er funnet.
5.
Når søket/skanningen er fullført, kan du velge en DAB+ radiostasjon ved å vri på det “ROTERBARE HJULET”.

Bruk en tørr klut for å rengjøre frontruten på innsiden, slik at det ikke er noe vann eller dugg der når du skal montere antennen og dra forsiktig ned biltaksforingen. Hvis glasset er

kaldt, bør du varme opp ruten for å sikre god vedheft (min. 10°C). 2.
Antennen må monteres vertikalt, IKKE horisontalt. Er du usikker på monteringen, kontakt et godkjent verksted i ditt nærområde for å få råd.
3.
Sett inn den magnetiske jordingskontakten og forsikre deg om at kontakten har kontakt med bilens tak. Siden den er magnetisk skal den “klikke” på plass.
4.
Fjern den selvklebende baksiden fra antenneforsterkeren og fest den til vindusglasset. Forsikre deg om at glasset er tørt før du monterer antennefilmen. Ikke kleb fast antennen før du er sikker på at glasset slipper signalet gjennom der du kleber den fast. Pass også på at du ikke fester antennefilmen over f.eks. varmetråder, dette kan gjøre at signalet ikke slipper gjennom og at du får dårlig mottak.
5.
Fest den transparente antennefilmen til glasset som vist på bildet nedenfor. Legg forsiktig press på filmen for å fjerne eventuelle luftbobler.
6.
Putt kabelen bak A-stolpen og trekk den til hovedenheten POPyourCAR 2.2. Vær oppmerksom på at annet utstyr kan ligge her, er du usikker, forsøk å dytte antennekabelen lett under trekket. Vær spesielt oppmerksom på eventuelle airbags.

Du kan bruke den medfølgende, gjennomsiktige, dobbeltsidige 3M-tapen og klippe den i små remser for å fikse posisjonen til antennekabelen.

Ikke fest DAB+ antennen over varmetråder, på et sted som hindrer førerens sikt eller på et sted der antennen kan oppleve forstyrrelser fra metall etc.
9.
Sikre deg at ruten slipper gjennom signalet. Varmetråder, anti-knus-matter og visse former for solskjerming, kan medføre at signalet ikke slipper gjennom.
10. Hvis frontruten er blokkert av varmetråder, bør antennen monteres på passasjersidevinduet istedenfor.

Bindingsstyrken er avhengig av klebemiddel-tiloverflatekontakt. Fast påføringstrykk utvikler bedre klebende kontakt og derved forbedrer bindingsstyrken.

For å oppnå optimal vedheft må dashbordets bindingsflater være rene, tørre og enhetlig.

Innledende tape-påføring på overflater med temperaturer under 10°C anbefales ikke, fordi limet blir for hardt til at det kleber seg godt nok. Når tapen blir korrekt påsatt i temperaturer over 10°C, vil ikke lavere temperaturer være et problem etter dette.

Bruk det ROTERBARE HJULET for å finne LINJE UT og bekreft ved å trykke på det ROTERBARE HJULET for å avslutte menyen. Et hodetelefonikon “ ” vil vises på den øverste linjen på skjermen.

Koble den medfølgende 3.5mm lydkabelen til 3.5mm AUXutgangen på siden av POPyourCAR 2.2 og koble den så til AUX-inngangen på bilstereoen. Merk: I AUX UT-modus, vil det ikke være noen FMoverføring til bilstereoen.
Koble POPyourCAR 2.2 til bilstereoen med FMoverføring Velg FM-overføringsfrekvens (Auto-modus): 1.
Trykk og hold MENU-knappen inne for å komme inn i menyen. Bruk det ROTERBARE HJULET for å finne LYD UT og bekreft ved å trykke på det ROTERBARE HJULET. Bruk det ROTERBARE HJULET for å finne AUX IN og bekreft ved å trykke på det ROTERBARE HJULET. Dette vil aktivere FMoverføringsmodus.
2.
Trykk og hold inne FREQ-knappen for å vise FMoverføringsfrekvens (TX Freq).
3.
Trykk og hold FREQ-knappen inne igjen for å aktivere det automatiske søket etter en ledig sendefrekvens uten forstyrrelser fra andre kanaler. Søkeprosessen vil ta 20-30 sekunder. En blinkende visning av ---.-MHZ vil vises på skjermen, før den stopper på en ledig frekvens.
4.
Etter at en ledig frekvens er funnet, trykk på det ROTERBARE HJULET for å bekrefte og avslutte innstillingen, eller så vil den automatisk bekrefte og avslutte etter 3 sekunder. Den valgte, ledige frekvensen vil bli vist øverst til høyre på skjermen, f.eks. TX 108.0MHz

