Monter POPyourMIRROR på det eksisterende bakspeilet, ved hjelp av gummibåndet bak på enheten. Koble antennen til antennekontakten. OBS! Korrekt antenneinstallasjon er svært viktig for et godt mottakelsesresultat. For tips, se side 7. Koble den ene enden av USB-strømkabelen til Micro USBkontakten på POPyourMIRROR og den andre enden til den doble USB-billaderen. Plugg den doble USB-billaderen til bilens 12V sigarettenner-uttak. Kabelen kan gjemmes på innsiden av A-stolpen. POPyourMIRROR vil slå seg PÅ og skjermen vil vise enhetens logo. Enheten vil nå automatisk søke etter tilgjengelige DAB+ stasjoner og lagre dem i minnet til et nytt “Autosøk” blir utført. Under søket vil en skanningslinje vises på skjermen for å indikere fremdriften av søket og det totale antallet kanaler som er funnet. Når skanningen er fullført, kan du velge en DAB+ radiokanal ved å trykke på “> ” eller “< ”.

Bruk en tørr klut for å rengjøre frontruten på innsiden, slik at det ikke er noe vann eller dugg der når du skal montere. Hvis glasset er kaldt, bør du varme opp ruten for å sikre god vedheft. Antennen må monteres vertikalt, som vist på illustrasjonen, ikke horisontalt. Er du usikker på monteringen, kontakt et godkjent verksted i ditt område for å få råd. Dra forsiktig ned biltaksforingen ved hjelp av det medfølgende lirkeverktøyet i plast. Fest den magnetiske jordingskontakten til biltaket og sørg for at magnetkontakten har kontakt med bilens metalltak. Siden den er magnetisk skal den “klikke” på plass. Når den er korrekt installert skal den magnetiske jordingskontakten være rett og stå parallelt med A-stolpen.

Fjern den selvklebende baksiden fra antenneforsterkeren og fest den til vindusglasset. Forsikre deg om at glasset er tørt før du monterer antennefilmen. Ikke kleb fast antennefilmen før du er sikker på at glasset slipper signalet gjennom der du kleber den fast. Hvis du fester antennefilmen over f.eks. varmetråder og visse former for solskjerming i frontruten, vil mottakets ytelse bli påvirket.

Fest den transparente antennefilmen til glasset som vist på bildet/illustrasjonen. Legg forsiktig press på for å fjerne eventuelle luftbobler. Putt antennen og strømkabelen bak A-stolpen og biltaksforingen for å trekke den til hovedenheten POPyourMIRROR ved hjelp av lirkeverktøyet i plast.

Du kan bruke 3M dobbeltsidig tape og klippe den i små remser for å feste antennekabelen.

Ikke fest DAB+ antennen over varmetråder, på et sted som hindrer førerens sikt eller på et sted der antennen kan oppleve forstyrrelser fra metall.

Sikre deg at ruten slipper gjennom signalet. Varmetråder og visse former for solskjerming eller solfiltre, kan medføre at signalet ikke slipper gjennom.

Koble POPyourMIRROR til din bilstereo med lydkabel – Aux Ut 1.

Trykk og hold inne MENU-knappen for å komme inn i menyen og bruk “<” eller “>” for å finne LYD UT og bekreft og avslutt menyen ved å trykke på MODE. Et hodetelefonikon “ ” vil vises øverst på den blå linjen. 2. Koble den medfølgende 3.5mm Lyd- og strømkabelen inn i 3.5mm AUX-utgangen øverst på POPyourMIRROR og koble den andre enden til AUX-inngangen på bilstereoen din. Merk: I AUX UT-modus, vil det ikke være noen FM-overføring til bilstereoen.

Koble POPyourMIRROR til din bilstereo med FMoverføring Velg FM-overføringsfrekvens (Auto-modus): 1. Trykk og hold MENU-knappen inne for å komme inn i menyen. Bruk “<” eller “>” for å finne LYD UT og bekreft og avslutt menyen ved å trykke på MODE. Bruk “<” eller “>” for å finne AUX IN/FM UT og bekreft ved å trykke på MODE.

Dette vil aktivere FM-overføringsmodus. Trykk og hold inne FREQ-knappen for å vise FMoverføringsfrekvens (TX Frekvens). Trykk og hold inne FREQ-knappen igjen for å aktivere en automatisk skanning etter en ledig overføringsfrekvens uten forstyrrelser fra andre kanaler. Skanneprosessen vil ta ca. 20-30 sekunder og følges av en blinkende “---.-MHZ”, før den stopper på en ledig frekvens. Etter at en ledig frekvens er funnet, trykk på MODE-knappen for å bekrefte og avslutte eller så vil dette skje automatisk etter 3 sekunder. Den valgte ledige frekvensen vil bli vist øverst til høyre på skjermen, for eksempel TX 108.0MHz Juster FM-bilradioen din slik at den er stilt inn på den samme ledige frekvensen som POPyourMIRROR for overføring av lydsignalet fra POPyourMIRROR til bilstereoens lydsystem.

