Happy Christmas! So, are we all ready for the festivities? It’s a time for sharing and spending time with loved ones, friends and making peace. Let’s hope that everyone has happiness in the coming year. This month we have some Christmas gift ideas from our fashion writer, Donna Gilbert, on vintage jewellery and living by the sea there’s plenty of specialist fresh fish suppliers for making the delicious “Smoked Mackerel Paté” from Janet Van den Bussche; it looks perfect for the days after all the ideas for Christmas turkey leftovers have run out! We welcome local writer Tracey Bartlett offering her internet advice, this month’s topic is social media. Thank you to everyone who has been a part of the Bexhillian magazine this year, also thanks to Dr. Luke Flanagan who has written about the Canadians in Bexhill, this month is his last story for us so we want to thank you and we wish you well for the future. YOUR gardening STORIES
gardening advice for DECEMBER The November rain certainly came thick and fast with some mighty good wind thrown in for good measure just to test our resolve at the end of the year. Hopefully any wind damage has now been repaired and some of you are still hanging in there in the ever increasing inclement weather. There are still plenty of jobs to be done before a well earned rest over the Christmas break,
Lawns
The unusually temperate weather has meant the grass has still plenty of growth, the tricky thing has been trying to get it cut if it is waterlogged, it is better to keep off as you will do more damage than good. Fallen leaves will kill the grass very quickly so keep raking fallen leaves as they build up, great exercise and compost! Now is a good time to service your mower ready for next year.
decorations such as berries and fir cones, dried orange slices, cinnamon sticks and wide, wired ribbon. They make great presents and the children can get involved too Prune open-grown apples and pears (but not those trained against walls)
General garden maintenance
Keep planting tulips for a stunning Spring display. Improve clay soils by incorporating organic matter like composted bark and well-rotted farmyard manure (as long as the soil is not too wet.)
Birds
This month birds will really need our help - make sure clean water is available and that after a frost it does not remain frozen. Buy good quality bird food and fat or suet balls, ensure feeding stations are well out of the way of cats and enjoy the company of our feathered friends throughout the winter!
Trees, shrubs and climbers
From now until March is the ideal time to plant bare rooted deciduous hedging - the most economical way to establish a hedge. Beech and hornbeam (similar to beech but more suitable for heavy soils) both keep their leaves over the winter and are therefore good for screening, whilst hawthorn is the ‘country classic’ - perfect for a natural looking yet almost impenetrable barrier. Tidy up trees and shrubs, cutting out any dead, diseased or damaged wood where necessary. (And on the Christmas present front, sharp new secateurs and loppers are a gardener’s dream!!) Make a Christmas wreath using evergreen sprigs from your garden such as Holly, ivy, spruce and
Houseplants
Christmas Poinsettias should be placed in warm room, away from draughts to ensure they last as long as possible. Put indoor Hyacinths in a cool room if they become too warm the flowers will finish earlier. And finally find a nice comfy chair, glass of something you fancy, next years’ bulb and plant catalogue and get planning for 2015. Merry Christmas and a Happy healthy gardening year everyone!

SMOKED MACKEREL PATE beside the sea! During December most of us are focused on Christmas gift and food shopping it’s amazing how just one day dominates our thinking for not just one month but months! We are bombarded with Christmas adverts urging us to shop at certain shops and we are persuaded that unless we fill our fridges with luxury items we are letting our family down. Therefore, we all run around filling our fridges and homes with many things ultimately heading for the bin just after Christmas. Sometimes, perhaps, we need to step back and buy less items but buy things which we can use in a number of different ways? Just to give one example Smoked Mackerel is readily available whether you opt for the more expensive locally smoked one in the fishmonger or the cheaper option in the supermarket. A couple of fillets make a simple lunch with salad and crusty bread or broken up and mixed with sour cream an excellent jacket potato filling, a carbonara sauce to add to pasta makes a more filling lunch - simply break up two or three fillets in a pan, stir in a small pot of double cream, a handful of chopped fresh herbs (tarragon, parsley or rosemary), squirt of lemon juice then stir in two whipped eggs heat gently until the sauce is thick and creamy then toss in cooked pasta and top with grated parmesan.
As you can see with the clever use of just one item you can have numerous options and cut down on the waste.
Smoked Mackerel Pate • 4 smoked mackerel fillets, broken up • 2 desert spoons of sour cream • handful of chopped parsley • small onion finely chopped • Combine all of the ingredients either with a fork or hand mixer • Add lemon juice and black pepper to taste • Serve with hot buttered toast