Juster nå FM-bilradioen din slik at den matcher den valgte "ledige" frekvensen for overføring av lydsignalet fra POPyourCAR 2.2 til bilstereoens lydsystem.
Velg FM-overføringsfrekvens (Manuelt modus): 1.
Trykk og hold FREQ-knappen inne for å gå inn i valgmodus for FM-sendefrekvens.
2.
Bruk deretter det ROTERBARE HJULET for å velge den ledige frekvensen du ønsker å bruke (basert på din erfaring med kjente, ledige frekvenser i ditt område) på bilradioen.
3.
Når frekvensen er valgt, trykk på det ROTERBARE HJULET for å bekrefte og avslutte, eller så vil skjermen gå tilbake til DAB+ modus automatisk etter 3 sekunder og den valgte frekvensen vil bli vist øverst på den blå linjen, f.eks. TX108.0MHz. Bemerkning: “Ledig frekvens” betyr at det ikke er noe FMradiosendingsinnhold eller støy på denne frekvensen da den ble valgt.
Søk og velg DAB+ kanaler: 1.
I Bluetooth- eller AUX IN-modus, trykk på MODE-knappen gjentatte ganger til du finner “DAB+ Radio”-modus.
2.
Bruk det ROTERBARE HJULET for å finne den ønskede DAB+ kanalen.

Eller trykk og hold MENU inne for å komme inn i menyen og bruk det ROTERBARE HJULET for å finne “FORHÅNDSVISNING” og den ønskede DAB+ kanalen og trykk på det ROTERBARE HJULET igjen for å velge og avslutte.

Du kan også trykke og holde inne MENU-knappen for å komme inn i menyen og velge “DAB Autosøk” ved å trykke på det ROTERBARE HJULET for å re-aktivere “Autosøk”prosessen, hvis du trenger å oppdatere DAB+ stasjonene.
Bemerkning: For normalt bruk trenger du ikke å utføre “DAB Autosøk” hver gang du bruker POPyourCAR 2.2, med mindre det har blitt lagt til nye DAB+ kanaler, da kan det hende du må utføre et “DAB Autosøk” igjen.

Service Following PÅ/AV-kontroll: 1.
I “DAB”-modus, trykk og hold inne S/F-knappen for å slå PÅ Service Following-funksjonen. “PÅ” vil vises på skjermen og et hvitt “S/F”-ikon vil dukke opp øverst på skjermen. Gjenta denne fremgangsmåten for å slå AV Service Following-funksjonen og “AV” vil vises på skjermen. “S/F”-ikonet vil forsvinne fra skjermen.
2.
Når “S/F”-ikonet blir rødt på en spesifikk DAB-stasjon, betyr det at stasjonen støtter S/F-funksjonen og at enheten har oppdaget det, men at den ikke har byttet over. Når den blir byttet til andre regioner, vil S/Fikonet bli hvitt igjen.
Bemerkning: Ved gitte situasjoner kan det lønne seg å slå av S/F-funksjonen for å unngå at radioen skifter mellom like sterke sendere fra ulike områder. For anvendelse der S/F-funksjonen ikke brukes, er det anbefalt å slå S/F-funksjonen av. Trafikkmeldinger PÅ/AV: 1.

