A studio project consisting of a series of 8 sets of prints, a compiled publication, and a video. [230 x 300mm, 300g/m2, Cyanotype prints on cold-pressed watercolour paper] Level 2 BA Design Communication, Lasalle. Submitted for the recent CA 2022 Photography Competition and scheduled for submission for the upcoming 2023 SONY World Photography Competition.
Cyanotype, an analogue photographic print process that uses light-sensitive chemicals to create Prussian blueprints of objects and/or images. Experimenting with the concept of photographs acting as memory traces, the project aims to document the objects that have now become essentials of our altered lifestyle. These blueprints now become a photographic trace of the current trying times.