SELF-ASSESSMENT
BEXHILLIAN MONEY MATTERS
Every month, Ainsley Gill, will be sharing some useful financial tips especially for Bexhillian readers. This month the focus is on Self-Assessment.
On this date you will be required to make your second payment on account, which is normally the second 50 per cent of your previous tax bill.
All Self Assessment taxpayers have to meet several important deadlines throughout the tax year or they could incur penalty charges. Here is our useful guide to this year’s Self Assessment deadlines.
Financial Penalties Legally you have to meet the Self Assessment deadlines. If you fail, you will receive the following financial penalties: • 1 day late – A £100 penalty charge. • 3 months late – A £10 charge for each following day, up to a 90 days (maximum of £900). • 6 months late – A charge of £300 or 5% of the tax due, whichever is the higher. • 12 months late – A charge of £300 or 5% of the tax due, whichever is the higher. In serious cases, you may have to pay up to 100% of the tax due instead.
Filing Your Tax Return There are generally three deadlines for filing your Self Assessment Tax return. Which of the three you should use depends on the filing type of tax collection you choose. You must ensure HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) receives your completed return by midnight on 31 October 2014, if you choose a paper return. However, if you decide to file your tax return online, you gain more time than paper filing, it must reach HMRC by midnight on 31 January 2015. Remember that you will need a Government Gateway username and password in order to file online, and this could take around a week to arrive in the mail. So be sure to leave yourself enough time before the deadline. If you owe less than £2,000, and you want HMRC to collect your tax through your Tax Code, you will need to submit your tax return online by 30 December 2014. If however, HMRC is unable to alter your tax code, you may still be required to file again by 31 January 2015. Making a Payment As with filing there are several payment deadlines throughout the year. The most common is 31 January 2015, on which you may need to make several different payments. The first being the balancing payment, this is the tax you owe for the previous tax year. If you made payments on account in the previous year, it is likely you have paid some of this tax. You may also have to make the first payment on account. This will normally be 50 per cent of your previous tax bill; excluding student loan repayments and Capital Gains Tax. The second payment deadline is 31 July 2015.
However, you may not have to pay a penalty if you have a supportive reason for missing the deadline. These could be: • You have a life-threatening illness that has prevented you from completing your Self Assessment Tax return. • You have experienced technical problems with the online service. • Your documents have been lost in a fire, flood or theft. • Your partner has died shortly before the deadline. • Should HMRC accept your reasoning for late filing, they may reduce or decide not to pursue the fine. LIFE LOCAL FAMILY CHARITIES
PARENTING – security & encouragement As adults we know that when we experience harmony in our relationships, and freedom from fear or threat of harm we feel secure, but when our need for security is unmet, we can become negative, fearful, anxious, possessive and/or rigid! Lack of encouragement can leave us defeatist in attitude, fearing failure, pessimistic, frustrated, withdrawn, a procrastinator, so lets look at the last two emotional needs from the point of view of our children.
SECURITY
The world can be a scary place to live, especially if you’re a kid! Violence, destruction and danger are constantly portrayed in the media, and can seem all around us. All kids are aware of families where there is divorce, violence, drugs and/or abuse; your child needs to know that even though your family goes through tough times, you are committed to one another and to facing problems together. Dad saying at a mealtime “Kids, I was just thinking today how special your Mum is, and how glad I am she’s my wife” or a single parent saying “We’ve been through some sticky patches, but I want you to know I’m more committed than ever to care for and protect you” will build security into your children’s lives. Parents can provide financial security for their children by operating within a budget, and planning for future financial responsibilities. Physical security needs are met when parents make sure the doors are locked at night, seat belts fastened, and rules to prevent physical harm are carried out. Although they may deny it, kids get a sense of security from knowing where the boundaries are and that their parents care enough to set limits and enforce them through loving discipline. Don’t hold your breath waiting
for their thanks, but be confident you are meeting one of their deepest needs. Think... Which of your children may be feeling insecure about relationships in the home, physical safety, finances, changes in plans etc? Have they a fear or insecurity you could help them work through; do they need to hear you say “I’m here for you”?
ENCOURAGEMENT
All children need a fan club! When parents cheer them on, it gives a tremendous impetus towards attaining their goals, reaching for the stars! When they’re discouraged, of course they need those heart to heart conversations, but there are also the little messages of encouragement like the “You can do it!” note Mum leaves on the fridge door or in the lunch box, or “I’ve every confidence in you” note Dad leaves on the car dashboard; it could be a child’s favourite meal, or a timely text, or a special night out. Think... What areas of discouragement or disappointment are your children encountering at present? How might you build them up, inspire them to persist and persevere towards one of their goals?

