Application Pack We’re really excited that you would like to be a part of the London North East Youth Band! We are a brass band which has been created to support young people in the Salvation Army Christian church and help them to develop spiritually, socially and musically. In addition to this we also aim to be a place where all young people, from all backgrounds, church or otherwise, can feel at home. If you want to be part of a group of young musicians, then you’re welcome! To make sure that we keep you up to date with all the latest news and events, and to make sure that you are as safe as possible when you’re with the band, we do need you to fill in the following application pack. This needs to be done with whoever has parental responsibility for you (however, if you’re over 18 you can fill all of this pack in for yourself). Please complete the following and return it to a member of the Youth Band team, or post it to: Youth Band Admin The Salvation Army Maldon Road Hatfield Peverel Chelmsford CM3 2HS If you need any more information or have any questions, please call: 01245 383013 Thank you!
