Chili

Ingredients: 100 grams lean ground beef (less than 7% fat) 1 cup chopped tomatoes ½ cup water 2 tablespoons minced onion 2 cloves garlic crushed and minced Pinch of garlic powder Pinch of onion powder Ÿ teaspoon chili powder Pinch of oregano Cayenne pepper to taste (optional) Salt and pepper to taste Directions: Brown ground beef in small frying pan, add onions and garlic. Stir in tomatoes and water. Add spices and simmer slowly until liquid is reduced. The longer it cooks the more tender and flavorful. Add a little water as needed to prevent burning. Serve with chopped green onion or tomato garnish and salt and pepper to taste. Makes 1 serving (1 protein, 1 vegetable or fruit)


Mini Meatloaf

Ingredients: • 100g ground steak • 1/2 t milk or bbq sauce • 1 grissini or melba toast (ground into powder) • 2-3 cloves minced garlic • 1/2 t dehydrated minced onion • 1/2 t spicy mustard • 1/4 t allspice • 1/8 t sage • salt/pepper to taste • Any additional seasonings you like

Directions: 1.Preheat oven to 350. 2.In small bowl, combine all ingredients and form into a small meatloaf. 3.Place in glass dish, cover, and bake 25-30 mins. 4.Uncover dish, add bbq sauce or homemade sugar free ketchup to top, and bake 5-10 additional mins. 5.Serve immediately with a bit more of bbq sauce or homemade sugar free ketchup for dipping.


Meatballs

Ingredients: • 100g steak (ground into hamburger) • 1 grissini or melba toast (ground into powder) • 1 T milk • parsley • onion powder • basil • oregano • garlic • salt • pepper

Directions: 1.Preheat oven to 425. 2.In bowl, combine all ingredients. 3.Form into 1" meatballs (makes about 6-7). 4.Place in baking dish or non-stick baking sheet and cook 10 minutes turning halfway through cooking time.


Balsamic Mustard Crusted Steak 100 grams Beef filet or London broil 1 t. mustard powder 2 t. balsamic 1/4 t salt 1/2 t freshly ground black pepper 2 garlic cloves (minced)

Directions: Mix all seasoning in a mixing bowl. Line a broiler pan with foil and place steak on top. Coat evenly with mustard mixture and let stand 10 minutes. Broil steak to desired doneness. 3 to 4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing and serving.


Balsamic Chicken Wraps 100 grams chicken 2 med green cabbage leaf 2 med Napa cabbage leaf 1 garlic clove 3 T. balsamic vinegar 1 4 t onion powder 1 4 salts 1 4 pepper 1 T. fresh ginger

Directions: Mix together finely grated ginger, garlic, onion powder, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper and chicken pieces. Cook until chicken is cooked thoroughly and then add the Napa cabbage and cook until cabbage is slightly cooked. Take the 2 green cabbage leaf and split the chicken mixture and place in cabbage leaf’s and roll into a wrap.


Vietnamese Shrimp Lettuce Wraps & Spicy Lime Dipping Sauce 100 grams shrimp 2 med green boston lettuce leaves 1 garlic clove 3 T. apple cider vinegar 1 T. lime juice ½- 1 T. hot chile flakes 1 4 t garlic powder 1 4 salts 1 4 pepper 1 T. fresh ginger

Directions:

1. Put shrimp, salt, and pepper in a pan and add cold water to just cover shrimp. Bring water to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer and cook until shrimp are bright pink and tails are curled, about 1 minute. With a slotted spoon, transfer shrimp to a colander and let cool. 2. In a small bowl, mix chile flakes, vinegar, and lime juice & let sit several minutes. Add garlic, stevia to taste, and wisk. Transfer sauce to a serving dish.


Chilean Sea Bass 3.5 ounces of sea bass fillets 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 2 of lemon 1 2 t. salt 1 2 t. lemon pepper 2 T. finely chopped cilantro 1 2 t. paprika

Directions:

Arrange Sea bass fillets in a single layer on foil-lined broiler pan. Spread garlic and cilantro on and around fish. Squeeze lemon juice on fillets, sprinkle salt and lemon pepper to taste, and add paprika for color. Cover with foil and crimp edges to form a seal. Bake at 450 for 20 minutes.


