Job Description O Evaluate winter S&S delivery in o/i GCDP/GIP nationally O Create and frame coaching cycles to be implemented O O O O

locally and nationally Create S&S tracker for o/i GCDP/GIP and implement it Create checklists to use during the exchange process Minimum quality standards booklet for the 4 function as promis to exchange partners Create feedback system after matching (for OGX) and after realization (for ICX) NPS evaluation and implementation plan Come up with action plans to ensure the complete implementation of S&S by each AIESEC in Morocco member

recommendation letter from an EP/TN manager with which your entity realized with an exchange *Will be taken into consideration, the NPS score and comments left by EPs realized by your entity
Application process O LC/IG Presidents are the ones who should
fulfill the application package to be an entity pioneer. O LC/IG Presidents propose the person from the EB team (VPs X or VP TM/Mkg) who will be in charge in one of the 3rd and 4th questions. O Pioneering responsibility will be transmitted in the transition P to P and VP representative to VP representative