Bemerkninger: Det er anbefalt å aktivere trafikkmelding-funksjonen hvis du ønsker å motta viktig trafikkinformasjon. Når TA er PÅ og du lytter til musikk på Bluetooth med mobilen din eller er på Linjeinngang, vil enheten automatisk bytte til trafikkmeldinger når et TA-signal er funnet.
Administrer forhåndsinnstilte stasjoner Lagre forhåndsinnstilte stasjoner: Programmere og lagre dine 4 mest brukte DAB+ forhåndsinnstilte stasjoner ved hjelp av de nummererte knappene (1-4) foran på enheten: 1.
I DAB-modus, bruk det roterbare hjulet for å bla deg til den stasjonen du ønsker å lagre og trykk og hold inne det ROTERBARE HJULET for å lagre din første DAB+ favorittstasjon i minne 1 (nummerknapp 1) og trykk så på det ROTERBARE HJULET igjen for å lagre den.

Du kan lagre mer enn 4 forhåndsinnstilte DAB+ favorittstasjoner ved hjelp av følgende fremgangsmåte: 1.
Finn frem til den DAB+ favorittstasjonen du ønsker å forhåndsinnstille ved hjelp av det ROTERBARE HJULET.
2.
Trykk og hold inne det ROTERBARE HJULET for å komme inn i “MINNE”-modus.
3.
Bruk det ROTERBARE HJULET for å bla deg opp eller ned for å velge et nummer i minnet (5-30) der du vil lagre din favorittstasjon.
4.
Trykk på det ROTERBARE HJULET for å bekrefte og avslutte “FORVALG”-modus. “Lagre vellykket” vil vises på skjermen.
Trafikksikkert Kjøremodus – hente forhåndsinnstilte stasjoner: 1.
Mens du kjører er det sterkt anbefalt at du henter frem dine DAB+ favorittstasjoner ved å trykke på de nummererte forvalgsknappene (1-4) foran på enheten. Det er enkelt og trygt å bruke.
2.
Du kan også trykke på det ROTERBARE HJULET for å komme inn i forhåndsvisningsmodus for å vise alle de forvalgte DAB+ stasjonene og bruk det ROTERBARE HJULET for å bla deg opp eller ned for å hente frem en forvalgt stasjon. Bekreft ved å trykke på det ROTERBARE HJULET.

Slette forhåndsinnstilte stasjoner: For å slette alle dine forhåndsinnstilte DAB+ favorittstasjoner, trykk og hold inne MENU-knappen for å komme inn i menyen. Bruk det ROTERBARE HJULET for å finne “Slett forvalg” og velg “JA” eller “NEI” ved å trykke på hjulet. Hvis “JA” er valgt, vil alle de forhåndsinnstilte stasjonene i minnet bli slettet. Administrere dine Bluetooth-enheter: Koble til en smarttelefon: Når du sammenkobler en smarttelefon til POPyourCAR 2.2 for første gang, følg fremgangsmåten nedenfor: 1.
I DAB-modus, trykk og hold inne MODE for å komme inn i “Bluetooth”-modus.

Trykk og hold inne S/F-knappen for å slå PÅ Bluetoothfunksjonen. Trykk og hold inne FREQ-knappen for å aktivere paringsmodus på POPyourCAR 2.2, “Sammenkobling pågår” vil vises på skjermen.

Slå på Bluetooth-funksjonen på telefonen din og søk etter tilgjengelige Bluetooth-enheter, en liste over tilgjengelige Bluetooth-enheter vil vises.
4.
Velg “POP DAB+” fra denne listen og når tilkoblingen er etablert, vil skjermen vise “Tilkoblet” og et Bluetooth-ikon vil vises øverst på den blå linjen. Bemerkning: sammenkoblingstiden kan ta flere sekunder og opp til et minutt, avhengig av merke og telefonmodell.

