REFRIGERATION UNITS WITH TRANSPARENT GLASS EVAPORATOR
GENERAL Simple educational refrigeration unit to show evaporating process through a thermostatic expansion valve or through an electronic expansion valve by means of a transparent evaporator made in glass. A solenoid valve changes between the two possibilities. The thermostatic valve can be serviced on the overheating screw and the overheating can be measured on the evaporator by digital reading. The unit consists of an hermetic refrigeration compressor with ventilated condenser, a thermostatic expansion valve or an electronic expansion valve and a transparent evaporator. Standard refrigeration gas is R 134A. Complete the system the drier filter, sight glass, receiver, thermostat, safety high/low pressure control, main switch. Instrument included as standard are: 他 Three digital thermometers 他 Three pressure gauges 他 Fault simulation devices opportunely positioned. All the components and instruments are mounted on table top arrangement on an aluminium structure. Standard power supply 220 Vac 50 Hz.

GFA-ET5 with thermostatic expansion valve GFA-ET6 with thermostatic expansion valve and with electronic expansion valve governed by a solenoid valve. GFA-ET7 same as GFA-ET6 but equipped with a modem for PC interface. This unit is equipped with service module, program and model and can be visualised over a connected PC. This unit is suitable to train students and technicians on normal refrigeration plants which are connected to an electronic monitoring program. GFA-ET8 Automotive universal, blockvalve/orifize. In this unit the expansion in the glass tube evaporator is made through an expansion valve type BLOCKVALVE or through an ORIFIZE, governed by a solenoid valve. When the expansion is through the block valve, an AC auto drier is used, when the expansion is through the orifice the system suction side is connected to a suction-accumulator/drier/receiver.
