LIST OF FOODS ONE SHOULD STOP REFRIGERATING

As we know Refrigerator is important part in every women’s kitchen. It is good for storing and preserving food stuff. Sometimes food kept in refrigerator change their flavor also there smell get spread in other food products end up making foul smell. Few Food which should not be stored in Refrigerator are below. Bread  Usually we see breads in refrigerator but keeping them in refrigerator for longer time can make them dry fast.  Instead keep them at room temperature for three to four days and freeze the rest for future purpose. Basil  The problem faced by keeping basil in refrigerator is that it will absorb smell of food surrounding to it.  It will be preferable if it is stored in fresh cup of water or at normal temperature. Potato  People have myth that potato should be kept in refrigerator. But keeping them in cold temperature turns potato starch into sugar more quickly.  Preserved the potatoes in paper bags in order to protect them from getting spoilt. Onion


 Refrigerating garlic reduces it smell and affects its life spam too. Also sometimes garlic smell spreads to surrounding and spoils other food.  Thus stored it in paper bag in cool and dark place. Make sure potatoes and onions are not stored at same place. Honey  When it is stored in refrigerator will cause honey to crystallize and cannot be use at an instant when needed.  So best way to store honey is in jar or container at room temperature. Citric Fruits  Lemons, Orange, Limes should be stored at room temperature or at dark and arid place.  Refrigeration they will lose its flavors and textures within short period of time.