Hvis du vil stoppe sammenkoblingen når radioen er i “Sammenkobling pågår”-modus, kan du trykke på S/Fknappen. Da vil søket stoppe og returnere til ikke-tilkobletmodus. Bemerkning: under prosessen med å koble til telefonen, kan det ta flere sekunder og opptil et minutt før tilkoblingen er ferdig, avhengig av telefonmodell og merke. I tilkoblingsprosessen vil Bluetooth-ikonet på den øverste, blå linjen på skjermen blinke og skjermen vil vise “Ikke tilkoblet”.
6.
Du kan koble fra en eksisterende tilkoblet telefon ved å trykke og holde inne FREQ-knappen for å tvinge POPyourCAR 2.2 inn i sammenkoblingsmodus for å koble til en ny telefon. Bemerkning: Blinkingen av Bluetooth-ikonet indikerer at Bluetooth ikke er tilkoblet. Når den er tilkoblet, vil ikonet slutte og blinke.
Administrere telefonanrop: 1.
Når det kommer et innkommende anrop, vil POPyourCAR 2.2 ringe med en ringetone. Trykk på PLAY/PAUSE-knappen for å svare på den innkommende samtalen. Samtidig vil høyttalervolumet og taletiden vises nederst på skjermen. Du kan bruke det roterbare hjulet for å justere volumnivået.

Administrere Bluetooth-musikk til din Bilstereo gjennom FM-senderen: 1.
I Bluetooth-modus når telefonen din er tilkoblet, velg musikkfilen fra telefonen din og spill den av via Bluetooth (Referer til bruksanvisningen til telefonen din for mer informasjon).

I “Lyd Ut”-menyen, forsikre deg om at du har valgt “FM Ut”modus.
3.
Trykk på FREQ-knappen for å komme inn i valgmodus for FM-senderfrekvens.
4.
Bruk det ROTERBARE HJULET for å velge den ledige frekvensen du ønsker å bruke.
5.
Tykk på PLAY/PAUSE-knappen for å spille eller pause musikkavspillingen.

Bruk det ROTERBARE HJULET for å velge neste eller forrige sang.

Bemerkninger: Når telefonen din er sammenkoblet med POPyourCAR 2.2, vil tilkoblingen mellom de to enhetene automatisk bli reetablert hver gang du setter deg inn i bilen og POPyourCAR 2.2 er slått på. POPyourCAR 2.2 kobler seg automatisk til den forrige telefonen du brukte den med. Hvis du vil koble POPyourCAR 2.2 til en annen telefon du tidligere har paret den med, men at dette ikke var den forrige du brukte den med, må du først koble fra den forrige telefonen. Hvis du ønsker å koble POPyourCAR 2.2 til en annen telefon mens den første telefonen fortsatt er tilkoblet, må du tvinge den første telefonen til å koble seg fra ved å trykke og holde inne “FREQ”-knappen for å komme inn i sammenkoblingsmodus igjen og et blinkende Bluetoothikon vil dukke opp øverst på skjermen. Denne handlingen fungerer bare når den nye telefonen ikke har blitt koblet sammen med POPyourCAR 2.2 tidligere.

Eksterne, analoge lydkilder (iPad, iPhone, iPod, Nettbrett, Android-telefon og MP3-spillere etc.) kan avspilles gjennom adapteren til bilstereosystemet. Koble til en ekstern musikkspiller: I DAB-modus, trykk og hold inne MODE-knappen og trykk på MODE gjentatte ganger til du finner “AUX IN”-modus. Koble en ekstern lydkilde, som f.eks. iPad, iPhone, iPod eller MP3-spiller,

Ved hjelp av USB-kabelen til f.eks. mobilen din, kan du lade dine USB-enheter hvis du plugger USB-kabelen inn i den doble USB-porten med 12V sigarettennerstikk. Operating your POPyourCAR 2.2 In-Car DAB+ Digital Radio Adaptor: 1.
Mount the POPyourCAR 2.2 on the dashboard using the provided dashboard holder.
2.
Connect one end of the USB power supply cable to the Micro USB socket on POPyourCAR 2.2 and the other end to the dual USB car charger. Plug the dual USB car charger into the car 12V power socket.
3.
Connect the antenna to the antenna jack. ATTENTION! Proper antenna installation is very important for a good reception result. See tips page 31.