STORIES HEALTH YOUR & WELLBEING
Coping with... DIFFICULT TIMES IN LIFE Last month we talked about SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder) which is more common in the autumn/winter months. Christmas can also be a challenging time and some find that counselling can help. You may choose to come to counselling due to difficult experiences you’ve been going through, such as a relationship breakdown, bereavement or redundancy. You might feel that you are in a rut, repeating patterns of behaviour, or with the same thoughts circling in your mind. Alternatively, you may want help dealing with feelings of sadness, depression, anxiety, anger or low self-worth that don’t seem to be connected to any particular event. Counselling can help you to develop a different perspective and find coping strategies for easing stressful feelings.
We may not realise how much we contribute to the situations and feelings that bother us. Our old patterns are so familiar and so deeply engrained they are invisible. We are so close to the situation we tend to lose sight of our options. Counselling helps us turn the spotlight, first onto understanding our role, and then onto the things we can change. Through this process we extend our focus from what’s happening to us, to what we can do about it.
Whatever the issues are which might be troubling you, your counsellor will listen (really listen) to what you have to say. They will be helping you to build a trusting relationship where you feel able to talk freely and in confidence, and where you can have the space to reflect how you might bring about change in your life. Your counsellor will value what you say, may challenge negative thoughts and reinforce positive ones, all with the aim of helping you to learn how to change.
Counselling can also be a means of coping with physical symptoms or complaints that doctors can’t alleviate. If your GP can’t find a physical cause for your problems, you may want to look further to see whether there is an emotional aspect to your symptoms. Counselling can often be helpful for people with longterm physical conditions who might be at risk of depression or anxiety.

BEXHILL – AN ARTIST’S VIEW What if one had the opportunity to see Bexhill from an aerial view? I reckon December would be as good a time as any. Whether it would be during the day when the faint winter sunlight tries to break through the clouds, illuminating the area, or during the evening and night time when sparkly and twinkly lights would be a welcome and pretty sight.
ARTCHARITIES & CRAFTS LOCAL
fields – greens and ochres of all different shades would be used. Burnt umber would be a rich colour to depict the muddy paths. The south eastern coastline would be exciting to view from above. There would doubtless be a sharp contrast from the coastal waters and the pebbles to the sand. If the tide was out then the yellow ochre sand and the groynes would be on show – making use of the browns and cool greys in my paint palette. Go inland slightly and one could view the streets and homes with their chimneys being used, puffing out smoke from a toasty fire would be a warm and welcome sight from above. The gardens along the Marina with their smart lawns and flower beds would look regimented as if standing to attention. The borders with the neat hedges and maybe wallflowers dormant waiting to bloom. They would be distinct to notice.
Normally ones eye notices things on street level however just imagine if an amateur artist such as myself would be able to fly above the sky of Bexhill and view the expanse below. What colours would I use to paint Egerton Park? The two ponds and the river that joins them would no doubt dominate the view - probably using a dark hookers green and maybe a grey or dark blue – reflecting the clouds and reflections of the various trees. Bexhill Downs off Little Common Road would look beautiful from above – the high density clump of trees all tight together with the surrounding
What would I be able to see of Collington Woods? I imagine lots of evergreens covering the area – looking like the cliched broccoli view of trees together. Various different shades of green no doubt at highwoods would be used – such as cobalt green and maybe sap green. The pictures painted from this view flying above would be very different from when walking through. If there was a slight flurry of wintery snow that would finish the view off perfect. Maybe just once a year – one night a year it would be nice to fly above all the houses and rooftops and chimneys, with my dogs and another experienced companion with his reindeer enjoying the magical view!