Velg FM-overføringsfrekvens (Manuelt modus): 1. Trykk og hold FREQ-knappen inne for å komme inn i valgmodus for FM-overføringsfrekvens. 2. Bruk deretter “<” eller “>” for å velge den ønskede ledige frekvensen (basert på din erfaring med kjente ledige frekvenser i ditt område) som du ønsker å motta på bilradioen. 3. Når frekvensen er valgt, trykk på MODE-knappen for å bekrefte og avslutte, eller så vil skjermen gå tilbake til DAB+ modus automatisk etter 3 sekunder og den valgte

frekvensen vil bli vist øverst på skjermen på den blå linjen, for eksempel TX108.0MHz.

Bemerkning: “Ledig frekvens” betyr at det ikke var noe FMradiosendingsinnhold eller støy på denne frekvensen da den ble valgt. Søk og velg DAB+ kanaler: 1. 2. 3.

Trykk på MODE-knappen gjentatte ganger til du finner “DAB+ Radio”-modus. Bruk “<” eller “>” for å velge den ønskede DAB+ kanalen. Eller trykk og hold “PREVIEW”-knappen inne og bruk så “<” eller “>” for å velge den ønskede DAB+ kanalen og trykk på MODE-knappen igjen for å velge og avslutte.

Du kan også trykke og holde inne MENU-knappen for å komme inn i menyen og velge “DAB Autosøk” ved å trykke på MODE-knappen for å reaktivere “Autosøk”-prosessen hvis du trenger å oppdatere DAB+ radiokanalene. Bemerkning: For normalt bruk, trenger du ikke å utføre “DAB Autosøk” hver gang du bruker POPyourMIRROR, med mindre det har blitt lagt til nye DAB+ kanaler, da kan det hende du må utføre et “DAB Autosøk” igjen.

DAB+ Serviceinformasjon

Relevant serviceinformasjonsdata kringkastet av radiostasjonen vil bli vist som rullerende tekst på skjermen til POPyourMIRROR. Mens du lytter til DAB+, vil skjermen vise følgende, hvis det er aktuelt: 1. Kanalnavn 2. Multiplex-navn（DLS） 3. DAB+ Ikon 4. Klokkeslett og dato 5. Signalstyrke 6. FM Overføringsfrekvens 7. Bluetooth tilkoblingsstatus 8. Lydutgang statusindikator 9. Service Following PÅ-status 10. Trafikkmeldinger PÅ-status Service Following PÅ/AV-kontroll: 1. I “DAB+”-modus, trykk og hold inne S/F-knappen for å slå PÅ Service Following-funksjonen. “PÅ” vil vises på skjermen og et hvitt “S/F”-ikon vil dukke opp øverst på skjermen. Gjenta den samme prosedyren for å slå AV Service Following-funksjonen og “AV” vil vises på skjermen. “S/F”-ikonet vil forsvinne fra skjermen. 2. Når “S/F”-ikonet blir rødt på en spesifikk DAB-stasjon, betyr det at DAB-stasjonen støtter S/F-funksjonen og at enheten har oppdaget det, men at den ikke har byttet over ennå. Når den har byttet til en annen region, vil S/F ikonet bli hvitt igjen. Bemerkning: Ved gitte situasjoner, kan det lønne seg å slå av S/F-funksjonen for å unngå at radioen skifter

mellom like sterke sendere fra ulike områder. For anvendelse der S/F-funksjonen ikke brukes, er det anbefalt å slå av S/F-funksjonen.

Trafikkmeldinger PÅ/AV: 1. Trykk og hold MENU-knappen inne for å komme inn i menyen. 2. Bruk “<” eller “>” for å finne “Trafikkmeldinger” og bekreft ved å trykke på MODE-knappen. 3. Bruk “<” eller “>” for å velge om Trafikkmeldinger skal være “PÅ” eller “AV” og bekreft og avslutt ved å trykke på MODE-knappen. 4. For å avbryte en aktiv trafikkmelding, trykk på PLAY/PAUSE-knappen. POPyourMIRROR vil returnere til radiostasjonen du hørte på. Bemerkninger: 1. Det er anbefalt å aktivere trafikkmeldinger-funksjonen hvis du ønsker å motta viktig trafikkinformasjon. 2. Når TA er PÅ og du lytter til musikk på Bluetooth fra mobilen din eller på Linjeinngang, vil enheten automatisk bytte til trafikkmeldinger når et TA-signal blir funnet. Administrer forhåndsinnstilte stasjoner Lagre forhåndsinnstilte stasjoner:

