Art is Communication

Cities, towns, regions, as well as public institutions, see themselves increasingly overwhelmed by a growing deluge of artistic stimuli

The challenge in the growing and diverse market is to instantly win the customers’ positive attention Here an involvement in high-caliber contemporary art emerges as a meaningful supplement, or in some cases, an essential replacement of traditional advertising

Our consultancy specializes in CONTEMPORARY ART which, we believe, helps capture attention, enhance profile, and represent leadership For inventive and leading companies looking for new possibilities to present themselves to the public, contemporary art works as a perfect match because the artists are two steps ahead of the public in ideas, solutions, and approaches, just as the company itself.

ART, AS A MODERN APPROACH, VOICES OPENESS AND DYNAMICS; AND IT IS YOUR STATEMENT TO THE PUBLIC OF WHAT THE COMPANY STANDS FOR AND CAN OFFER.

About our Consultation Service

State-of-the-Arts Consultancy offers services in two major areas. It develops customized artwork as a commission work for our clients; it can also source project partners or art studio producers for our clients’ unique concepts The range of tasks includes conception, realization and communication working with landscape / interior designers and artists.

In these projects, State-of-the-Arts Consultancy functions as a contractor to provide one-stop shop of service ranging from planning, budgeting, designing, sourcing, contracting, installation, quality assurance to overall project management and communications

We confidently claim expertise in our consultation and full project management, assisting our clients in a clearly informed and pleasant process of artwork selection. Our customized approach is easily managed and defined within the financial budget of any organizations

The Sculptures are currently featured in Hong Kong’s Drainage Services Department for the Department’s 30th Anniversary Stonecutter Island

This permanent art installation speaks to nature and freedom through the repeated images of fish suspended on poles; there is joy and an impish humor here in nature’s flow This work was a challenging one as it involved so many pieces (500 nos of poles and 1989 nos of fish), which had to be suspended correctly to achieve the sense of moment The overall design process involved 3-D computer-drawing and structural calculation

The consideration for the design of the modern existence related to the physical environment indicates the need for the relationship between sculpture and architecture.

We explored various factors which have influenced a separation of these two art forms, among which is a consideration of artistic impact to this roundabout area in the estate.

Sculpture-in-architecture is defined and the designer analyses the various practical and esthetic problems confronting sculptor and architect.

Functional and psychological modes of integration are discussed as generative factors for possible locations The determining factors for size and materials are considered The designer pointed to the need for sculptor and architect to work together from the inception of a project. We recognized the problems architects have in selecting a sculptor and makes several practical recommendations such as a reinforcement and structural work for the installation, i e the base of the water-feature where has to be supported the weight of the sculpture The overall artwork can be presented site-specific or stand in contrast to its surroundings

In this project, we performed the complete project management ranging from design, fabrication, fixing method and support building to the final installation in 2013 as one of our steppingstones!
