By Ron Aaron EisenbergDEVELOPER TO BUILD ON BROADWAY ST.
Radom Capital, LLC, a Houston developer, is planning a new, free-standing building between two existing commercial structures, resulting in three buildings on the 6400 block of Broadway St.
The site sits between Rise Up, 6401 Broadway St., and 6421 Broadway St., home to House of Churros (the former gas station).
On its website, Radom teases future projects in San Antonio, “In early 2022 we began acquiring multiple mixed-use sites in the heart of the urban San Antonio Broadway corridor.”
Barton Kelly, Radom Capital principal, told 78209 Magazine, the company was attracted to Broadway “for the same reasons Alamo Heights residents love the area: it is a
OPNNA EXPANDING FOOTPRINT, SETS FALL MEETING
The Oak Park Northwood Neighborhood Association is growing. OPNNA president Gina Eisenberg, my wife, briefed the OPNNA board recently on plans to add two adjacent neighborhoods to the association’s footprint.
The additional homes and apartment buildings are not currently represented by a neighborhood association. “Oak Park Northwood is a wonderful place to live and raise our families,” said Eisenberg. “When neighbors asked to be part of our neighborhood association, it made sense to talk to the city about making it happen. We are good neighbors.”
The new additions to the OPNNA boundary include several hundred homes and apartments along Eisenhauer Rd. near Rainbow Dr., including the Woodbridge Condominiums to the south and several dozen homes along West Terra Alta and Everest to Nottingham. All of these areas are located in San Antonio City Council District Council 10.
On Wednesday, October 19, at 6:30 p.m., the association will hold its Fall General Meeting to include the 20222023 OPNNA Board and Officer Elections. The meeting will be held at St. Andrew’s United Methodist Church, 722

As for the new structure, Kelly said, “We are open to a variety of uses for the new building planned between 6403 and 6421 Broadway – retail, restaurant, beauty, fitness or medical.”
Radom also owns the property at 5939-5941 Broadway St. which currently houses a Sherwin-Williams Paint Store in a portion of the building. Radom plans to repaint the exterior.
Kelly added, “We are always looking for additional opportunities in the area.
Robinhood Place 78209. While votes are counted, attendees will hear from sitting elected leaders, including City Councilman Clayton Perry, District Attorney Joe Gonzales, SAPD’s Assistant Chief Karen Falks, Precinct 3 Constable Mark Vojvodich, State Rep. Eisenberg told 78209 Magazine that residents interested in serving on the board are invited to email their bio with contact information to opnna09@gmail.com.
PEARL UNVEILS PEDESTRIAN PLAZA
IN THE LOOP -
By Ron Aaron EisenbergPearl is unveiling a new pedestrian space, 1100 Springs Plaza. It opens to the public this October. The plaza, located in front of the Full Goods Building, celebrates Pearl’s and San Antonio’s rich history and connection to water. It’s planned as a quiet invitation for visitors to enjoy and connect in a shade-filled and natural space.
The name, “1100 Springs Plaza,” pays homage to the intricate water system that forms the many streams and rivers in the Texas Hill Country and is also the source of artesian wells on the Pearl property that historically served as the water source for the Pearl brewery.
A large recycled water feature sits in the center of the plaza. It consists of two rectangular pools, including an internal freshwater, aquatic basin, and a treated lower basin lit with handcrafted copper pendants at night. The basins will be filled with recirculated water, drawing from 236 feet of small water channels, or runnels, and reminiscent of the springs and ponds found in the Texas Hill Country. Native aquatic plants will grow inside the freshwater basin, and Texas native trees and plants will fill the plaza. A small tulip water jet will signal the beginning of the runnel system.
Formerly a surface parking lot, the construction of 1100 Springs Plaza is consistent with Pearl’s spirit of both preservation and transformation, including new bathrooms constructed with repurposed brick and six trees that were preserved from the former lot and included in the new plaza design by San Antonio-based architect Don B. McDonald. The new plaza connects the refurbished music venue to the Emma Koehler Garage, the Full Goods building, and the rest of Pearl via Karnes Street, which will be closed to car traffic.
AHPD SEEKS BALLISTIC SHIELDS
In the aftermath of the tragic mass shooting in Uvalde, the Alamo Heights Police Department is applying for state funding for rifle-resistant ballistic shields.