Lagre dine 4 mest brukte DAB+ forhåndsinnstilte stasjoner ved hjelp av de nummererte direktevalgknappene (1-4) foran på enheten: 1. I DAB-modus, finn din DAB+ favorittstasjon, trykk og hold inne PRESET 1-knappen for å lagre din første DAB+ favorittstasjon i minne 1 (nummerknapp 1) og trykk så på PRESET-knappen for å lagre. 2. Gjenta samme fremgangsmåte for å lagre en DAB+ favorittstasjon til i minne 2 (nummerknapp 2) og så videre. Du kan lagre flere enn 4 DAB+ favorittstasjoner ved å bruke følgende fremgangsmåte: 1. Finn frem til den DAB+ favorittstasjonen du ønsker å forhåndsinnstille ved å bruke “<” eller “>”, 2. Trykk og hold PRESET-knappen inne for å gå inn i “MINNE”modus. 3. Bruk “<” eller “>” for å bla deg opp eller ned for å velge et nummer i minnet (5-30) der du vil lagre din favorittstasjon, 4. Trykk på PRESET-knappen for å bekrefte og avslutte “FORHÅNDSINNSTILLING”-modus. “Lagre vellykket” vises på skjermen.

Trafikksikkert kjøremodus – hente forhåndsinnstilte stasjoner: 1. Mens du kjører er det sterkt anbefalt at du henter frem dine DAB+ favorittstasjoner ved å trykke på de nummererte

forvalgknappene 1-4 foran på enheten. Det er enkelt og trygt å bruke. Du kan også trykke på PRESET-knappen for å komme inn i forhåndsvisningsmodus for å vise alle de forhåndsinnstilte DAB+ stasjonene og bruk “<” eller “>” for å bla deg til den stasjonen du vil hente og lytte til. Bekreft ved å trykke på PRESET-knappen igjen.

Slette forhåndsinnstilte stasjoner: For å slette alle dine forhåndsinnstilte DAB+ favorittstasjoner, trykk og hold inne MENU-knappen for å komme inn i menyen. Bruk “<” or “>” for å finne “Slette alle forhåndsinnstillinger” og velg “JA” eller “NEI” ved å trykke på MODE. Hvis “JA” er valgt, vil alle de forhåndsinnstilte stasjonene i minnet bli slettet. Administrere trådløse strømmeenheter: Koble til en smarttelefon: Når du parer en smarttelefon med POPyourMIRROR for første gang, følg fremgangsmåten nedenfor: 1. I DAB-modus, trykk på MODE-knappen gjentatte ganger til du finner “Bluetooth”. 2. Trykk og hold PLAY/PAUSE-knappen inne for å slå PÅ Bluetooth-funksjonen. Trykk og hold FREQ-knappen inne for å aktivere paringsmodus på POPyourMIRROR, “Sammenkobling Pågår” vil vises på skjermen,

Slå Bluetooth-funksjonen på telefonen din PÅ og søk etter Bluetooth-enheter, en liste over tilgjengelige Bluetoothenheter vil vises, Velg “POP DAB+” fra listen og når sammenkoblingen er etablert, vil skjermen vise “Tilkoblet” og et Bluetooth-ikon øverst på den blå linjen på skjermen. Hvis du vil avbryte sammenkoblingen i “Sammenkobling Pågår”-modus, kan du trykke på PLAY/PAUSE-knappen for å stoppe tilkoblingen og returnere til ikke-tilkoblet modus.

Bemerkning: Under prosessen med å koble til telefonen, kan det ta flere sekunder og opptil et minutt før tilkoblingen er ferdig, avhengig av merke og modell på telefonen. I tilkoblingsprosessen vil Bluetooth-ikonet på den blå linjen øverst på skjermen blinke og skjermen vil vise “Ikke tilkoblet”. 6.

Du kan koble fra en eksisterende tilkoblet telefon ved å trykke og holde FREQ-knappen inne for å tvinge POPyourMIRROR inn i sammenkoblingsmodus for å koble til en ny telefon. Bemerkning: Blinkingen av Bluetooth-ikonet indikerer at Bluetooth ikke er tilkoblet. Når den er tilkoblet, vil ikonet slutte og blinke.

