How We Work With Clients Integrity Solutions’ client engagement process insures measurable performance improvement and bottom-line results. Our process typically starts with an “Assess” phase, to insure we are solving the right problem, and a “Collaborate” phase that builds consensus and commitment to a potential solution. Depending on the solution that has been defined, we will often “Customize” to capture a client’s relevant sales or service challenges and, if possible, integrate our content with their strategies, culture, systems and processes. This allows us to better “Align” the leadership team with the desired outcome and determine the organization’s readiness for change. In the “Implement” phase of our process, we work with a client to communicate clear success metrics and plan an implementation strategy, including providing a coaching model for frontline. Finally, we help to “Sustain” the initiative with ongoing reinforcement and results-tracking.