Turn on the power with the “POWER SWITCH” on the side of the unit and the display will show “POPyourCAR 2.2” logo, then the device will automatically scan all the local

DAB/DAB+ channels and store them in the memory of the device until another “Auto Scan” is performed. During scanning, a scan moving bar will be shown in the display to indicate the progress and the total number of channels found. 5.
Once the scan is completed, you can select any DAB/DAB+ radio channel via the “ROTARY ENCODER”.

Use a wipe to clean the windscreen and gently pull down the car roof liner. If the glass is cold, you should warm up the window to secure good adhesion.
2.
The antenna should be mounted vertically as indicated in the diagram, not horizontally.
3.
Insert the magnetic grounding tap and ensure the magnetic tap contacts to the roof of the car. Since it is magnetic, it should “click� into place.
4.
Remove the adhesive backing from the antenna power amplifier box and stick to the dry window glass. Make sure the glass is dry before attaching the antenna on the glass. Do not attach the antenna before you are sure that the glass lets the signal through where you stick it by making sure the antenna film is not overlap with the heating wires which will affect the reception performance.

Stick the transparent antenna film to the glass as indicated in the diagram, gently applying pressure to remove any air bubbles.

You may use the 3M invisible double-sided adhesive tape and cut it into small pieces for fixing the position of the antenna cable.

Do not attach the DAB+ antenna over heating wires, in a place that obstruct the driver's view, or in a place that can experience interference from metal.

Ensure that the signal gets through the window. Heating wires and certain forms of shading, may cause the signal not passing through.

10. If front windscreen is blocked by heating wires, the antenna is recommended to be installed at the rear windows.

Bond strength is dependent upon the amount of adhesiveto-surface contact developed. Firm application pressure develops better adhesive contact & thus improves bond strength.
2.
To obtain optimum adhesion, the dashboard bonding surfaces must be clean dry and well unified.
3.
Initial tape application to surfaces at temperatures below 10°C (50°F) is not recommended because the adhesive becomes too firm to adhere readily. However once properly applied low temperatures holding is generally satisfactory.

Selecting Audio Output – Aux Out 1.
Press and hold the MENU button to enter menu mode and scroll to select AUDIO OUT and confirm by pressing ROTARY ENCODER again. Use the ROTARY ENCODER to select AUX OUT and confirm by pressing the ROTATRY ENCODER button to exit menu. A headphone icon “ ” will be shown at the top of the blue bar.
2.
Connect the supplied 3.5mm Audio Cable to the 3.5mm Line Out jack on the side of the POPyourCAR 2.2 and then connect to the Aux IN of the car stereo. Note: In AUX OUT mode, there will be no FM transmission to the car stereo.
Selecting Audio Output – FM Transmission Select FM Transmitting Frequency (Auto Mode): 1.
Press and hold the MENU button to enter menu mode. Use the ROTARY ENCODER to select AUDIO OUT and confirm by pressing ROTARY ENCODER again. Use the ROTARY ENCODER to select AUX IN and confirm by pressing the ROTARY ENCODER button. This will enable FM transmission mode.
2.
Press and hold the FREQ button to show FM transmitting frequency (TX Frequency).
3.
Press and hold FREQ button again to activate the automatic scanning of a vacant transmission frequency without interference with other channels. The scanning process will

take 20-30 seconds and is accompanied by a flashing display of ---.-MHZ, before stopping at a vacant frequency. 4.
After a vacant frequency is found, press the ROTARY ENCODER to confirm and exit the setting or this will occur automatically after 3 seconds. The selected vacant frequency will be shown at the top right of the display, e.g. TX 108.0MHz
5.
Tune your car FM radio system to match the selected vacant frequency for transmission of the audio signal from POPyourCAR 2.2 to your car stereo audio system.
Select FM Transmitting Frequency (Manual Mode): 1.
Press and hold FREQ button to enter FM transmitting frequency selection mode.
2.
Then use the ROTARY ENCODER to select the desired vacant frequency (based on your experience with known vacant frequencies in your area) which you would like to receive by your car radio.
3.
Once it is selected, press the “ROTARY ENCODER” to confirm and exit or the screen will go back to DAB+ mode automatically after 3 seconds and the selected frequency will be shown at the top of the blue bar, e.g. TX108.0MHz. Remarks: “Vacant frequency” means there is no FM radio broadcasting content or noise when the frequency is selected.

