Jahva House Kitchen Expansion and Roaster Addition Completed 2018
The Jahva House Kitchen Expansion and Roaster Addition was a tenant improvement to optimize and increase space use in the expansion of a bakery kitchen while also adding overflow seating. Operable walls divide the coffee roaster and coffee counter from the overflow seating to provide privacy. Additional space use consisted of adding a coffee bean storage room and overhead storage space above the existing restrooms. The project scope also included upgrading the existing exterior windows to allow for optimal daylighting.

Columbarium By Design Architectural Renders
Architectural Renders for Marketing and Materiality Studies (freelance)
Commissioned to provide architectural renders for Columbarium By Design LLC. Based in Santa Fe New Mexico, the owner would send me Revit models on a variety of columbarium designs located throughout the united states. The final renders were then used as a tool to guide client and project materiality conversations. The following renders are from varying projects.

Silver City Housing Complex
Retiree Affordable Housing - ARCH 603
As part of a 6 credit hour architectural studio course that was compacted into one month, we were asked to design a housing complex of our choosing. Based on the research collected by the team, I chose to design an affordable housing complex for retirees. The apartment complex is located at the edge of a historic road that was flooded and eroded, leaving a 20’ high ditch. Now, this ditch is full of vegetation and is part of a tour of silver city’s history. Programs Used: Revit + Photoshop

Tower M
Library, Restaurant, Micro-Housing - ARCH 604
Located within the boundaries of two existing buildings, TOWER M is an infill project that combines the programmatic requirements of designing a public library, a restaurant, and micro-unit residences at 200 SF each. Major pedestrian access enters from 7th street to James J walker park and to the public pool. Future design development would involve relocating a
portion of the park fence to allow access to James J Park. A designed seating area will border a portion of the park adjacent to the library, creating a shared space for public and library patrons. The primary intent of the design is to allow the public to create their own access and make the park, pool, and library, coexisting neighbors . Programs Used: Revit, Autocad, Illustrator + Photoshop
