IMPORTANT INFORMATION Conference Objectives 

1. Inspire Leadership development in delegates and challenge them to aspire leadership roles.

2. Guide delegates to properly define their personal development plan in connection with organizational development.

3. Provide delegates with concrete knowledge and tools for their operational functions in their LCs

4. Create a sense of belonging and connection to the organizational Network

5. Instil the appropriate organizational cultures, values and protocols that define the leadership we want to develop.

PROFILE Before filling this application form, make sure you satisfy one of these conditions: Be part of a Local Committee Executive board (LCEB) Be part of a Member Committee Executive Board (MCEB) Be part of a National Support Team (NST)

Faci’s Main Responsibilities

Session development (in advance!) Session delivery Delegates’ motivation and training Conference evaluation Participation in both pre- and postmeeting

Accommodation

Accommodation is provided for all facilitators during pre-meeting and postmeeting. Food and Fees No conference fees for facilitators International facilitators have to cover their international travel fees Food is provided for facilitators through out conference period from pre-meeting till post-meeting .