Chief Richard Pruitt told me, “We responded to a grant opportunity offered by the Texas Governor, Public Safety Office, for the purchase of rifle resistant “ballistic” shields. Along with many other police departments, we are concerned about the frequency of assault rifles being used in crimes against schools.
“The Uvalde incident brought about a course of funding after it was learned that one of the reasons for delaying a police assault on the classroom was waiting for a rifleresistant shield to be brought in from another agency. If approved, each officer assigned as a school resource officer to an AHISD campus will have immediate access to a rifle-resistant ballistic shield capable of resisting the most commonly used assault rifle calibers. The rifle-resistant
ballistic shields available to us are currently stored at a different PD which is home base to our SWAT unit.”
The cost for the four rifle-resistant ballistic shields is $17,022. AH city council unanimously approved Pruitt’s application for the funds at a recent council meeting.

Oculus Eyewear
Put Your Best Face Forward
By Meredith Kay | Photography by Al RendonThey say that first impressions are everything and that our eyes express so much about how we are feeling, so it only makes sense to dress to impress, from our shoes to our eyewear. Oculus Eyewear opened in January of this year, and they take this sentiment seriously.
Oculus Eyewear is an exclusive eyewear boutique that offers independent eyewear stylings from a carefully curated selection of eyewear. The opticians at Oculus Eyewear are trained to take each person’s unique facial features and personal style into account when fitting and recommending eyewear. The boutique features prescription optical eyewear and designer sunglasses, and they even feature a repair bar. Customers can schedule an appointment to bring in their damaged or worn-out eyewear to be refurbished, repaired, polished, or just given a deep cleaning while they relax and enjoy a gourmet cup of coffee or cappuccino.
This modern and luxurious eyewear boutique carries brands that you won’t find anywhere else, like Lindberg, Dita, Theo, and Anne et Valentin. Each pair of eyeglasses is handcrafted by an eyewear artisan, and nothing that they carry is mass-produced. Quality is of the highest priority at Oculus Eyewear, and each customer is treated uniquely as team members get to know your preferences, lifestyle, concerns, and personal tastes.
Leah Johnson is the owner of Oculus Eyewear, and her team of experts is highly trained to help eyewear customers find the perfect style and fit for their lifestyle. Everyone at Oculus Eyewear takes pride in the “old school craft” of optical service, and all opticians are certified within their first year at Oculus.
Leah says, “We serve a discerning clientele, and many of our customers find us because they are looking for a specific eyewear brand that cannot be found anywhere else. Our stylists and opticians will customize your eyewear for a perfect fit.
We measure and analyze your face to make sure that we are able to recommend the perfect frames for your shape.”
Oculus Eyewear is currently taking appointments for their resident optometrist, and you can also schedule an appointment online. Shirley Wills
Vintage Halloween in ‘09
By Meredith Kay Photography by Al RendonWe all have that one neighbor that goes all out for the holidays. There is always that one house at Christmas with so many decorations that Clark Griswold would be proud, and we’ve all seen the patriotic neighbor that proudly displays so many American flags that they can probably be seen waving from space.
October in San Antonio is a wonderful time of year. The weather finally starts to cool down, and although the big department stores are already putting out the holiday decorations, some of us turn our attention toward the spookier things in life in anticipation of Halloween. Shirley Wills, a longtime Terrell Hills resident, gets very excited this time of year as she pulls out her beloved Halloween collection of vintage novelties and antique decorations.
Shirley was born and raised in San Antonio. She grew up in the Los Angeles Heights neighborhood and graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School, where she proudly served as a Jefferson Lasso, the unique performance roping team that is still going strong today. She also received her bachelor’s degree in Communications from Trinity University, and she currently runs a dynamic public relations agency aptly named Shirley Wills & Associates. Shirley has lived in the Terrell Hills area for over 30 years now, and she shares her adorable cottage with two lovable rescue dogs named Red and Blue, but it is during this season of black and orange that she transforms her home into a veritable Halloween museum.
She began collecting interesting vintage Halloween and Christmas decorations many years ago and has become quite the expert and aficionado on antique Halloween costumes and novelties. Some of her favorite pieces include crepe paper decorations and antique costumes, but she is most proud of
her collection of Bogie Books. These printed advertising pamphlets provided an array of party activities, costume ideas, and decorating advice for the Halloween season utilizing Dennison’s Paper Goods between 1912 and 1935.
