The Three Snowboarders By:Chris
Once upon a time there were three Olympic snowboarders and they had a challenge to overcome. The snowboarders names were Eva Samkova, Michal Ligocki, and Taku Hiraoka.
They all met in the last Olympics and became friends. They've been friends for four years now and the next Winter Olympics is in a month. The Olympic committee is considering to take snowboarding out of the Olympics.
They here about this and decide to team up and try to get them to not take snowboarding out of the Olympics. They all decide to meat up in Russia because that's where the Olympics are.
They all meet up in the airport and discuss the plan for having them keep snowboarding. They decide to get a place to stay at to sleep because they need energy for the next day. In the morning they go to a store and get snowboarding equipment for their plan.
They get all their equipment and make there way to the the Olympic committees office. When they get there no one is there so they wait for hours until the boss finally arrives.
They ask if they can talk to him and he says sure. He takes them to his office and and tells them to take a seat. They all sit down and start talking to him about why he would want to take snowboarding out of the Olympics.
They told him things like many other people in the Olympics love snowboarding, that many snowboarders have people who look up to them, and some athletes only snowboard so they don't have any chances at a medal.
He said that I don't know we were pretty far in the process on it but I'll talk to them and see what I can do.
The next day they get a call saying to come back to the office. When they arrive most of the committee is there. They say that snowboarding is being considered to stay but the snowboarders need to prove there skills for it to say.
They got their equipment to show how much snowboarding means to them and how hard they've trained. They start on half pipe both the guys show there half pipe skills the Eva shows them her snowboard cross skills. The committee was really impressed.
The next day they get a call saying that they decided snowboarding will stay in the Olympics. They were all so happy and when the Olympics came they all did so good Taku won silver Michal won gold and Eva won gold as well.