Search and select DAB+ channels: 1.
In Bluetooth or AUX IN mode, press the MODE button until “DAB+ Radio” mode is found.

Use the ROTARY ENCODER to select the desired DAB+ channel.
3.
Or press and hold MENU to enter menu and use the ROTARY ENCODER to select the “PREVIEW” and the desired DAB+ channel and press the ROTARY ENCODER button again to select and exit.

You may also press and hold the MENU button to enter menu and select “DAB Autoscan” by pressing the ROTARY ENCODER to re-activate the “Auto Scan” process if you need to update the DAB+ radio channels.
Remark: For normal use, you don’t have to perform the “DAB Autoscan” every time you use the car DAB+ radio unless there are newly added DAB+ channels, then you may need to perform the “DAB Autoscan” again.

Service Following ON/OFF Control: 1.
In “DAB” mode, press and hold the S/F button to turn ON the service following function. An “ON” will be displayed on the LCD screen and an “S/F” white icon will appear at the top of the display. Repeat the same procedure to turn OFF the service following function and an “OFF” will be displayed in the LCD screen. “S/F” icon will also disappear from the LCD screen.
2.
When “S/F” icon turns red from white for a specific DAB station, it means that DAB station supports S/F feature and the device has detected it, however, it is not switched over yet. Once it is switched to other region, the S/F icon will be turned white again.
Remark: Upon certain situations, you may want to turn off the S/F function to prevent the radio from switching between equally strong transmitters from different areas. For application where S/F feature is not used, it is recommended to turn off the S/F function.

Traffic Announcements ON/OFF Control: 1.

Use the ROTARY ENCODER to select “ON” or “OFF” for the function of traffic announcements and confirm it by pressing the ROTARY ENCODER and to exit the menu.

To cancel an active traffic announcement, simply press the S/F button. POPyourCAR 2.2 will return to the radio station you were listening to.

Remark: It is recommended to enable the traffic announcements function if you want to receive important traffic information. When TA is ON and while you are listening to music through Bluetooth streaming from your phone or through line-in, the device will automatically switch to traffic announcements when a TA signal is detected.
Manage Preset Stations Storing Preset Stations: To program and store your favorite DAB+ preset stations using the direct numeric buttons (1-4) on the front of the device:

In DAB mode, tune to your favorite DAB+ station, then press and hold ROTARY ENCODER to store your first favorite DAB+ station in memory 1 (number button 1) and then press ROTARY ENCODER to store it.
2.
Repeat the same procedure to store another favorite DAB+ station in memory 2 (number button 2) and so on.
You may program and store more than 4 favorite DAB+ preset stations by using the following procedure: 1.
To select a favorite DAB+ station using the ROTARY ENCODER,

Press and hold the ROTARY ENCODER button to enter “MEMORY” mode.
3.
Use the ROTARY ENCODER to scroll up or down to select a number in memory from 5-30 to store your favorite station,

Press the ROTARY ENCODER to confirm and exit “PRESET” mode. A “Stored Successfully” message will be displayed.
Safe Driving Mode – recalling the Direct Preset Stations: 1.
During driving, it is highly recommended to recall your favorite DAB+ stations by simply pressing direct preset numeric button 1-4 on the front of device. It is simple and safe to use.