Mindfulness – letting go
HEALTH YOUR & WELLBEING STORIES
As the year draws to a close, Yet, here in the West we tend to look down now is the time to make some at “homeless people”. Perhaps if we had less, the divide would be less? space in your life. Do you have shoes of every colour, shirts or dresses that you have clung onto for years? Are your drawers overflowing? Is your loft or garage bursting to the seams? If this sounds like you, maybe you need a serious de-clutter?
As we let go, we create spaciousness... emotional, psychological and physical spaciousness. The more we let go, the more we can begin living in the present moment, the more we can live a mindful life.
Many people do not associate clutter with emotions, but clutterers keep clutter for a reason and the reason is often deep seated. Often, emotions such as depression and anxiety underpin clutter. The fear of letting go, of losing things and losing control may underpin our need to hold tightly to things, even when we know they should go. We may delude ourselves, believing that we are keeping things, “just in case” or say to ourselves that we are keeping it for “sentimental reasons,” but in reality, collecting clutter becomes a bad habit. Ask yourself this, If you lost everything tomorrow, would you set out to replace it all, or would you travel lighter? Often people feel a sense of lightness, of calmness and control when they start letting go.
Tips for de-cluttering:
• Spend just five minutes every day de-cluttering. • Start with one room at a time. • Get three boxes, and itemise each - to throw away, to give away, to keep. what is the cost of dying with an outdated will Research suggests that a combined £175 million in assets is lost each year to bereaved families if a relative dies intestate or with an outdated Will. Dying intestate or with an out-of-date Will typically costs heirs £9,700 in “lost” assets, a study has claimed. Research by paid-for Will registration service Wills & Assets found that 175,000 Britons struggle to track down the assets left by deceased family members, missing sums of up to £20,000 per late relative. Bereaved heirs often turn to costly solicitors or probate detectives known as “heir hunters” to track down missing money. This costs families an extra £2,250 in fees after a loved one’s death. Half of British people fail to draw up a Will, according to the research which surveyed 1,978 adults. Even individuals who leave a Will risk leaving relatives out of pocket if they fail to update their assets regularly.
He said: “Most of the time family members know about the assets, but some people keep money to themselves, even if they are expecting to die. A common pitfall for families tracking down assets is making sure they declare them to HMRC. Inheritance has to be declared to the taxman and must be reported. “It’s far better to report assets early to avoid suspicion from HMRC that you’re hiding them deliberately,” Mr Fraser said. ‘Update your will every two years’ Stephen Foden, from Wills & Assets, advised people to update their will every two years. He said: “No one wants to think about what will happen when they die but failing to do so can leave loved ones with significant problems and stress at an already very tough time.” Source: The Telegraph
Maurice Clarke, chair of industry body the Heir Hunters Association, said money can be forgotten or lost over decades until they are tracked by probate researchers. “A massive fortune remains hidden in banks and financial institution which are often missed in even well-made wills,” he said. Neil Fraser, partner at Fraser & Fraser, the probate investigators featured in BBC document-ary “Heir Hunters”, said that his firm recovered up to £20,000 to families trying to track down lost assets.