Every space in Shirley’s home at this time of year is dedicated to the ghoulish holiday. You’ll see framed antique posters and flags, orange and black tablescapes featuring antique Halloween figurines, and an assortment of knickknacks, costumes, and spooky decorations. Shirley still actively collects vintage Halloween items and sources her items online on eBay and through antique shows.
She says, “When you are looking for specific holiday items, it takes you to another level as a collector. I love to collect items from the golden age of Halloween, which was between 1900 to 1920. I always tell people that you should buy what you like and whatever brings you joy.”
Shirley also loves vintage wicker furniture from the turn of the century and has several unique and intricately woven pieces. She is happy to show people her collections and absolutely loves her neighborhood and the neighbors that she has grown to know over the years. She states, “I have always felt safe in my neighborhood, and I love that the police station is just down the street. We look after one another around here, and that’s rare today.”
You won’t find large cartoon character inflatables in the front yard at the home of Shirley Wills, but once you step inside, you’ll be transported back in time to another century where Halloween wasn’t mass produced, and novelties and decorations depicting the theme of the season were handpainted, handcrafted, and lovingly collected.

Major General (ret) Garry Schnelzer
A Leader In America’s Military Space Programs
By Ron Aaron EisenbergThose in the know will tell you, there were few things more dangerous than flying spotter aircraft in Viet Nam in 1967 when then Air Force Lieutenant Garry Schnelzer piloted Cessna-01 Bird Dogs to support ground troops and other military action.
Schnelzer was born in Toledo, Ohio. His dad worked for DuPont. He went to 17 grade schools before they settled in Toledo. As he describes his childhood, “We moved a lot, but normal is what you experience.”
From high school, Schnelzer went to Bowling Green State University. He told me, “I chose Bowling Green because they had a great ROTC program and flying opportunities. I wanted to be a pilot.”
In 1964, following graduation, he went to Laughlin Air Force Base in Del Rio, where he learned to fly T-38 Talon and T-37 Tweet trainers. He graduated from Laughlin’s pilot training program in 1965.
Schnelzer was stationed in Viet Nam in 1967. He flew spotter aircraft, including missions during the Tet Offensive.
In 1972, Schnelzer earned a Master of Science Degree (in Satellite Geodesy), from the University of Hawaii’s Institute of Geophysics. He went on to earn a Master of Military Arts and Science from the Army’s Command and General Staff
College, Ft. Leavenworth, Kansas, in 1977. He attended the National War College, Ft. McNair, Washington, DC, in 1985.
For the remainder of his military career, and now as a consultant, he’s been immersed in space and space programs. As he explains it, “You can’t be a pilot and not be fascinated by space.”
Schnelzer served as the Air Force Program Executive Officer (PEO) for Space from 1990 to 1995. He was the first Air Force PEO (essentially the big chief) for all major space systems, including satellites, ground, and launch systems. He led the operational deployment of GPS. He also supervised the launch recovery program following the space shuttle Challenger accident in 1986.
In January 1991, Schnelzer managed the deployment of operational space systems during Desert Storm in Kuwait and Iraq. Currently, he provides assessments and recommendations on space-based systems for the U.S. Defense Department and Intelligence Community.
He sums up his professional career by simply stating, “I was very blessed - fortunate enough to do what I did. I was at the right spot at the right time.”
Schnelzer and his wife, Helen, have one son, who lives in Virginia, and a daughter, who lives in San Antonio.

AHISD SEEKS SUBSTITUTE NURSE
Alamo Heights ISD is in need of support from community members who have a nursing degree and who might be interested in serving our schools as a substitute for our nursing staff. Periodically, our nurses need to be away from the campuses for various reasons. We are trying to build our pool of substitute nurses to fill in when a campus nurse is away.
If you (or someone you know) is a nurse who is not currently working full time and would like to assist our schools by substituting in one of our clinics, please fill out the substitute application found on our district web page. In addition to being a great place to work, Alamo Heights ISD offers substitute nurses the highest pay rate in the area and provides orientation.
If you have any questions, please call AHISD Health Coordinator Kathi Martinez RN at 210-832-5903.

The Need for Blood Outpaces Donations in South Texas
By South Texas Blood & TissueSince the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, the United States has been facing a critical blood shortage. But now, doctors say the crisis is forcing some to triage medical care.