Administrere telefonanrop: 1. Når det kommer et innkommende anrop, vil POPyourMIRROR ringe med en ringetone. Trykk på PLAY/PAUSE-knappen for å svare på den innkommende

samtalen. Samtidig vil høyttalervolumet og taletiden vises nederst på skjermen. Du kan bruke “<” eller “>” for å justere volumnivået, Hvis du ikke vil svare på det innkommende anropet, trykk og hold PLAY/PAUSE-knappen inne for å avslå anropet.

For å avslutte et anrop, trykk på PLAY/PAUSE-knappen. Velg om lyden skal komme via bilens høyttaler eller via enhetens innebygde høyttaler: 1. Trykk og hold MENU-knappen inne for å komme inn i menyen, 2. Bruk “<” eller “>” for å bla deg til “HandsFree høyttaler” og trykk på MODE-knappen for å bekrefte, 3. Inne i “HandsFree høyttaler”-menyen, bruk “<” eller “>” for å velge “Innebygget høyttaler” eller “Bilens høyttaler” og bekreft ved å trykke på MODE-knappen igjen. 4. Bruk “<” eller “>” for å justere volumet på samtalen til ditt ønskede nivå når enheten er i “Innebygget høyttaler”-modus. 5. Når enheten er i “Bilens høyttaler”-modus, kan volumet kun bli justert med bilstereoens volumkontroll. “Bilens høyttaler” vil vises nederst på skjermen. Taletiden vil også bli vist på skjermen. Bemerkninger: 1. Den innebygde høyttaleren fungerer kun når den er tilkoblet via Bluetooth.

Når “Bilens høyttaler” er valgt, kan lyden komme gjennom bilstereoen enten ved hjelp av Linjeutgang eller FM-sender.

Administrere Bluetooth-musikk til din bilstereo gjennom FM-senderen: 1. I Bluetooth-modus når telefonen din er tilkoblet , velg musikkfilen fra telefonen din og spill den av via Bluetooth (Referer til bruksanvisningen til telefonen din for mer informasjon), 2. I “Lyd Ut”-menyen, forsikre deg om at du har valgt “AUXIN/FM UT”-modus, 3. Trykk på FREQ-knappen for å komme inn i valgmodus for FM-overføringsfrekvens, 4. Bruk så “<” eller “>” for å velge den ønskede ledige frekvensen, 5. Trykk på PLAY/PAUSE-knappen for å spille av eller pause musikkavspillingen, 6. Bruk “<” eller “>” for å velge neste eller forrige sang. Bemerkninger: 1. Når telefonen din først har blitt koblet til POPyourMIRROR, vil tilkoblingen mellom de to enhetene automatisk kobles sammen igjen hver gang du går inn i bilen din, hvis POPyourMIRROR er slått på. POPyourMIRROR vil automatisk koble seg til den forrige telefonen du brukte med enheten. Hvis du ønsker å koble POPyourMIRROR til

en annen telefon du allerede har koblet til, men som ikke var den forrige du brukte med enheten, må du først koble fra den forrige telefonen. Dette gjør du ved å trykke på “Glem denne enheten” i Bluetooth-innstillingene på telefonen din. Trykk og hold så FREQ-knappen inne for å komme inn i sammenkoblingsmodus igjen. Du kan sammenkoble til sammen åtte Bluetooth-enheter med POPyourMIRROR, Hvis du ønsker å koble POPyourMIRROR til en annen telefon mens den første telefonen fortsatt er tilkoblet, må du tvinge den første telefonen til å koble seg fra ved å trykke og holde “FREQ”-knappen inne for å komme inn i sammenkoblingsmodus igjen. Et blinkende Bluetooth-ikon vil dukke opp øverst på skjermen. Du kan nå sammenkoble en ny telefon. Denne handlingen fungerer bare når den nye telefonen ikke har blitt koblet sammen med POPyourMIRROR tidligere.

Bluetooth PÅ/AV: 1. Trykk på MODE-knappen til du finner “Bluetooth”modus. 2. I “Bluetooth”-modus og når du ikke har innkommende anrop, trykk og hold PLAY/PAUSE-knappen inne for å slå PÅ Bluetooth-funksjonen. “PÅ” vil vises på skjermen og et Bluetooth-ikon vil dukke opp øverst på skjermen. Gjenta samme fremgangsmåte for å slå AV Bluetooth-funksjonen og “AV” vil vises på skjermen. Bluetooth-ikonet vil da forsvinne fra skjermen.