Lemon Zest Crab cakes 100 grams crab 1 melba toast [crushed to powder] 1 garlic clove (minced) 1 T. onion powder 1 2 t. lemon zest 1 4 t salt 1 4 t. pepper 1 t. dry mustard 2 lemon wedges 1 T. parsley 1 t. lemon zest

Directions: Mix everything together and put into 2 small patties. Place in a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes -- broil under high heat for 2-3 mins or until golden brown. and place on serving dish over red cabbage portion for the day. Use lemon zest, salt, pepper, and mustard to make a reduction sauce over high heat. Top crab dish


Miracle Chicken Noodle Soup 1 sliced raw chicken breast 3 cups water 5 t. poultry season 5 t. onion powder 4 garlic cloves 4 t. black pepper 3 t. sea salt 3 T. celery salt 1 cheese cloth 1 string

Mix all herbs and place in the cheese cloth wrap string around cloth to secure all herbs and place it in the stock pot with 3 cups of water and the chicken breast and boil for 35 minutes or until chicken breast is cooked. Place a strainer on top of a bowl with a coffee filter to Strain broth to extract any fat from chicken breast and use the chicken for other recipes or for this. Wash and strain Miracle noodles and add to broth or eat without noodles...


Crab Etouff touffee Soup Soup 1 Cup Water 2 Mushroom Bullion cubes 1 T Dehydrated Onion 1 t Garlic Powder 100 grams Crabmeat Crabmeat 2 T herbamare

Deglaze ½ of your crab meat in a sautÊ pan with onion and garlic powder and herbamare. Add water and mushroom bullion cubes stir and reduce until soup is thick and relatively dark in color from the deglazing. Add remaining crab meat to the soup mixture. Chop 1 melba toast dusted with wet seasoning mix and use as croutons if you wish.



Strawberry or Orange Sorbet Smoothie

1 cup ice cubes 1cup ( partially defrosted Strawberries) or 1 med Orange 1 Pkg stevia 5 drops Orange Stevia 5 drops Vanilla Cream Stevia Blend until smooth

Frozen Cappuccino

1 c. crushed ice 5 drops of toffee stevia 5 drops of chocolate stevia 1 c. of coffee Mix in blender until smooth. Pour into glass and serve.

Lemon Drop 1 1 1 5

2 t. squeezed lemon juice 2 c. water 2 c. ice drops of lemon stevia



Strawberry/Chocolate Sorbet

1 1/2 scoops Raw Natural flavor Sun Warrior Protein 5 Frozen Strawberries 5 Droppers full Chocolate Stevia 7 Ice Cubes 3/4 C Pure Water Place all in high power Blender and blend on high 45 seconds. YUMMM!


Dutch Apple Cobbler

2 T. water

Note: you can make this one large desert by using the two fruit serving you are entitled to per day as well as your two melba toast toast servings! Any apple or 2 you like 2 pieces melba toast 1-2 pkg stevia 1 1/2 T. cinnamon

Core apple and remove seeds if any. Crush melba toasts and mix stevia, melba, ½ T cinnamon to make crust. Add water to half the crust mix--moisten and begin to press crust into soufflÊ dish. Cut apple into thin slices and toss together stevia and cinnamon with 1-2 T. water. Place apples into dish and cover with the remaining DRY melba mix. Bake 450 for 15 minutes.

Mock Caramel Sauce Additional step: Use stevia and water to to make a caramel sauce for the cobbler-cobbler-- just take a small amount of stevia and water with cinnamon and a dash of lemon-lemon-- caramelize caramelize over the stove top or in microwave for a completely gourmet desert!!!! Decadent

I compiled this cookbook to make it easier to accept this diet. I am a huge artist + foodie and felt it was important to have something delicious to look at.-this way I don’t feel deprived! I didn’t create most of these and personally want to say thanks to all the people who created these scrumptious meals!

My goal is to loose 55 lbs in 2 rounds-- wish me luck!