“Every blood center is struggling to maintain a stable blood supply,” said Adrienne Mendoza, Chief Operating Officer, South Texas Blood & Tissue. “Every blood transfusion that is given to a patient in need comes from a volunteer donor, and we are calling on our community to come together.”
South Texas Blood & Tissue, a subsidiary of San Antonio nonprofit BioBridge Global, serves more than 100 hospitals in 48 counties
At the age of 3, Amy has already been through more than most people –chemotherapy, blood transfusions, and weeks in the hospital.
“Having a child with cancer is as frightening as you might imagine it to be. This uncertainty is made more complex when your child has a rare blood type, O-,” said Ryan Morkovsky, Amy’s father.
“I have seen the cold storage; it is smaller than I thought. I have seen the blood supply of which there was a mere 9 units of type O- blood in total. It is exactly as I had feared it to be.”
Rapid population growth in South Texas has driven up the demand for blood by 15-20% this year. Kendall and Comal counties are in the top 10 fastest growing counties in the country, according to U.S. Census data, and the growth has created a need for more blood donation centers.
Blood donations help accident and burn victims, heart surgery and organ transplant patients, and those undergoing treatment for cancer, sickle cell disease, and many more.
There are many ways that cancer affects blood – it can cause internal bleeding and low blood counts. Chemotherapy can also damage bone marrow that produces blood cells. Blood and platelet transfusions are essential for many cancer patients fighting the disease.
“We are working closely with our hospitals to prepare for scheduled procedures that are likely to require transfusion support,” said Dr. Samantha Gomez Ngamsuntikul, Associate Medical Director, South Texas Blood & Tissue. “While some medical care can be postponed, others can’t, such as trauma victims and care for patients with unexpected hemorrhage during childbirth.”
Halloween Ready: How to Remove Gum and Candy from Carpet
Halloween is around the corner! HEB, Costco, etc., are stocking the shelves with candy, costumes, decorations, and more. But the real scare might be the chocolate, lollipops, gum, sticky candy, or spills that could end up on your carpet and furniture! Here at Aladdin Cleaning and Restoration, we’ve seen a few Halloween nightmares and are here to share a few tips and tricks to help remove the afterparty from your carpet, rugs, and furniture.
Removing Gum from Carpet and Furniture
Did you know there is a way to remove gum that does not involve scissors?
What you need:
1. A fork
2. Mild dishwashing detergent, such as Dawn or Mrs. Meyers
3. Warm water
4. White towel (which can be purchased at Home Depot or at HEB)
Step 1: Remove as much of the gum/gummy material as possible without disturbing the fiber. We recommend using a fork at home.
Step 2: Mix the detergent with warm water and apply to a white cloth.
Step 3: Apply detergent to the spot. Be sure to blot the spot, do not scrub. Scrubbing can damage the rug fibers and cause the gum to adhere further to the rug.
Step 4: Remove any excess gum.
Steps 5 & 6: Apply warm water to a clean area of white cloth or new white cloth. Apply warm water to rinse the spot and area of any detergent. And Voila! Good as new!
The Best Way to Remove Chocolate from Carpet
Your first reaction to melted chocolate on your carpet may be to start cleaning immediately. But wait! Let it completely dry before you start. Once the chocolate has set, scrape as much chocolate as you can from the carpet, then vacuum over the stain. Grab a clean, white cloth and carpet stain remover to
lift the stain. We love Carpet Details, available at our store or amazon. Make sure to “blot” the stain and do not “rub.” Rubbing a stain may fray the fabric and allow the stain to penetrate your carpet or rug more deeply. If you still see some of the stain, mix a ¼ teaspoon of detergent and one cup of lukewarm water and begin blotting the stain from the outer edge and work your way in (so as not to spread the stain). Rinse the area with cold water and blot with a clean towel until the stain lifts.
Can I Clean Hard Candy from My Furniture and Carpet?
The stickiest of Halloween treats—hard candy—is not easily removed, but it is not impossible. To start, soften the candy with cold water and scrape away as much as you can. Moistening the candy will help prevent damage to the fibers of your carpet or rug. Apply a stain remover compatible with your carpets and blot the area clean from the outside in. If the stain is still visible, use a clean towel and white vinegar and blot the stain again until it is removed.