You may also press ROTARY ENCODER button to enter preset preview mode to show all the preset DAB+ stations

and use the ROTARY ENCODER to scroll up or down to recall a Preset Station and confirm by pressing the ROTARY ENCODER again. Removal of Preset Stations: To delete all your favorite DAB+ preset stations, press and hold the MENU button to enter menu mode, use the ROTARY ENCODER to search for “Delete All Presets” and select “YES” or “NO” by pressing the “ROTARY ENCODER” to confirm. If “YES” is selected, then all the memory of presets will be cleared. Managing the Wireless streaming devices: Pairing a Phone: Paring a phone with POPyourCAR 2.2 for the first time, follow the below procedures: 1.
In DAB mode, press and hold the MODE button to enter “Bluetooth” mode.
2.
Then, press and hold the S/F button to turn ON the Bluetooth function. Then press and hold FREQ button to activate the POPyourCAR 2.2 device into pairing mode, a message of “Pairing in progress” will be shown,
3.
From your phone, turn on Bluetooth and search for Bluetooth peripherals, a list of available Bluetooth peripherals will be displayed,
4.
Select “POP DAB+” in the list and once connection is established, the Bluetooth screen will display “Connected”

and a Bluetooth icon will be shown at the top of the blue bar. Remark: the pairing time may take several seconds to one minute depend on various brands or models of phone. 5.
In “Paring in progress” mode, if you want to stop connecting, you can always press S/F button to stop searching and return to non-connected mode. Remark: during the process of re-connecting to last connected phone, it may take several seconds to one minute for re-connecting depending on phone model. In the re-connecting process, the Bluetooth icon at the top of the blue bar will be flashing and the LCD will show “Not Connected”.
6.
You can disconnect an existing connected phone by press and hold FREQ button to force POPyourCAR 2.2 into pairing mode to connect another new phone. Remark: The flashing of Bluetooth icon indicates the Bluetooth is not connected and once it is connected, the icon will stop flashing.
Manage Phone Call: 1.
When there is an incoming call, POPyourCAR 2.2 rings with a ringtone, press PLAY/PAUSE button to answer a call and at the same time the speaker phone volume and talk time will be displayed at the bottom of the screen, you may use the “ROTARY ENCODER” to adjust the volume level,

If you don’t want to pick up the call, press and hold the PLAY/PAUSE button to decline a call.
2.
To end a call, press the PLAY/PAUSE button.
Selecting Bluetooth Phone Voice to your Car Stereo through the FM transmitter or the Built-in Speaker: 1.
Press and hold the MENU button to enter menu,

Use the ROTARY ENCODER to scroll down the menu to select “Hands Free Speaker” and press the ROTARY ENCODER to confirm,

In “Hands Free Speaker” menu, use ROTARY ENCODER to select “Built-in Speaker” or “Car Speaker” and confirm by pressing the ROTARY ENCODER again.

Use the ROTARY ENCODER to adjust the voice volume to your desired level when it is in “Built-in Speaker” mode.

When it is in “Car Speaker” mode, the voice volume can only be adjusted by car stereo volume control button. A “Car Speaker” will be displayed at the bottom of the LCD. The talk time will also be displayed in the LCD screen.

Remarks: The Built-in speaker only works for phone voice when it is connected via Bluetooth. When the “Car Speaker” is selected, the phone voice can be fed into the car stereo by either using Line Out or FM transmitter.

Managing Bluetooth Music Playback to your Car Stereo through FM transmitter: 1.
In Bluetooth mode with your phone connected, playback music files from Bluetooth phones, select the music file from your phone and playback via Bluetooth (Refer to your phone user guide for more information),

In the “Audio Out” menu, make sure you have selected “FM Transmitter Out” mode

If you want to connect POPyourCAR 2.2 to another phone you already paired but not the last one, you must first disconnect the last phone by selecting “Forget this Device” in your Phone

In “Bluetooth” mode and under no incoming call, press and hold the S/F button to turn ON the Bluetooth function. “ON” will be displayed on the LCD screen and a Bluetooth icon will appear at the top of the display. Repeat the same procedure to turn OFF the Bluetooth function and “OFF” will be displayed on the LCD screen. The Bluetooth icon will also disappear from the LCD screen.