Valg av bakgrunns- og skriftfarge: Bakgrunnsfargen på skjermen og fargen på teksten kan bli satt til fire ulike kombinasjoner for å passe til interiøret og dashbordet i bilen: 1. Sort bakgrunn/hvit skrift 2. Sort bakgrunn/blå skrift 3. Sort bakgrunn/oransje skrift 4. Farge* *For å sette til “farge”, følg fremgangsmåten nedenfor: 1. Trykk og hold MENU-knappen inne for å komme inn i menyen for “Fargeinnstillinger”. 2. Bruk “<” eller “>” for å finne din favorittfarge og trykk på MODE for å bekrefte og avslutte menyen. Koble til AUX IN: POPyourMIRROR har en 3.5mm AUX-kontakt øverst på siden. Eksterne, analoge lydkilder fra iPad, iPhone, iPod, Nettbrett, Androidtelefon eller MP3-spillere etc. kan føres trådløst gjennom FM-senderen til bilstereolydsystemet. Koble til en ekstern musikkspiller:

Trykk på MODE-knappen til du finner “AUX IN”. Koble til en ekstern lydkilde som for eksempel iPad, iPhone, iPod eller MP3spiller etc. inn i AUX-kontakten øverst på siden av POPyourMIRROR med den medfølgende 3 meter lange 3.5mm lyd- og strømkabelen. Forsikre deg om at FM-overføringsmodus er valgt.

Lade iPad/iPhone/iPod/smarttelefon/nettbrett/kamera: 1. Ved hjelp av USB-kabelen til for eksempel mobilen din, kan du lade dine USB-enheter hvis du plugger USBkabelen inn i den doble USB-porten med 12v sigarettennerstikk, 2.

Koble den andre enden av kabelen til enheten du vil lade og ladingen vil starte. (Utgangseffekt ladeport: 5V, 1A, den nåværende USB-porten er kraftig nok til å lade iPad).

Skjermens bakgrunnslyskontroll: Bakgrunnslyset til skjermen kan kontrolleres/endres. Trykk og hold MENU-knappen inne for å komme inn i menyen og bruk “<” eller “>” for å velge “LCD baklyskontroll” og bekreft ved å trykke på MODE-knappen. Bruk “<” eller “>” for å velge ønsket innstilling og trykk på MODE-knappen og avslutt. LCD-skjermens dimmekontroll: Når du kjører på natten, kan du kontrollere lysstyrkenivået på LCD-skjermen ved å trykke og holde “<”-knappen inne for å dimme ned skjermen. Trykk og hold “>”-knappen inne igjen for å returnere til normalt lysstyrkenivå.

Velg språk: 1. Trykk og hold MENU-knappen inne for å komme inn i menyen. 2. Bruk “<” eller “>” for å bla deg til “Språk” og bekreft ved å trykke på MODE-knappen. 3. Bruk “<” eller “>” for å finne ønsket språk og bekreft ved å trykke på MODE-knappen. Gjenopprett fabrikkinnstillinger: 1. Trykk og hold MENU inne for å komme inn i menyen. 2. Bruk “<” eller “>” for å bla deg til “Fabrikkinnstillinger” og bekreft ved å trykke på MODE. 3. Bruk “<” eller “>” for å velge mellom “JA” eller “NEI”. Bekreft ved å trykke på MODE. Sjekke enhetens programvareversjon: 1. Trykk og hold MENU inne for å komme inn i menyen. 2. Bruk “<” eller “>” for å finne “Programvareversjon” og bekreft ved å trykke på MODE. Du kan nå se enhetens nåværende programvareversjon. 3. Trykk på MODE for å avslutte menyen.

Operating your POPyourMIRROR In-Car DAB+ Digital Radio Adaptor: 1. 2. 3.

Mount POPyourMIRROR on the existing rear mirror using the rubber band at the back of unit. Connect the antenna to the antenna jack. ATTENTION! Proper antenna installation is very important for a good reception result. See tips page 31. Connect one end of the USB power supply cable to the Micro USB socket on POPyourMIRROR and the other end to the dual USB car charger. Plug the dual USB car charger into the car 12V power socket. The cable can be tucked inside APillar. POPyourMIRROR will be powered ON and the display will show the “POPyourMIRROR” logo, then the device will automatically scan all the local DAB+ channels and store them in the memory of the device until another “Auto Scan” is performed. During scanning, a scan moving bar will be shown in the display to indicate the progress and the total number of channels found. Once the scan is completed, you can select any DAB+ radio channel via the “> ” or “< ”.

Use a dry wipe to clean the windscreen. If the glass is cold, you should warm up the window to secure good adhesion. The antenna should be mounted vertically as indicated in the diagram, not horizontally. Gently pull down the car roof liner with the help of the provided plastic pry tool, insert the magnetic grounding tap and ensure the magnetic tap contacts to the metal roof of the car. Since it is magnetic, it should â&#x20AC;&#x153;clickâ&#x20AC;? into place. Remove the adhesive backing from the antenna power amplifier box and stick to the dry window glass. Make sure the glass is dry before attaching the antenna on the glass. Do not attach the antenna before you are sure that the glass lets the signal through where you stick it and make sure the

antenna film is not overlap with the heating wires which will affect the reception performance.