How to Pick the Right Food for Your Dog
By Mike’s Dog Store“What’s your best dog food?” That’s the question caring pet owners most frequently ask us. And our answer always is, “Feed the best quality food you can afford.”
But what does the best quality mean? The highest protein? The highest meat inclusion? All organic? Grain-free? Kibble? Canned? Raw? There are so many options; it is easy to see how you could get confused.
One place to start is the ingredient panel on your dog food. The first five ingredients make up the bulk of the recipe. If your food claims to be high in protein but starts with a carbohydrate, you may want to look at some other options.
Let’s start with your dog. Your dog is a wolf. A sweet, loving, cuddly wolf who became domesticated about 15,000 years ago. When wolves are hungry, they don’t go to the cupboard and open a bag of baked kibble. They hunt for moose, deer, fish, amphibians, birds, and even fruit. When they eat their prey, they consume flesh, bones, and organs—all without cooking it
first. That is to say, the most biologically appropriate food you can give your dog is a raw diet. Raw dog food comes in frozen and freeze-dried forms. You can find it in a variety of proteins, including the familiar chicken, beef, and lamb, but also in the not-so-familiar, like rabbit or venison.
Many people are surprised they can feed their dogs a raw diet and worry about the safety of handling raw meat. Manufacturers use high-pressure techniques to remove harmful bacteria and then perform rigorous tests on the batches to ensure safety.
Raw is more expensive than dry kibble, so feeding a large dog might be cost-prohibitive. There are many fine quality kibbles that include whole-prey ingredients and are high in meat protein. Some pet parents who feed kibble mix in a little raw from time to time for extra nutritional benefits.
Most of the foods we carry are grain-free formulas. Dogs are omnivores, which means they eat meat and carbohydrates. The advantage of high-quality grain-free foods is that
they generally have fewer ingredients.
can help eliminate allergies and stomach issues. Many of these foods contain sweet potatoes or peas for carbohydrates rather than filler grains.
Generally, the higher the meat protein in the food, the more expensive it will be. Sometimes a high protein food is too rich for a dog, and it upsets their stomach. A lower protein food or a “good” grain (no corn, wheat, or soybeans) food might be a better fit.
Canned food can be very palatable to some dogs. Many pet owners mix the canned with kibble because their dog eats more enthusiastically. Some feed canned to older dogs with teeth issues. Canned food can be higher in fat, so that’s something to keep in mind.
If you’re thinking about changing or upgrading your dog’s diet, come by and tell us about your situation. We’ll give you some free samples and get you started.

The Winchester
The Winchester Scores for Great Pub Food
Imagine the roar of the crowd, ice-cold beer, outstanding pub food, and watching your favorite team score. This is what you’ll find at The Winchester, the only British-style neighborhood pub in Alamo Heights.
By Meredith Kay | Photography by Al RendonThe pub has an intimate and old-school vibe featuring several different rooms so you and your friends and family can spread out to watch your favorite international soccer club take on their rivals. The Winchester has the ability to tune into just about any match taking place. Just tell the bartender or any server which match you want to watch, and you’ll be cheering along as if you are in the stadium. The Winchester also subscribes to The NFL Ticket package, so you can watch your favorite NFL teams battle it out on the gridiron.
Greg Ploch bought The Winchester in 2017 and completely cleaned up the space and added new life to the interior by adding even more televisions, a game room, and an outstanding pub fare menu. Greg grew up in San Antonio with ten brothers and sisters and spent most of his career working for his family’s asphalt and paving company. He has four children of his own, and when he isn’t working with his team at the pub, you can find him out on his ranch, just outside of town.
The Winchester features an incredibly impressive pub menu and caters to families and business meetings during the day, and they offer a great happy hour from 3:00 to 7:00 every day. In the evenings and late into the night, the crowds may get a little rowdier as the sports fans pour in to cheer on their favorite teams. The menu is a fusion of American, British, and Tex-Mex favorites, and there is definitely something for everyone.
Of course, no proper British pub would be complete without a plate of iconic Fish & Chips, and The Winchester delivers brilliantly with tender filets and crispy chips served with a tangy tartar sauce. However, you will definitely want to start the party with their delicious Chorizo Mexi-Scotch Eggs. These tasty bites feature soft-boiled eggs wrapped with house-made chorizo sausage, and they are served with a jalapeño ranch dipping sauce. They have just the right amount of spice to wash down with a pint of cold beer.