FREE LIBRARY to extend it’s opening hours From 3 January 2015, the free library at Little Common is extending its opening hours to include Saturday mornings between 9:30 and 12 noon. More information can be found on the website: www.littlecommonlibrary.btck.co.uk . Little Common Library was founded in 2002 when the County Council decided to close it down. A group of people including, Doug Upton & Percy & Yvonne Pearson proposed a DIY approach to the continuation of the Library run by volunteers. The original Library stock & shelving was bought by Percy Pearson. Money was raised and on the Easter week-end between the County withdrawal and the volunteers taking over a team of people worked very hard to set the library up ready for the re-opening the following week. Twelve years later, the library is successfully providing the people of Little Common with a free library. It is free to join and you can borrow as many books as you like completely free. There are no charges for over-due books. It is a very friendly Library with the volunteers ready to help you with your choice of books and a chat.
It is run by 37 volunteers and is supported by Library Friends who make an annual donation of ÂŁ10 (or more). We are a charity and completely dependent upon the support of the Little Common Community. Our supply of books is reliant upon the generosity of local people who donate unwanted books. We receive in excess of 600 new titles each year and the Library holds well over 3,000 books. Categories comprise general fiction, crime & adventure, biographies, travel, history and military books. Limited space means we are unable to expand into other categories as we would wish. We are in Little Common Community Centre, Shepherds Close, Little Common TN39 4SQ. Opening times are Tuesday 9.30-4.00 pm, Friday 9.30-12.30 pm, and from January 3 2015 we will be open on Saturdays between 9.30 -12.00 noon.
Everyone is welcome.
BEXHILLL HISTORY LOCAL CHARITIES
The hospitality of Bexhillians at Christmas The hospitality of Bexhillians at Christmas: the case of Canadian soldiers. As Christmas approaches, it is pertinent to remember that, for many, it is a time to spend with family and friends. However, Christmas also serves to shine a light on those who do not have such networks and perhaps require extra support. During the First World War, there were many Canadian soldiers in Bexhill who needed such support. This was readily provided by organisations and individuals in the town. At the outbreak of war, approximately seventy per cent of Canadian soldiers were British-born. By the time Canadian camps were established across Britain in 1915, the majority were Canadian-born and were visiting Britain for the first time. These soldiers did not have the family structures of their British-born counterparts; there was no distant aunt or cousin to take them in and provide refuge from the stresses of war. This perhaps explains the popularity of soldier’s social clubs, many of which were established in Bexhill throughout the war. The Soldiers Club, located at 18 Sackville Road (well known as the former Bexhill Observer office), opened in May 1917 and was equipped with a study room, writing desks, billiard room, separate rooms for cadets, Non-Commissioned Officers and private soldiers, and a canteen where refreshments were sold for 1d (one penny) per item. The Soldiers Club, as was often the case, was connected to religion; specifically Catholicism. The club was funded by the Knights of Columbus, a fraternal Catholic Order, and run by the local Catholic Women’s League. Social clubs provided an important respite function for soldiers; they allowed soldiers to relax, interact, and disconnect from war. The people of Bexhill were equally important in providing this function. In late 1917, Bexhillians were urged to show hospitality to the Canadians during the winter months.
“Soldiers Club, 18 Sackville Road.”
The idea was to give the soldiers a ‘touch of home life’ over Christmas. This was an appeal that was eagerly accepted by Bexhillians who invited Canadians into their homes during the Christmas and the New Year period. The example of the social clubs and hospitality of Bexhillians during the war shows the important role that both organisations and individuals can play in helping those most in need of extra support, especially in winter and at Christmas. Over the past century, the message of Christmas has changed very little. It remains a time of charity, selflessness, friendship and love. The centenary of the First World War and case of the Canadians in Bexhill serve as reminders that Bexhillians have been practicing these values for a long time.

pokemon remakes for the 2ds & 3ds
Pokemon
Alpha Sapphire and Omega Ruby remakes are available now for the 2Ds and 3Ds. 12 years ago, you may have remembered the release of Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire (Generation 3) for the Gameboy Advance which was soon followed by its critically acclaimed directors cut, Pokemon Emerald, just a few years later. Now available on 2Ds and 3Ds are the 23rd and 24th games in the Pokemon franchise, these being the remakes of Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire – Alpha Sapphire and Omega Ruby – which offer not only a brand new plot, not featured in the original games, but tons of new additions and expansions including the new features which were introduced in X and Y, Pokemon from Generations 4, 5 and 6, more mega evolutions and characters including the return of the familiar ones from the original games, new secrets and many new ways to explore the region of Hoenn. Pokemon Alpha Sapphire and Omega ruby have completely overhauled the original games with a phenomenal 3D graphical upgrade, but have also included a vast array of new content for players to enjoy – and of course, the returning players will get to re-experience some of the nostalgic moments from the original game
from the gameplay, to familiar areas and even the soundtrack which has been beautifully re-composed. In addition to reviving the nostalgic experience of the original games, the plot has been expanded significantly; players will now get to experience a trip into the past to discover the secrets and origins of the mega stones and will save the world from an unusual meteorite on a course of impact with earth, there are also many additional legendary pokemon to find from other generations. So, if you own a 2Ds or 3Ds and are a fan of the pokemon franchise, you definitely should consider picking this game up. If you are thinking about getting one, Nintendo have released two special 2DS bundles – Blue and Red – which are preloaded with the new Pokemon games (Blue for Alpha Sapphire) (Red for Omega Ruby) so its a great place to start if you are considering purchasing this platform. Perhaps you could add this to your Christmas wishlist, or purchase this for a younger member of the family this December.