Stick the transparent antenna film to the glass as indicated in the diagram, gently applying pressure to remove any air bubbles. Tuck the antenna and power cable behind A-Pillar and roof liner to run it along the top to the main unit POPyourMIRROR with the help of plastic pry tool.

You may use the 3M invisible double-sided adhesive tape and cut it into small pieces for fixing the position of the antenna cable. Do not attach the DAB+ antenna film over heating wires, in a place that obstruct the driver's view, or in a place that can experience interference from metal. Ensure that the signal gets through the window. Heating wires and certain forms of shading, may cause the signal

not passing through so that antenna film needs to avoid overlapping with those areas.

Selecting Audio Output – Aux Out 1.

Press and hold the MENU button to enter menu mode and use “<” or “>” to select AUDIO OUT and confirm by pressing MODE button again. Use the “<” or “>” to select AUX OUT and confirm by pressing the MODE button to exit menu. A headphone icon “ ” will be shown at the top of the blue bar. Connect the supplied 3.5mm Audio Out and Power Cable to the 3.5mm AUX Out jack on the top of the POPyourMIRROR and then the other end connect to the Aux IN of the car stereo. Note: In AUX OUT mode, there will be no FM transmission to the car stereo.

Selecting Audio Output – FM Transmission Select FM Transmitting Frequency (Auto Mode): 1. Press and hold the MENU button to enter menu mode. Use the “<” or “>” button to select AUDIO OUT and confirm by pressing MODE button again. Use the “<” or “>” button to select AUX IN/FM OUT and confirm by pressing the MODE button. This will enable FM transmission mode. 2. Press and hold the FREQ button to show FM transmitting frequency (TX Frequency).

Press and hold FREQ button again to activate the automatic scanning of a vacant transmission frequency without interference with other channels. The scanning process will take 20-30 seconds and is accompanied by a flashing display of ---.-MHZ, before stopping at a vacant frequency. After a vacant frequency is found, press the MODE button to confirm and exit the setting or this will occur automatically after 3 seconds. The selected vacant frequency will be shown at the top right of the display, e.g. TX 108.0MHz Tune your car FM radio system to match the selected vacant frequency for transmission of the audio signal from POPyourMIRROR to your car stereo audio system.

Select FM Transmitting Frequency (Manual Mode): 1. Press and hold FREQ button to enter FM transmitting frequency selection mode. 2. Then use the “<” or “>” button to select the desired vacant frequency (based on your experience with known vacant frequencies in your area) which you would like to receive by your car radio. 3. Once it is selected, press the MODE button to confirm and exit or the screen will go back to DAB+ mode automatically after 3 seconds and the selected frequency will be shown at the top of the blue bar, e.g. TX108.0MHz.

Remarks: “Vacant frequency” means there is no FM radio broadcasting content or noise when the frequency is selected. Search and select DAB+ channels:

Press the MODE button until “DAB+ Radio” mode is found. 2. Use the “<” or “>” button to select the desired DAB+ channel. 3. Or press and hold the “PREVIEW” button and use “<” or “>” button to select the desired DAB+ channel and press the MODE button again to select and exit. 4. You may also press and hold the MENU button to enter menu and select “DAB Autoscan” by pressing MODE button to reactivate the “Auto Scan” process if you need to update the DAB+ radio channels. Remark: For normal use, you don’t have to perform the “DAB Autoscan” every time you use the car DAB+ radio unless there are newly added DAB+ channels, then you may need to perform the “DAB Autoscan” again.

DAB+ Service Information Relevant service information data broadcasted by the radio station will be displayed with scrolling text on the screen of the POPyourMIRROR. While listening to DAB+, the display will show the following if applicable: 1. Channel Name

Service Following ON/OFF Control: 1. In “DAB” mode, press and hold the S/F button to turn ON the service following function. An “ON” will be displayed on the LCD screen and an “S/F” white icon will appear at the top of the display. Repeat the same procedure to turn OFF the service following function and an “OFF” will be displayed in the LCD screen. “S/F” icon will also disappear from the LCD screen. 2. When “S/F” icon turns red from white for a specific DAB station, it means that DAB station supports S/F feature and the device has detected it, however, it is not switched over yet. Once it is switched to other region, the S/F icon will be turned white again. Remark: Upon certain situations, you may want to turn off the S/F function to prevent the radio from switching between equally strong transmitters from different areas. For application where S/F feature is not used, it is recommended to turn off the S/F function.

