BBQs are perfect to entertain whilst you mingle with family, friends, colleagues and even clients. Our staff will be onsite to cook mouth watering food, provide you with excellent service and take care of the cleaning duties. We shall also provide all the necessary equipment required for a BBQ.

No one will go hungry or thirsty on our watch! We can provide vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options, to ensure everyone enjoys their food. Furthermore, we offer beverage packages including cold beers on ice, chilled wine, soft drinks, juice and mineral water. So have a look at our BBQ set menus, which start from just 10 Euro per person (Excluding VAT) and other relevant information.

Minimum Order
Staff & Equipment
The minimum order is for 20 people.
BBQ menus can be ordered without the service of F & B staff. The delivery of ready cooked BBQ-ed food will be made during our regular delivery time window which is morning/early afternoon, depending on the day.
A €15 (Excluding VAT) transport charge on the global bill applies if the number of people is between 15 & 19. We cannot cater for the BBQ if the number of people is less than 14.
However we recommend to add on the service of our F & B staff, so that you can truly enjoy the BBQ experience. This is because the staff will be responsible for the set up, cooking, serving of food and clearing up. The cost of each F & B Staff member is €45 (Excluding VAT). The minimum number of F & B staff at any BBQ event is 2. The number of F & B staff depends on the amount of people at the event however NEVER below 2.

Overtime charges apply if the duration of BBQ exceeds 5 hours or after 11:30 PM. The over time rate is 7 Euro per hour per F & B staff (Excluding VAT). You can add the service of a bartender for an additional €45 (Excluding VAT). BBQs menus ordered with the service of F & B staff will include all the required equipment; • • • • • •
Set Up Tables BBQ Set Chafing Dishes Utensils Disposable Plates & Cutlery Napkins
Tables and chairs for guests are not included. Lightning for guests is not included however we do provide our own for cooking purposes.
Location It is the client’s responsibility to obtain the required permit from the local council for BBQs taking place in public beaches.
Ice Ice Flakes / Cubes are available on request at €5 per bag (Excluding VAT).