Bexhill needs our own town council Bexhill is facing a time that is as important and historic for the town as the Referendum was to Scotland. For the first time in 40 years the town stands the chance of running its own affairs (rather than Rother District Council doing it) because we have been promised a review of its local government set up next year. There are four choices, each with advantages and drawbacks and it is important that towns folk find out as much information because choice will affect the lives of everyone now and in the future. 1. Doing nothing prolongs the current situation which even members of Rother Council described as “a bad deal for Bexhill”. It would, however, have no impact on the council tax. 2. Rother council wants nine parish councils to local people in charge of their own little area
– but that means duplication on common issues and cost of about £270,000 or 34p a week for the average household. 3. An Area Committee Scheme where the current 18 Bexhill councillors take over many duties of running the town would cost less than half, around 14p a week but all the big decisions would have to get Rother Council’s say-so. 4. A full town council would give greater local democracy and more power especially over finance and planning, but it would be at a cost of nearly as much as the parish scheme – around 30p per week. Its your town, its your choice and its your future. Please choose for the good of Bexhill.

FASHION
jewellery – for a sparkling christmas I don’t think I have ever met a lady who wouldn’t be thrilled to receive an item of jewellery for Christmas. And the good thing about jewellery is that you don’t have to spend a fortune to buy something unique and wonderful. The first thing to determine is what sort of jewellery the lady in your life would appreciate most. Does she prefer to wear earrings, a necklace, bracelet or a brooch? Does she prefer understated jewellery or something big, bold and colourful? No matter what her taste, you are bound to find something to suit by looking not only at High Street jewellers, but also vintage dealers, antique shops and fairs, boot sales and charity shops. If you find a piece you like, check it carefully. Make sure that the clasp is sound and that there are no breaks in the metal or missing or chipped gem stones. If the preference is for dainty, feminine pieces it’s worth sourcing 1950s pieces or earlier. The Victorians had a penchant for romantic jewellery including lockets which enclosed a secret message or lock of hair. The Art Nouveau period popularised pieces inspired by nature, whilst during the Art Deco period of the 20s and 30s large stones, long rows of beads, bangles were all popular and the shorter hairstyles allowed women to show off huge drop earrings. The 1940s harked back to the romanticism of the Victorian era. Costume jewellery became increasingly popular due to rationing, and the war sparked a desire for patriotic jewellery in red, white and blue. Plastic from was widely used, particularly Bakelite for bangles

and novelty brooches. In the 1950s women copied Grace Kelly’s style with pearls returning to popularity. Huge cocktail rings were also popular. 1960s Jewellery was oversized and bold, with bright plastics or space-age metallics frequently used. In the 70s jewellery became opulent again but textured metal replaced stones. The trends continued into the 1980s where ‘power dressing’ influenced jewellery as well with bold, extravagant pieces and cuff bracelets.

how to boost your social media engagement Using social media can become
very frustrating when you are posting status updates and there’s no one engaging with you. No engagement is the digital version of tumbleweed. If it’s early days on social media then this could just be from the lack of numbers who know about you. Invite your friends and family to connect with your accounts to get the ball rolling. Once they start engaging, their friends and connections will start to nitice you and pop over to your account to find out more. If they like what they see then they may also connect with you and engage on your social media account. Your updates will soon start to show in peoples news feeds. A drip-drip-drip reminder that you exist. But remember that it is called social media. you need to be social to use social media successfully. DON’T sell, sell, sell. Make those posts engaging.
to know that their opinions count. 5. Mention something relevant about your industry from today’s news. 6. All of the social media platforms are serving different audiences. make sure that your updates are relevant for those audiences. 7. Don’t be afraid to show your personality, have a laugh, but also remember to be professional. (If more than one person tweets it is a good idea to get them to sign off with initials) 8. Don’t ignore your audience, even if you are attempting to hide from some negative comments. 9. Keep your message short and simple. 10. Encourage people to join in with a call to action.

10 Tips to help with your social media engagement: 1. Think about your social media strategy before posting. What is your goal? Are you on the right platforms? 2. Set up alerts to monitor your brand online. Listen to what is being said and interact where applicable. 3. Be visual. Add a photo or video to your posts. Guess the caption always works well. Images are a great way to show behind the scenes of your business and those who work within it. 4. Ask your audience questions. They love