Traffic Announcements ON/OFF Control: 1. Press and hold the MENU button to enter the menu 2. Use the “<” or “>” button to scroll up or down to select “Traffic Announcement” and confirm by pressing the MODE button again 3. Use the “<” or “>” to select “ON” or “OFF” for the function of traffic announcements and confirm it by pressing the MODE button and to exit the menu. 4. To cancel an active traffic announcement, simply press the PLAY/PAUSE button. POPyourMIRROR will return to the radio station you were listening to.

Remarks: 1. It is recommended to enable the traffic announcements function if you want to receive important traffic information. 2. When TA is ON and while you are listening to music through Bluetooth streaming from your phone or through line-in, the device will automatically switch to traffic announcements when a TA signal is detected. Manage Preset Stations Storing Preset Stations: To program and store your favorite DAB+ preset stations using the direct numeric buttons (1-4) on the front of the device:

In DAB mode, tune to your favorite DAB+ station, then press and hold PRESET button to store your first favorite DAB+ station in memory 1 (number button 1) and then press PRESET button to store it. 2. Repeat the same procedure to store another favorite DAB+ station in memory 2 (number button 2) and so on. You may program and store more than 4 favorite DAB+ preset stations by using the following procedure: 1. To select a favorite DAB+ station using the “<” or “>” button, 2. Press and hold the PRESET button to enter “MEMORY” mode. 3. Use the “<” or “>” button to scroll up or down to select a number in memory from 5-30 to store your favorite station, 4. Press the PRESET button to confirm and exit “PRESET” mode. A “Stored Successfully” message will be displayed. Safe Driving Mode – recalling the Direct Preset Stations: 1. During driving, it is highly recommended to recall your favorite DAB+ stations by simply pressing direct preset numeric button 1-4 on the front of device. It is simple and safe to use while driving. 2. You may also press PRESET button to enter preset preview mode to show all the preset DAB+ stations and use the “<”

or “>” button to scroll up or down to recall a Preset Station and confirm by pressing the PRESET button again.

Removal of Preset Stations: To delete all your favorite DAB+ preset stations, press and hold the MENU button to enter menu mode, use the “<” or “>” button to search for “Delete All Presets” and select “YES” or “NO” by pressing the “MODE” to confirm. If “YES” is selected, then all the memory of presets will be cleared.

Managing the Wireless streaming devices: Pairing a Phone: Paring a phone with POPyourMIRROR for the first time, follow the below procedures: 1. In DAB mode, press the MODE button to enter “Bluetooth” mode. 2. Press and hold the PLAY/PAUSE button to turn ON the Bluetooth function. Then press and hold FREQ button to activate the POPyourMIRROR device into pairing mode, a message of “Pairing in progress” will be shown, 3. From your phone, turn on Bluetooth and search for Bluetooth peripherals, a list of available Bluetooth peripherals will be displayed, 4. Select “POP DAB+” in the list and once connection is established, the Bluetooth screen will display “Connected” and a Bluetooth icon will be shown at the top of the blue bar.

Remark: the pairing time may take several seconds to one minute depend on various brands or models of phone. In “Paring in progress” mode, if you want to stop connecting, you can always press PLAY/PAUSE button to stop searching and return to non-connected mode.

Remark: during the process of re-connecting to last connected phone, it may take several seconds to one minute for re-connecting depending on phone model. In the re-connecting process, the Bluetooth icon at the top of the blue bar will be flashing and the LCD will show “Not Connected”. 6.

You can disconnect an existing connected phone by press and hold FREQ button to force POPyourMIRROR pairing mode to connect another new phone. Remark: The flashing of Bluetooth icon indicates the Bluetooth is not connected and once it is connected, the icon will stop flashing.

Manage Phone Call: 1. When there is an incoming call, POPyourMIRROR rings with a ringtone, press PLAY/PAUSE button to answer a call and at the same time the speaker phone volume and talk time will be displayed at the bottom of the screen, you may use the “<” or “>” button to adjust the volume level, 2.

If you don’t want to pick up the call, press and hold the PLAY/PAUSE button to decline a call.

To end a call, press the PLAY/PAUSE button.