Another menu favorite is the Chicken Schnitzel featuring an enormous, breaded chicken breast slathered with mushroom brandy gravy and served with garlic mashed potatoes. This is the ideal meal to have on your diet cheat day and goes great with a stout, dark Guinness on draft. For those trying to eat healthily, don’t miss the King’s Salmon, a hearty cut of pan-seared salmon sautéed with a Bulleit Bourbon Whiskey glaze and served with rice and grilled vegetables.
For the true carnivores, pubgoers will not want to miss The Winchester Meat & Potatoes platter featuring a perfectly grilled 10 oz. Ribeye steak topped with whiskey butter and served with garlic mashers or fries. The steak platters have become so popular that The Winchester is the place to be on Monday nights for Steak Night. Bring the entire family out and enjoy a delicious New York Strip steak served with mashed potatoes or fries for only $17.95.
The Winchester is a great place to host a private party, and there is something fun going on every night of the week, like Trivia Tuesdays and karaoke on Sundays, and you can even get your groove on with their live cover band on Friday nights, featuring the best dance songs of the ‘90s and 2000’s. The pub serves brunch on Saturdays and Sundays, as well. So regardless of what the word “football” means to you, gather your crew and head over to The Winchester for great food and a great time anytime.

Leadership Is a Choice
By Angel SantiagoAccording to Simon Sinek, leadership is a choice, not a rank. There are those that are authorities, and we do what they say because of said authority, but we would not follow them because they are not leaders. And there are those who have no authority, and they’re leaders because they have chosen to look after the person to their left and right of them. This is what a leader is.
When you start your leadership journey, you may not feel like you’re doing it perfectly, and that’s okay. Leadership is an ongoing learning process. Every great leader is always looking for ways to improve their skills. No one ever wakes up and says, “I know everything there is to know about leadership.” It’s just like any other skill or activity; it takes practice and experience to be good at it.
Some people think leaders are born, but that’s rarely true. Most people need to develop their leadership skills. And we often improve things through our failures. That’s what makes us successful. If you stumble along the way, that’s okay. You can pick yourself up and continue on your journey. This is something that Dr. Willian Ursprung, owner of Express Chiropractic and Wellness, understands very well.
“Leadership can be a formal position, but I think on an everyday basis, we all have the opportunity to be a leader because in a lot of ways, being a leader is really about being a good role model. Whether you’re a role model to your fellow citizens, to strangers, to your kids, or to your co-workers, I think that’s where we all carry some element of leadership. I think there’s no question that some people seem to naturally have the characteristics of a leader, but at the end of the day, I really think it’s something that’s taught, molded, and fostered in people. Because you can have someone who has those innate characteristics of leadership, but if they haven’t been exposed to good leaders or good role models, they’re not going to know how to be a leader.”
If leadership is something that can be cultivated and improved, then regardless of your current level of experience, you can
always become better at it. What can you do to make the most of your potential?
1. You can read a book on leadership. I highly recommend The 360° Leader by John C. Maxwell. The book helps you develop your leadership influence from anywhere within an organization. You can also try Dare To Lead by Brene Brown, where she shows you that true leadership requires nothing but vulnerability, values, trust, and resilience. And lastly, there’s The Dichotomy of Leadership, the follow-up book to Jocko Willink and Leif Babin’s wildly popular book on leadership, Extreme Ownership. They explain that Leadership is a dichotomy – it requires understanding when to lead and when to follow, when to aggressively maneuver and when to pause and let things develop, and when to detach and let the team run and when to dive in and manage them.
2. Listen to a podcast. I would invite you to listen to The Craig Groeschel Leadership Podcast, which offers personal and practical coaching lessons that take the mystery out of leadership. You can also try Maxwell Leadership Podcast or the Jocko Podcast.
3. Find a mentor. It could be someone you know, but it doesn’t have to be. They could just be someone you look up to and admire because they possess the leadership qualities you’d want to embody.
4. Hire a coach. A sincere and trustworthy partner who can walk through challenges with you and cares about your success and growth.
Remember, there isn’t just one path; you can do one or all the options above in any order. Regardless of what you choose to do, the important thing is that you take action and don’t stop until you get your desired result.
