Silence, Sacred Sound &
The Mystery of
The Art of Transcendence A 5-day Seminar with Aaravindha Himadra March 30th – April 3rd 2016, Schloss Buchenau, Germany In the ancient East —in Zen, the Tao, the Vedas, Jain, Buddhism, and nearly every other Eastern tradition, realizing Silence is paramount in value on the spiritual path. To the ancient sages it represented the fundamental state from which all life and all perceptions ultimately arise. Gautama Buddha affirmed, “Silence is the home of the awakened mind.” Similarly, Sri Aurobindu, the founder or Integral Yoga, once said, “When mind is still, then truth gets her chance to be heard in the purity of the silence.” The 6th century Taoist philosopher, Lao Tzu declared, “Silence is the source of all great strength.” Grandfather-Pitamah, the Elder Master of the Amartya Tradition stated, “To truly receive, you must first surrender yourself and become nothing.”

And yet, true Silence has remained the ultimate enigma within all mysteries. —It is an enigma because it cannot be described or related to anything we might experience in our physical world or linear manner of thinking. For thousands of years the way to silence and attaining its grace has been riddled with confusion and a lack of adequate techniques. There are however, ways to come to know and realize it, —and to be fully empowered by it. In fact, the secret to unraveling the way to our enlightenment rests solely in that path that leads to that deep inner Silence, beyond the reach of our common thought. Resting upon the surface of Silence, beyond the limits of the thinking mind, the sacred omnipresent song, “the Mahasangita,” persistently rolls forth the Creation Power of the One Divine Will. The goal of every true ancient tradition has been to somehow realize a perfect harmony with that Power. As an answer to this mystery, —an ageless transcendental art known as the Parampara Nirodhyama, through utilizing the sacred notes of this creation music, along with a number of other supportive techniques, is now being offered as our world’s most proficient and graceful means to win the endless gifts and grace of Silence, and therein actualize life’s ultimate promise of true Self-Mastery. In this five-day seminar we will explore this ancient knowledge and learn the necessary techniques related to “Silence, Sacred Sound and the Art of Transcendence. In this seminar you will learn: • • • • • • • •
How modern physics explains the mystery of silence and consciousness How the ancient sages recognized and understood it The most graceful means to realizing it The rightful techniques of true Nirodhyama-transcendence The most vital secrets of sacred sound, bija, and mantra How to actualize dynamic Silence as the rightful foundation for living The true nature and experience of genuine enlightenment
