Stomach ulcer Consume milk to reduce stomach ulcers, while avoiding oily and spicy food. Certain kinds of foods stimulate eruptions of stomach ulcers. Avoid keeping stomach empty for too long. Eat food in small quantities at short intervals. Indigestion Use the herbs like Amla, ajwain, black pepper, clove and ginger to treat gas and indigestion. Water and juices also aid indigestion by flushing out the toxins from system. Follow a fruit diet; eat more vegetables, whole grains and nuts to ease the stomach. Diarrhea Consume vegetable soups and liquid juices to replenish the liquid loss. Drink lemon juice mixed with Salt and sugar, Eat Pomegranate. Butter milk, Juice of mint leaves or Bottle gourd are also aid diarrhea.