Selecting Bluetooth Phone Voice to your Car Stereo through the FM transmitter or the Built-in Speaker: 1. Press and hold the MENU button to enter menu, 2. Use the “<” or “>” button to scroll down the menu to select “Hands Free Speaker” and press the MODE button to confirm, 3. In “Hands Free Speaker” menu, use “<” or “>” button to select “Built-in Speaker” or “Car Speaker” and confirm by pressing the MODE button again. 4. Use the “<” or “>” button to adjust the voice volume to your desired level when it is in “Built-in Speaker” mode. 5. When it is in “Car Speaker” mode, the voice volume can only be adjusted by car stereo volume control button. A “Car Speaker” will be displayed at the bottom of the LCD. The talk time will also be displayed on the LCD screen. Remarks: 1. The Built-in speaker only works for phone voice when it is connected via Bluetooth. 2. When the “Car Speaker” is selected, the phone voice can be fed into the car stereo by either using AUX Out or FM transmitter.

Managing Bluetooth Music Playback to your Car Stereo through FM transmitter: 1. In Bluetooth mode with your phone connected, playback music files from Bluetooth phones, select the music file from your phone and playback via Bluetooth (Refer to your phone user guide for more information), 2. In the “Audio Out” menu, make sure you have selected “AUX-IN/FM OUT” mode 3. Press the FREQ button to enter FM transmitting frequency selection mode, 4. Then use the “<” or “>” button to select your favorite vacant frequency 5. Press PLAY/PAUSE button to play or pause the music playback 6. Use the “<” or “>” button to select the next or previous songs. Remarks: 1. Once your phone is paired to POPyourMIRROR, the connection between both devices will be automatically reestablished each time you enter your vehicle if POPyourMIRROR is powered on. POPyourMIRROR automatically connects itself to the last phone you used with it. If you want to connect POPyourMIRROR to another phone you already paired but not the last one, you must first disconnect the last phone by selecting “Forget this

Device” in your Phone Bluetooth setting. Then press and hold the FREQ button to enter pairing mode again. You may pair up to eight Bluetooth devices with POPyourMIRROR, If you want to connect POPyourMIRROR to another phone while the first phone is still in connection, you may force the first phone to disconnect by press and hold “FREQ” button to enter pairing mode again and a flashing Bluetooth icon will appear at the top of the display. Then you may pair to a new phone. This operation only works when the new phone has not been paired with POPyourMIRROR before.

Bluetooth ON/OFF Control: 1. Press the MODE button until you find “Bluetooth” mode. 2. In “Bluetooth” mode and under no incoming call, press and hold the PLAY/PAUSE button to turn ON the Bluetooth function. “ON” will be displayed on the LCD screen and a Bluetooth icon will appear at the top of the display. Repeat the same procedure to turn OFF the Bluetooth function and “OFF” will be displayed on the LCD screen. The Bluetooth icon will also disappear from the LCD screen.

Selection of Screen Background and Font color: The color of the screen background and font can be set to four different combinations to match with your overall car dashboard colors: 1. black background/white font 2. black background/blue font 3. black background/orange font 4. color* *To set to “color”, follow the procedure below: 1. Press and hold the MENU button to enter “Color Setting” menu mode. 2. Use the “<” or “>” button to scroll and select your favorite color by pressing the MODE button to confirm and exit the menu. Connecting AUX-IN: POPyourMIRROR features a 3.5mm AUX-IN jack on the top. External analog audio sources from iPad, iPhone, iPod, Tablet, Android phone or MP3 players etc. can be fed wirelessly through FM transmission into your car stereo audio system. To connect an external music player: Press MODE button again until you see “AUX IN” mode. Connect an external audio source such as iPad, iPhone, iPod or MP3 player etc. into the “AUX IN” jack on the top of POPyourMIRROR

with the provided 3.5mm 3 meter long audio and power cable. Make sure the FM transmission mode is selected.

Charging iPad/iPhone/iPod/mobile phones/tablets/camera: 1. Using your mobile phone USB cable and plugging the USB connector into the dual USB car charger with 12V socket, 2.

Connect the other end of the cable to your device and start charging. (Charging Power Output: 5V, 1A, the current is big enough for iPad charging)

LCD Backlight Timer Control: The backlight of the LCD display can be controlled while driving. Press and hold the MENU button to enter menu and use “<” or “>” button to select “LCD Backlight Setting” and confirm by pressing MODE button. Use “<” or “>” button again to select backlight timing and confirm by pressing MODE button and exit. LCD display Dimmer Control: When driving at night, you may control the brightness level of the color LCD display by pressing and holding the “<” button to dim the display. Press and hold the “<” button again to return to normal brightness level.

Select Language: 1. Press and hold the MENU button to enter menu 2. Use the “<” or “>” button to scroll up or down to find “Language” and confirm by pressing the MODE button. 3. Use the “<” or “>” button to find your desired language and confirm by pressing the MODE button. Restore factory setting: 1. Press and hold the MENU button to enter menu. 2. Use the “<” or “>” button to scroll up or down to find “Factory Reset” and confirm by pressing the MODE button. 3.
